It's the year 740. Planet Vegeta was destroyed in 737. Vegeta is now eight years old.
In order to avoid being tracked by Frieza, Vegeta had all the surviving Saiyans destroy their scouters. Then, for three years, Vegeta had the Saiyans drift through space, and hiding from any pursuers. In the year 739 he contacted all his surviving people and had them gather at their new home, telling them to be there by the year 740 and making sure that they are not followed.
Multiple Saiyan space craft are gathered above a unknown planet. Vegeta scans the planet. He can see that all the planets inhabitants have a power lv mostly between 0-50, a few around 150.
He sets a landing point for his surviving race, around a largely inhabited area of the planet. Thousands of Saiyan space craft head towards the southern part of the planet.
The people of the planet see thousands of meteors enter their atmosphere, all flying towards the southern part of the planet.
"Look MOMMY! look at all the bright lights!", says a unknown child.
Soon thousands of space craft land. Soon after you hear, "HAHAHA! Vegeta! you picked a great planet! we'll wipe out the inhabitants of this planet in no time!", shouts Nappa.
"Hehehe, should we head to the closest city and introduce ourselves to the locals?", says Raditz with a smerk on his face.
Vegeta ignores the two. He flies upwards into the sky. Looking out across planet Earth, he feels like he's finally home, he thinks of the future, of his family from his memories.
As Raditz and Nappa fly up and join him Vegeta says, " Although the people of this planet are weak, we have much we can learn from them."
He thinks of Master Roshi and the little cat and Komi. He sees images of Krillin, Tien, Yamcha. He knows that the people of this planet have the potential to become very powerful. He knows that if his people have children with these earthlings, that their children will become abnormally more powerful at a younger age.
"This planet will become our new home, we will accomplish nothing by destroying it", says Vegeta.
Nappa and Raditz look at each other. In the background you can still hear Saiyan pods crashing down.
Seeing his people gathering at earth, he orders his men to start gathering food and water, and not to harm the people on this planet.
He knows the benefits of keeping the people on this planet alive, he doesn't want to pillage them, but his people need homes, he knows that his race is weak when it comes to building and science involving research and engineering.
"Nappa! I'll be heading out for a bit, make sure our people stay here and don't cause problems! I'll be back in a few days", says Vegeta. He then flies off into the distance.
As Vegeta is flying, he is thinking about challenging the various martial art schools and dojos. He plans to publicly challenge them, in order to spread the might of his people, his people like to fight, so he plans on gaining recognition and then displaying the might of his race, and then after, have his people become private security for the wealthy and influential people of this world, he will also create a secret assassination organization.
He plans to charge high prices for the security protection, escort services, and assassinations missions carried out by his people. This will become a good source of income and will allow his people to blow off steam and allow them to have some fun fighting and toying with the fools dumb enough to attack the people under their protection.
On a small island in the ocean, helicopters filled with news crews are filming two people standing in front of a house with the words Kame House on it.
"HELLO! VIEWERS! I am Jake from 101 News! Today! we have a match between great turtle hermit himself! MASTER ROSHI!!! arguably the strongest fighter today! he is being challenged by the now famous martial artist VEGETA!!!", screams the reporter Jake.
Vegeta stands facing the old man in front of him. He knows he's much more powerful than the man in front of him. He knows if he beats him too quick the people around the world will be bored.
He has already challenged all the other famous dojos and martial arts schools. His fame has spread world wide.
"According to multiple sources! the young challenger comes from the far south, it is being said that there are a powerful group of mercenaries there! willing to offer their services, WORLD LEADER'S AROUND THE WORLD ARE WATCHING TODAY'S MATCH!!!, viewers prepare! for! THE FIGHT!!! OF!! THE CENTURY!!!", screams the reporter.
Vegeta begins the match by charging at the old hermit, he unleashes a flurry of punches and kicks. Do to slowing down the speed of his attacks in order to drag out the fight, the old hermit is able to dodge all of his blows.
Having dodged all the blows of the young man, Master Roshi is impressed by the young man's speed and power. Having giving the young man enough time to shine, he counters the young challengers blows and lands a heavy kick to the boys body, followed up with a series of punches.
"Can you believe the fight we are witnessing today! it seems that the young challenger has bitten off more than he can chew!" screams the reporter.
Having allowed the old hermit to pound on him enough, Vegeta decides to up the difficulty a bit. Vegeta starts dodging the old man, kicks him! sending him flying! and then unleashing a few weak ki blast at him before he can recover, making sure not to seriously harm the old man, he can't let this end yet.
"I underestimated this young man!!!" thought Master Roshi as he's being blasted. "If I don't end this soon I might actually lose!", thought Master Roshi.
"CAN YOU BELIEVE WHAT WE ARE WATCHING VIEWERS!!! IT SEEMS THAT EXPLOSIONS! OF SOME KIND! ARE COMING OUT OF THE YOUNG CHALLENGER!!!", says the news reporter.
Vegeta having finished launching ki blast at the old man, watches as the smoke starts to clear. Soon he sees that the old hermits body has buffed up! and seems to be gathering energy!.
Master Roshi having decided to end this as soon as possible, starts gathering ki. " KA-ME-HA-ME-HA!!!", shouts Master Roshi as he launches a energy wave attack at Vegeta.
Seeing the attack heading towards him, the young prince decides to take the attack head on, in order for the fight to be more dramatic.
The energy blast hits Vegeta! sending him flying! it pushes him out to sea and his body falls in.
Having taking the blast and yet remaining unharmed, his saiyan armor isn't even damaged. He punches his armor and face a few times, he wants to make the fight seem more dramatic.
Master Roshi is standing on the beach, he has just used his strongest attack and is exhausted. As he looks out across the water he sees a heavily injured young man slowly walk out of the water. Soon the young man charges at him. He is assaulted by a flurry of blows and is kicked into the sky.
Having kicked the old man high into the air, Vegeta allows the old hermit to fall to the ground. He slowly walks toward the fallen old man and very slowly charges a energy blast! while pointing it at the body of the old man.
"IT APPEARS THE YOUNG CHALLENGER IS ABOUT TO FINISH OFF HIS OPPONENT!", screams the reporter.
Vegeta enjoying the dramatic act, slowly powers down his energy blast and starts slowly walking away in the sunset. Thinking himself looking very cool.
"AND THERE YOU HAVE IT VIEWERS! THE YOUNG CHALLENGER HAS WON! remember fight fans! you saw it here first! on 101 News!!!", screams Jake.
Master Roshi slowly gets up and heads inside his house. "I might be getting to old for this, time to start training" thinks Master Roshi as he makes his way to his bed.
A few days later, Vegeta is currently meeting with various leaders and organizations around the world. He soon returns to the south having becoming very rich!
Over the next few weeks he hires many builders to start construction on a city for his people and a new majestic palace for himself.
