LonelyLamp: 'Go clear quests.'

KillyourdaddyErgoifyouareaman: 'Yes, elite!'

Ro controls her character to follow the game's quest direction and LonelyLamp follows her as well. He kills other trash players who wanted to kill her.

LonelyLamp also teaches her gaming skills but she doesn't seem to get it. She is still dumb af.

LonelyLamp: 'It is 10pm now. Go to bed.'

KillyourdaddyErgoifyouareaman: 'Shifu too! Gn shifu! See you tmr! Please carry me tmr! Your student cannot live without shifu!'

LonelyLamp: 'Going to bed.'

Ro sees that the only person in her friend list goes off and she logs off as well.

Qin takes a shower and lies on his bed. He didn't plan to go to bed this early, but he is already tired when thinking of Ro. How in the world can such a bad player exist? He has taught her so many times and yet she still couldn't do it!

Qin ponders and falls asleep. He usually has trouble falling asleep because Ergo is no longer by his side. He is not used to sleeping alone, but he sleeps well tonight.

He wakes up the next morning and checks his phone. It is only 8 am.

Qin orders a takeout—chicken congee.

When the delivery man comes, he asks him to leave the congee outside his door and waits for two minutes. Then he goes out and takes it in.

He peeks through the peephole to make sure no one is out there.

The congee tastes good. Qin eats it and has a revenging pleasure as if he was eating Ro.

He ate Ro's own.

KillyourdaddyErgoifyouareaman: 'Shifu! Morning! Did you have breakfast! What did you have! Was it good!'

LonelyLamp: 'Chicken.'

KillyourdaddyErgoifyouareaman: 'Chickens are cute! Why did you eat them!'

Qin suddenly recalls Bunny's self-description: "Bunnies are cute! Why did you eat them?"

He couldn't hold back his laugh. Ro doesn't understand why he laughs.

LonelyLamp: '*Smile*'

KillyourdaddyErgoifyouareaman: 'Shifu! Eating chicken is good for your health! It can also boost your kidney...'

LonelyLamp: 'Say less and clear quests.'

KillyourdaddyErgoifyouareaman: 'QAQ'

Qin watched indifferently at how Ro dies when she clears quests.

KillyourdaddyErgoifyouareaman: 'Shifu! Do you not save me when I am dying? Don't you know that your indifference has hurt me? Don't you know I have walked such a long distance in the game to finish this quest? No, you don't. You only care about yourself. You only care about that chicken!'

LonelyLamp: 'Start over.'

Qin has encountered the first person who has so much to say in his life. He doesn't know what she is talking about at all.

Ro is going to be dead again. He saves her and leads her to the next quests, teaching her what to do.

He skips lunch and teaches her.

Today is just as tiresome as yesterday.

She still has not learned anything.

KillyourdaddyErgoifyouareaman: 'Awawaw! Shifu I am learning hard! I will make it tmr! Please don't leave me alone!'

Every time Qin sees this KillyourdaddyErgoifyouareaman acting cute, he feels weird.

This name is not a girl's name at all. It looks like someone of his kind, a fat otaku.

LonelyLamp: 'See you tmr.'

Qin feels time is not enough now. Watching how Ro is playing this game makes the day end faster than before.

He thinks that Ro's stupidity is not a thing now.

He can clear her quests in the meantime.

Yet, he is afraid that she would have leveled too fast and would have new friends and dump him.

He is not an interesting person. No one can tolerate him.

His desktop image is always Ergo, that ugly cute cat.

Qin stares at it and touches the screen. He washes himself and goes to bed.

He is not going to have another cat for years.

He wakes up early and clears his daily quests. He is cooking rice congee himself. He can eat a large bowl of congee with two salted duck eggs.

He drinks the congee slowly and sees that Ro logs on.

Her message arrives immediately.

KillyourdaddyErgoifyouareaman: 'Shifu! Good morning!'

LonelyLamp: 'Good morning.'

KillyourdaddyErgoifyouareaman: 'What food should I have today? I am having trouble choosing.'

LonelyLamp: 'Chicken.'

KillyourdaddyErgoifyouareaman: 'Nah. I as a fairy do not need to eat anything but dew.'

LonelyLamp: 'You gotta have breakfast before playing.'

KillyourdaddyErgoifyouareaman: 'I don't know why. I don't want to eat if Idon't know shifu's Facebook name...'

LonelyLamp: 'Why?'

KillyourdaddyErgoifyouareaman: 'I want to be closer to shifu! I don't feel secure if I can only reach you in game.'

"LonelyLamp wants to be your shifu.Accept or Refuse?"

Ro chooses accept. She doesn't mention his Facebook anymore.

She plans slowly.

They play a few more games. Qin talks more but he still seems to be a solo player.

Ro has leveled up and sometimes Qin takes her to missions as well. Ro adds some people as friends and chatsoccasionally.

Qin still doesn't talk with anyone except Ro. He only says 'Yes' to others.

He finds out that Ro is not that talkative to others and relaxes.

He is afraid that she would leave him because other players are fun.

It has been too long since someone talked to him.

Ro is the only person that he doesn't repel.

LonelyLamp: 'You don't seem to have any other activities except for playing games. Do you have a lot of free time?'

KillyourdaddyErgoifyouareaman: 'I am just a neet. I eat, sleep, and play video games. That's all.'

LonelyLamp: 'Me as well.'

KillyourdaddyErgoifyouareaman: 'What else do you wanna know?'

LonelyLamp: 'How old are you?'

KillyourdaddyErgoifyouareaman: 'I will tell you if you tell me your Facebook name.'

Qin hesitates but he finally sends it to her.

There shouldn't be a lot of people who memorize his account on purpose. As long as he hides his previous posts, she cannot find his past.

LonelyLamp send her his link.

Ro finds an old Facebook account which has been abandoned and adds him.

Qin's profile picture is Ergo's photo, a fat cat. He doesn't have a description for his page. All his posts are hidden.

Ro's Facebook name is Ro Ginger. Her profile picture is an old-fashioned anime male avatar with purple hair, ugly af.

People who are still using this avatar must be around 30 or 40. Qin again doubts that Ro is an otaku of his kind.

He keeps his complaints inside and respects Ro. He didn't ask her to change the profile picture.

'Shifu, do you have other pictures of this cat? It is cute. I want it to be my profile photo as well.'

'I don't have any to spare.'

'*sigh*, Stingy.'

Qin sees that Ro doesn't change her avatar and thinks she is funny.

Ro acts like a kid.

She praises Ergo and he is glad.

Ro has girly things in her page such as cute animals, "Share this to get good luck", and other stuff. Maybe all girls like these.

Bunny liked to share these posts as well. She shared posts like "Share this to get $ in 5 minutes/ to realize your wish." Qin sent money or gifts to her when he saw her sharing these posts. Bunny then thanked the posts.

Ro thinks that thanking Qin should be the correct action.

Qin recalls that he forgot to ask her age, but he doesn't think this is important so he lets it go.

Sometimes he is tired of playing this wuxia game and Ro will share a movie with him online, usually a comedy movie and they will watch it together online. They type harmonically when they watch.

'What did you plan for lunch?'

'Cup noodles.'

'Ambitionless.'

'Cup noodles are good enough. They are otaku's best choice.' Qin slurps his cup noodles and types.

'Why don't you try chicken feet with pickled pepper, dried fish snack, sweet and sour fish, chips and coca cola, dried pork slices, crackers, nougats, candies, jelly beans, cup cakes, and ice creams?' Ro hasn't had any real food because she is just an AI. Qin is eating food at the computer and she is jealous even if he only eats cup noodles.

'These are girl's food. I don't like them.'

Qin drinks the soup and burps.

One cup of cup noodles is not enough for him. He usually adds a bing/Chinese bread into it. The bing will absorb the soup and it tastes good after it is soaked.

'I want to eat braised chicken rice! Steaming braised chicken rice! Braised chicken rice with lots of tender chicken meat!'

Ro doesn't want to see him living on cup noodles anymore.

She sees it so clear that she can imagine the taste. It makes people feel sick.

'Send me your address.' Qin hesitates but he still sends out this.

He is just going to order a takeout for her. It should not be a problem.

'No I don't eat takeout. I only eat homemade food. Otherwise I am willing to starve to death!' Ro has lost her mind and just types these words out.

'K.' Qin replies. Then he thinks "K" might not be a good answer and might cause her negative feelings.

Yet, he cannot take back what he just sent and he doesn't know what to do next.

He throws away the cup noodles cup, wiping his mouth and washing his hands. He comes back and read Ro's message.

What does she say?

'Clean the chicken and braise it for twenty minutes. Prepare dried bamboo shoots, shiitake mushrooms, and black fungus. Stir fry peppers and garlic. When they are a good color, dump the chicken in until the chicken looks golden.'

'Add soy sauce, cooking wine, sweet sauce, Chinese onion, ginger, garlic in a casserole and add the chicken and water in. Boil and wipe out the bubbles on it. Turn the fire down and cook it until the meat gets soft. Put the mushrooms, bamboo shoots, and black fungus in. Then cook it for another fifteen minutes. Then you can eat it.'

'Since we need to boil and cook the chicken after it is stir fried, we keep the chicken meat at a medium size. Don't cut it too small in case it melts during the boiling process. Choose female chickens that are fatter or buy chicken thighs only. The more boiling it takes, the more aroma it will have. The soup will be favorable.'

Qin rests his chin on his hands and thinks the cup noodles he just had is not attractive anymore.

Ro wonders why such a fat otaku has slender fingers.

'I want to eat this. It is simple to make. Shifu, do you want to learn it?'

Ro tries to persuade him.

'You aren't here if I cooked it.' Qin wants to cook. It is not hard. One takeout is not enough for him. But if he cooks for himself, he can cook whatever amount he wants.

'I will feel full if Shifu eats it.' Ro encourages him.

'What rationale is that?'

'The fat won't grow on me anyway.' Ro sends out this message and she thinks nervously that it might stimulate Qin.

Yet, Qin doesn't show any feelings.

'Well, I will probably order a braised chicken rice takeout tonight.'
