1 Asuka Suchiki

In Kakura town, it was middle of the night the whole town was asleep. This silence of the night was like a wake up alarm for the creatures of the night, both the peaceful ones and the violent ones. This was also time for the protectors to keep day separated from night.

In an area filled with abandoned buildings,a group of people were standing in front of what appeared to be an abandoned factory wearing black and white clothes. The group consisted of seven males and five females.

Standing in front of them was a girl who appeared to be 16 or 17 year old half of her face was covered in a hood.The group went inside the building and the teenage girl appeared to be leading them. A paper talisman appeared in the girl's hand as she thew it on the ground the talisman started burning the ashes remained started moving forming a magic circle glowing with red light.

The girl looked at the group and said "Everyone remain vigilant, we are not dealing with a low level Youkai,this is something different."

The group followed her order and each of them took a talisman out of their pocket,suddenly some things rushed at them out of nowhere.Without wasting anytime everyone in the group thew the talismans at the them.The talisman sticked at who or whatever rushed at the group.

Now the targets were revealed to be something that shocked every one in the group.Humans were not an appropriate word to describe them 'dried up corpses' that was the appropriate things that could describe them.

The girl and everyone in the group thought about the same thing after seeing them 'Ghouls' just after they thought about it the talisman sticking to the ghouls lit up burning the ghouls into ashes.

The girl looked at the eldest man member in the group and said "The information we got that there was a low level evil Youkai hiding here and more importantly.How there are ghouls in our family's territory?"

The man in his mid-thirties with a apologetic expression replied "Forgive me Hime-sama,i got reports that a supernatural creature is kidnapping humans from our sources.Initially i thought it was a Youkai but i could never imagined that it would be ghouls."

The girl first appeared to be angry then slowly calmed down and said "I forgive you this time but remember father don't like mistakes especially mistakes like this,If there was a high class ghouls in here someone of us may have died today."

"Mwhahahahahahahaha... it appears that it's true that Onmyoujis could truly predict future hehehehehehe.."

A strange creatures appeared in front of them from the shadows wearing teared clothes,the creature had long limbs with sharp claws, dried corpse like skin and completely white eyes only leaving pupils the horrifying appearance that could give someone nightmares standing just fifteen meters away from the group.

"High level Ghoul"

"Hime-sama stay behind"

"Every one attack"

The whole group was in chaos except the the girl.She was angry after hearing all of them and shouted "Shut up,if you think i need to be protected to be the likes of you.Shinseina honō."

Fire balls started forming inside the magic circle and launched themselves at the Ghoul.The Ghoul started burning and jumped back hitting himself on the wall to extinguish the flames and started screeching in pain.

The ghoul look at the girl and asked while screaming "Who are youuuu?"

The girl replied with a smirk on her face "Asuka Suchiki,the heiress of Suchiki family.Shinseina honō."
