1 How it all began

Let me ask you a question. How do you think people transmigrate? Is it the legendary truck-kun? A scientific experiment gone wrong? A deal with a useless goddess? Wake up and boom! You're in somebody else's body in another world?

Wrong

Actually, let me correct that. To transmigrate someone, you would usually need to "break open a path" in the dimension of the World the person you wish to transmigrate is in while also keeping a "path" to the world you wish to transmigrate them to.

Sound easy? No, I thought not. How do I know this? Because I've done it duh! But that's for later.

Don't get me wrong, truck-kun and the other methods are still very much viable, just that it would take a huge amount of luck, and that you are more likely to end up somewhere in the middle of nowhere.

Anyway, I also begin my story with a transmigration. No no, it is not because of the cliche. I just had no choice in the matter....

What's that? Someone forcefully kidnapped me from my World? Of course not! *cough cough* Moving on.....

This is how it all began.....

My name is Aviticus. Why is my name weird? Because my mother is a book-lover and my father loves video games. My dad used this name as for most of his characters, and my mother liked it. Thus, my name.

I was diagnosed with Schizophrenia at the age of 7. Why? Because apparently, "normal people" don't see a floating box with big bold words saying "YOU HAVE NOT MET THE REQUIREMENTS" in front of them.

So after being forcefully dragged to the doctor's office, a lot of medicines, and a verdict that I would be useless, my life was normal. Normal for me, I guess.

I took the medicines, went to Special Ed, and all was fine. Until people started thinking that I faked it from attention. People in question being my parents. So I stopped taking the medicines. I was then 10 years old.

After 4 more years of enjoying being by my lonesome, it happened.

I was in my room, lying on my bed, surfing the internet on my phone, like every other bored teenager. And then...

{REQUIREMENTS HAVE BEEN MET}

The box made a comeback.

{PREPARING EXTRACTION}

Extraction? Extract what?

{CREATING MARK}

What mark? Whose making a mark?

{APPLYING MARK}

Wha....AAAAAARRGGHHHHHH!!!

Indescribable pain

{EXTRACTION COMPLETE}

Then I blanked out.

Meanwhile, somewhere else...

"Oh, that was sooner than I expected."

"No matter, time to get to work"

x-------------------------------------------------x---------------------------------------------------x

I... everything is dark..... I hear....I hear muffled voices. Where am I?

Why is everything dark?

I'm trying to see, but I cannot.

Ah, I can't open my eyes.

I must open my eyes. I try, it is not enough.

I don't know where I am. I keep trying.

I finally do manage to open them.

Everything is so red... So sleepy.

So sleeeepyyy.

x-------------------------------------------------x----------------------------------------------x

I am being pushed.

Actually, it's more like something pulsing around me.

So many of these voices... I can't make out what they're saying.

I'm still being pushed.

I can't breathe. I'm suffocating.

I keep trying to move forward, somewhere, anywhere.

Ahh, something's giving.

The voices seem to have gotten louder.

Doesn't matter, I still can't breathe.

Can't see very well either, so I double my efforts. My body seems so frail though. I can barely muster any strength.

I'm almost out. I can see light. I reach for it and...

I'm grabbed by something.

HHHHHHOOOOOOLLLLLLLLYYYYYYY FFFFFFFFUUUUUUUUCCCCKKKK IIIIIITTTTTT'S CCCCCCOOOOOLLLDDDDDD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm gonna pass out. Help me... I can't breathe.

Something stings too much...

The pain is too sharp, I start crying. The action forces air into my lungs.

The air is cold. My lungs sting.

I cry louder. All I feel is pain...and I cannot go back to the bliss of sleep
