After leaving the dressing room as he walked through the club's compound he saw some staffs of the club doing their jobs . after reaching the gate before he could leave he was stoped by after hearing someone calling him his name he saw a staff running towards him as he waved his hand . after reaching him the staff held his hand to his knees for a while as he was panting . he then looked to Raph " Mr Raph the assistant coach was looking for he said that the head coach wants to meet you " said while slightly panting .
Raph " okay Mr thank you " said Raph before he walked towards the three story building that housed the youth's managerial offices .
After that he knocked the manager's room twice and entered . After entering he saw the coach and a man with a suit sitting opposite to him . he walked towards the table and asked the manager " coach is there a problem" he asked with a serious face .
Coach Gilberto " No Raph there is no problem i just wanted you to meet this man he is the club's youth director . he wanted to meet you nothing else "
Mr Luis was the club's youth director he was already 2 years in this position but the club's higher ups were giving him a great preassure becouse he didn't cultivate talented youth players . they told him if he wants to work for this now and the future he must do his job seriously and cultivate talented youth players.
so as he was having a great headache on how to get some talented youth players he even sent many scouts through out brazil to look for an undiscovered gems to cultivate but he was disappointed as his scouts didn't manage to get any player for 5 months . he was already preparing to leave as he was sure that in the next following month he will be sacked from the club .
But one day when he didn't have something to do he was bored so he went to watch the youth club's league game . The players were playing on another studiam so after they left with a bus he followed with his car . After after that he watched the game and saw what he saw .
After the game ended he was happy like he wasn't before as he got his hands on a talented player . he knew that the manager signed a player this season but he didn't know that he player on this level . he was surprised by how the manager managed to convince such a talented player . he went to the manager office which was next to his office with a serious face . he wanted to know why the manager didn't tell him this genius talented players presence in the youth players .
He entered the door with out even knocking and sat opposite the manager and asked in a questioning manner " Gilberto why didn't you tell me about the talented player you signed this year . didn't you know that I was looking for genius players like him from all over brazil only to save my Ass . are you deliberately hidding him from me " he said .
Coach Gilberto " sigh why will I hid him from you Luis you know that my games schedule is tight i am here day and night to study our tactics and formations i even barely go to my house and don't try to blame me for your doing . I told you when I was signing him and you didn't ask about him so i am not to be blamed if you want to blame someone blame your self and please if you are not here to talk about something important just leave i I don't have time for your blubbering i have to prepare my tactics and do my job " said the head coach in an angry tone . he was really in a huge pressure from the board as they really were disappointed in him in the previous league so he must win something this year or else he will also be sacked from the club .
Director Luis " okay i am sorry but i want to meet him can u call him here "
Coach Gilberto " you can meet him " he said before calling his assistant manager and told him that he wamted to meet Raph in his office now .
After a while they heared a knock in the door and the door was opened after wards a teenager who was tall and physically built came in . he then went directly to the manager and asked him " Coach is there a problem "
Coach Gilberto " No Raph there is no problem i just wanted you to meet our youth director he likes you performance as he watched you play today . please sit "
After after he sat down beside the director as the director said " hello Raphinha iam Mr Luis i really enjoyed your game today . I just came here today to congratulate you for your second hattrick and came with a gift " he said as he removed a small box from his pocket .
Mr Luis " this is my gift to you i really appreciate if you don't reject it " he said while pushing the box that was at the table towards Raph.
Raph who was not expecting the gift looked surprised. The box contained the new iPhone brand that Apple launched in this month . it was an iPhone 6S phone . it was very expensive as it was only launched in this month . Raph wanted to reject it first but he wanted to give the director a face and also this gift was too good to be rejected as he didn't have a phone now and he has to wait until two months to buy some cheap phone .
he took it and said " thank you Mr Luis for you gift " he said as he shoved the box into his pocket with a wide smile .
Mr luis " it okay you deserve it . I really hope you continue in this form until the end of the season as you can see Manager is in a bad situation and also me "
Raph " I will do my best and thank u for you advice " he said before leaving .
After he left the two men in the room looked at each other in a silence for a while before the director breaking the silence " Gilberto were you full when you were signing him for only one year . his talent will worth more money as he develops if you just let him leave to a foreign club and the sell him for millions what do you think the board will think of as .
we must keep him here and after this league ends if he continues like this we will talk to the assistant manager of the senior team to promote him to the senior team " said the director with confidence .
Coach Gilberto " i don't care what you do but it must be after the last game of the league i don't want him distracted from his games "
he said with serious face .
After that the director left and the room returned to it's quite state .
After leaving the office Raph went straight to the gate and then jogged to his appartment with a smiling face . but as he was preparing for his yoga session and stretches he heared
