ok first we need to get you stronger best way would be learning a skill or useing alchemy to make pill but I'm still to weak for that so I'll give you a skill that will get stronger an evolve in a sense as you get stronger it's name is beast intent it allows you to make an animal out of qi for example you can image a bears hands and your qi will cover your hands and form claws .sounds amazing how do I learn it. by first training your qi then I'll demonstrate the skill and you will learn like that ..
