77. Registering Arden family with the clinic

"Then you know the way out grandfather, there is nothing more to discuss" said Andy as he stood up and started going back to the medical examination room.

"Do you think Arden family will be ruined if you don't heal the youngsters of my family?! My family's older generation can still have more children, we will rise back once again! And you better be prepared to keep paying 50% taxes throughout your life, we will use that money to nurture our next generation!" roared patriarch

Andy stopped and turned around, there was an evil smile on his face which was even worse than the one he had when he left Arden family

"Dear grandfather how can you be so sure that the next generation will not catch this same disease as well?"

Andy already visited the Arden family once, so he could just teleport there whenever he wanted. Arden family was in his pocket now.

"Are you threatening me?!"

"Dear grandfather, have I ever gave you false threats before?" said Andy and turned back and started walking again.

Patriarch quickly thought over all his options. If Andy could do it once, he could do it again. There was also the Welf family which was completely destroyed by him, still they decided to mess with him. This time they really dug their own graves.

"Wait!" said patriarch but Andy was already gone. Then he turned towards Freya and said

"Ask him to come back, I agree to his third condition"

But Freya didn't say anything just gestured towards the same sign for priority consultation.

"#@$%&" cursed patriarch, hearing which Freya immediately took out an envelope and put the letter which she wrote for royal family in it.

"Miss please wait! Our patriarch is not in a good mood today, please forgive us" said one of the elders

"Lord patriarch we have no choice.."

Patriarch then took out another storage ring handed over to Freya. Freya once again started counting the mana crystals at her usual pace.

"Alright I will call doctor now" said Freya and soon Andy came back for another priority consultation session.

"Dear grandfather, you are back so soon, do you have any other problems, perhaps not able to perform in bed anymore? I can help with that!"

Patriarch's eyebrows twitched and he thought 'How does he know?!!'

"Cut the crap, I agree to your conditions. So heal the youngsters already!"

"Alright, an envoy from the royal family will soon arrive as we have already sent a message to them that we wish to sign a new formal contract as soon as you came in. Once he comes he can act as a witness, then we can sign the contract. I will heal your patients afterwards"

Patriarch just sighed in defeat this time, they were completely defeated this time and were playing right into his grandson's hands exactly as he planned.

Soon an envoy from the royal family arrived and they went to an empty room for signing the new contract, after the new terms were drafted both patriarch and Andy signed the contract.

"Alright starting next month your Arden family will send 50% of your earning as tax towards healer Andy's clinic. Andy, and his family are now formally separated from Arden family and also starting next week Arden family will start a new business in red light district as mentioned in the contract and that should last at least 1 year." said the envoy and left with the contract and the recording of their session.

"Congratulations grandfather, your Arden family is now affiliated to my clinic! You can now start sending your family's patients one by one, I will take a look at them."

Soon Arden family started sending their youngsters one by one, starting from the grandson of the patriarch. Patriarch had 2 elder daughters and 1 younger son, this first patient was his son's child.

Within an hour Andy healed all the patients and Arden family went back to their home without even a word of gratitude.

On their way back patriarch remembered something and cursed himself 'Damn it! I should have asked him to fix my little brother as well!'

Once again news of this Andy's new achievement spread like wildfire in the entire capital city. Everyone was talking about Andy and how he achieved so many things in such a short time starting from becoming an apprentice to headmistress, defeating Welf family, healing Faye family matriarch's daughter and now defeating the Arden family.

In the royal family's mansion, the king was sitting in his study room together with his 3rd wife.

"Mia, this son-in-law of yours is really something, he basically rolled over 2 high ranking noble families and there is not even a shred of clue how he did it."

Mia looked at her husband 'angrily' and said

"What do you mean my son-in-law?! He is our son-in-law! Hehe and yes he is amazing I already know that, you don't need to tell me."

"Until I test him myself, I will not call him my son-in-law. How about I will go with you and Melty during her next healing session with him?"

"Hehe sure thing dear, but you are not allowed to bully him!"

"Don't worry, I am not planning to bully him after looking at the outcome of those who tried to bully him haha"

"Honey why don't you grant a new noble name to him and his family? He has already done lot of merits for this country by healing countless people. And this is just the start, he will get even better with time. We should be keeping good relation with him. And also you don't want our Melty to go from being a royal to a commoner right?"

"Let me think about it, first I want to test him when we meet. It is not that I doubt his abilities, but I am worried he is too ruthless and dangerous after seeing the way he dealt with Welf and Arden family"

"Don't worry dear, he is a good person, I have already tested him and I am a better judge of a person than you are! He only act that way towards his enemies. You will know once you meet him."

"Alright Mia, since our daughter is about to get married soon, won't we be a bit lonely afterwards? How about we make a few more children?" said the king with a wicked smile.

"Hmph! not until you accept Andy as your son-in-law!"
