Alex and Julis were going to school together, the teen used his privilege of being the boyfriend so he was holding the pinkhead's hand.

The Princess didn't complain she basked in what she got through the empathic link.

While she loved it a lot, it started to remind her that Alex had spent over 14 months away from her.

But, in truth, it's just two short days, that he became four times more powerful than low-level supernatural.

She clenched her other hand and decided to train as much as possible as well!

Thankfully Alex already gave her something which can help her.

A copy of the book written by Merlin himself taught her how to train her magic and how to create a circle and spell work in general.

Now she will able to train her magic while at school!

Will devils notice that? They probably will. But, she doesn't care as they are already interested in them as it is…

"So, have you found anything interesting in that book?" Alex asked her, while he enjoyed the quietness he would rather listen to Julis talking.

"It's a fascinating read, I already know how to train magic reserves and create my magic circle." Julis happily said to him.

"That's great, you will teach me those things right?" He asked curiously, and his girlfriend slowly nodded at him.

She then realised something and looked at him.

"You gave me that book so that you could learn it from me?" The Pinkhead asked with narrowed eyes.

"But, of course! Learning from my beautiful girlfriend is much more interesting than from some old and dusty tome." He said that with such an obvious tone that it made Julis out of words.

It only lasted for a second through as a crimson blush exploded from her cheeks.

"F-Fine, I Will t-teach you! But, I am a very strict teacher!" She said that while looking away.

It was hard to take her seriously when she said that while shuttering her words and looking away.

"I expect nothing less from my beautiful girlfriend." He squeezed her hand more, while slightly pulling towards himself.

Julis would say something like stop with all that tease but the amount of affection she was getting made it hard to believe that it was a tease.

Some of the blush disappeared from her cheeks instead she just smiled in turn.

It's only been three days and she already starting to fall for him?

What is this madness? Is it because his feelings are not hidden from her? Or it's just they are similar, and she sees his faults as cute, and his strong points as dashing?

Once again she remembered what white-dressed God said to her.

Then she got serious for a second, what could she do when he pulled another Waifu card?

It's only a matter of time…

Or he will met some of this world's Goddesses…

A sigh escaped her lips then there were the Devils…

So far all the devils she meets are supernaturally beautiful, even the ones who were humans before turning.

They all are beautiful, then Julis' eyes slightly widened when she felt something from the connection with her boyfriend.

Since this morning she could feel slightly more than just affection to her.

The only thing she could think of was that it reached the point where she could tell more because of how strong the affection was.

It was when Alex and Julis saw Kuoh Academy and the pair of Student Council members were there.

What the pink head sensed through him was that of curiosity and appreciation…

'Interesting… So, I should not be afraid of the devils trying to snatch him away…' Julis was very satisfied with this new development.

She concluded that these devils will need more than just 'assets' to win her boyfriend over.

So, she just leaned on Alex's hand, feeling through that link that he liked that, and she smiled even further.

This empathic link is a very convenient thing!

A few moments later both Alex and Julis greeted the Student Council President and her 'Queen' and assistant, this time Julis greeted her too.

Something Sona has noticed…

'What is going on with him?' The Sitri Heiress frowned when she sensed that Alex got even more powerful!

Multiple times over!

While his magic was under a tight leash same could not be said about the aura and that static electricity.

She has no idea what it is and how it's not affecting regular people or the pink-haired girlfriend of his.

But, she sensed it washing her over and her back hair just went up for a moment.

It's like some passive electrical field…

And then there was the other transfer student.

Sona didn't know what to think about Julis, at first she thought that they might have some arranged marriage thing going on, as they looked more like friends than a couple.

Then today it looked like they ARE a couple, this was the first time in her life that she was this confused about things…

"Is it just me or Komnenos-san is much stronger than he was yesterday…" Tsubaki said from her side.

"You noticed that too then."

The Vice-President nodded.

"Yes, even the way he holds himself and walks is different from yesterday…"

Sona raised her eyebrow for a second.

"Really?"

"Yes, it reminds me of hunters who walk softly and try to stalk their prey, I don't know why I thought like that," Tsubaki said with a frown.

"Interesting…"

'What's truly going on with them?'

More and more the Heiress was interested in them.

"I suppose we should include the rest of my peerage in this endeavour." She fixed her glasses while saying that.

Tsubaki could only nod at her.

"We should be careful with him Kaichou, I can feel that he is dangerous." The Vice President warned Sona.

As someone who was raised in a household that taught her how to fight, her fighter instincts told her not to underestimate him.

"I won't, I am not rushing blindly into anything." The Student Council President said to her while looking at the pair of figures entering the Academy.

"You have noticed more of Sitri's peerage members accidentally going through the same corridors as us, or Gremory Knight looking at us more than yesterday." Alex casually said to his girlfriend.

He was leaning on a tree, and next to him quite closely sitting was Julis.

"Yes, their way of doing things is very… amateurish…" The pinkhead said that from experience.

It was quite obvious to her as she had experienced people staring at her trying to understand her character and finding some weakness to exploit.

After experiencing all that for a year, the current wannabe devil detectives are amusing and painful to watch…

"Like that white-haired girl looking at us from the second floor." Alex casually mentioned to her.

Julis slightly blinked and tried hard not to look like she was trying to find someone.

"H-How did you notice that?" She asked with small awe as she saw a girl from her first year looking at them!

"I am quite sensitive to gaze now." He shrugged at her, and Julis nodded in understanding.

Being in a forest full of predators can help one develop such skills.

"Alex… I was thinking… now that you are this stronger can you help me to increase my stats too?" Julis asked him that while she was looking away at something.

"Sure, whatever you want Julis." He casually agreed, and the pink head could only smile upon hearing that.

She is somewhat happy and the same time a little bit afraid of what a Dungeon can do to one's mind.

Going away for that long can affect one's mind. Yet, so far, it helped her with their relationship…

Yet, she wonders how long will that last. Alex already encountered a beast from legends.

Which did incredibly short work from him.

How long can such a positive mentality last?

Julis sighed for a second deciding to forget about such depressing thoughts, instead she decided to help as much as possible…

If he wants to cuddle, then they can… But, nothing else!!!

"Great, then let me explain what I learned from the book." She then got comfortable and even closer to him before starting to explain how magic and spells work.

The part about circles he already knew, all species in DxD use them, but that's where similarities end.

For humans to use magic math has to come into play, as their bodies are quite fragile compared to other species.

That's where Alex asked if they could use something like Reinforcement. But Julis, pretty much gave the same answer as Rin did in Fate.

If he messes up even one thing he can break his body apart, from fractured bones to internal organ explosion…

Still, the Princess explained how to train magic, the simplest of methods is something they have already been doing and that is continuously using their powers.

But, the second one sounded far more interesting, which is circulating magic inside their bodies.

Sounded like something he picked up from the Cultivation novel, maybe Merlin picked this up from the massive Chinese Pantheon Alex believes to exist.

"Wait! Imagination? I thought Devil magic works with imagination!" Alex asked curiously.

"Devil energy is very reactive to their user, and human mages don't see it as magic, to begin with. I think they dislike it from the way the book speaks of the Devils and their magic."

"While human magic IS reactive to the imagination, otherwise one would not be able to access it without some sort of ritual, how do you think magic circles work then?"

Alex shrugged at her question he has not delved into magic apart from accessing it as a power source for his empowerment.

"Yes, it's imagination, one needs to find out to which symbol or picture, magic reacts to them to work with it to create a circle, and while humans can access it through imagination, it is tens of times easier for Devil kind…"

"Devil race receive a lot of benefits from the supernatural side, magic wise they very powerful and can access two types of energies, I am not even talking about their unique and special magic which is on league of their own," Julis spoke about Devil kind with quite a bit of awe.

While Alex could only nod, he knows that quite well, after all, both Heiresses in the school trained only a little bit, in Rias' case even less, and they already are at level 2…

Same level as the Calydonian Boar which skewered him…

But, he has doubts that those girls would be able to beat that thing… he is sceptical about that…

The sheer speed of the thing, and raw strength… he was not even able to find out if the creature was susceptible to any of his weaponry…

"Yes, they are quite something if you can ignore their weaknesses." He reminded her of the weaknesses of the race.

"Yeah… I forgot about that…" She sheepishly decided to change the theme of the conversation.

After that Julis told him how he needed to imagine his magic and how to circulate it.

Each imagines it differently but once he can do that, the circulation is identical…

Not long after that, the break was over and they had to go back to class.

Once school was over both of them returned home and after dinner on Julis' request, they decided to go out and look for a place to train from any prying eyes.

After walking for around thirty minutes they ended up finding an abandoned warehouse.

Alex even thought that it might be the same warehouse where that stray devil would be hiding in future.

"Right… so how we will do it?" The teen asked his girlfriend.

"We will fight…" She said that casually as she started to do her stretching.

"Are you serious?" He asked with a raised eyebrow.

"Very… what? Are you afraid?" She asked seriously.

"Yes, I am afraid to hurt you." He answered that without beating around the bush.

"Well you should not, otherwise I will take all your boyfriend privileges."

The moment she said that chill went down her spine as the air around Alex just shifted.
