1 Transmigration!

A beautiful twenty-one-year-old girl laid on a double sized bed. She was sleeping on her back with a warm blanket over her body and a big pillow under her head, all while wearing a really warm smile with rosied up cheeks from all the warmth around her.

Her name was Li Wei and she had mid-length black hair made into choppy bangs hairstyle, beautiful violet eyes, an oval face, a subliminal V jawline, beautiful healthy skin, C-cup sized breasts and her figure was that of a most beautiful goddess.

Her consciousness came back to her and her eyelids wavered, but remained closed.

Letting out a loud yawn out of her mouth, she moved her left hand to the bedside table which was to her left and started moving her hand across it, searching for her phone.

"Where is it?" she thought as she furrowed her eyebrows after searching for her phone for the entire three seconds and not finding it.

Five more seconds passed and her fingers grazed the phone.

"Here it is!" she thought and grabbed it.

Rolling over to her left side, she squinted her eyes open and woke the phone up by tapping on its screen with her left thumb.

"It's finally the day… But it's still too early, the store only opens at 10:00," she mumbled.

Putting the phone back on the bedside table, she rolled over on her back and closed her eyes, falling back to sleep.

The door burst opened and a girl of Li Wei's age stormed into the room.

"Wei'er! I am here!" she shouted out.

Li Wei's consciousness came back to her once again. But unlike the last time when her eyelids remained closed, this time they fully opened.

"So loud!" she thought.

Sitting up on the bed, she rubbed her eyes with her hands which she had clenched into fists and yawned again.

"Wei'er! Why are you still sleeping?!"

The girl looked at Li Wei angrily.

"How much time is it?" Li Wei said as she straightened her bedhead with her hands.

"It's already past twelve! And I can't believe you! You were sleeping when I left our room at ten and you were still sleeping now when it's past twelve. Even if it's not a school day, you shouldn't oversleep or your entire day will be over, and didn't you plan to go out today?"

"Why don't you go in my place then?"

Li Wei pulled out a piece of paper from one of the bedside table's drawers and extended it towards the girl.

"Here you go Zai Yer, my pre-order voucher. Don't take too long okay?"

Zai Yer's eyes widened.

"You know I can't!" she shouted out, lowered her head and continued, "Why are you bullying me like this… Li Wei please go and get me my game as well."

She looked up at Li Wei with eyes full of tears.

"She won't go even if I push further," Li Wei thought.

Sighing out, she said, "Fine."

Zai Yer jumped at Li Wei and hugged her tightly.

"I love you Wei'er!"

Li Wei returned the hug and slightly nodded her head.

"It's fine."

Zai Yer pulled away.

"But I don't understand, everyone at the university already knows that you buy games but they still hit on you just like before, both IT majors and majors of other studies. Why is that?"

Li Wei sighed.

"I am aware," she said and thought, "And it's annoying. I tried doing everything that the other girls don't dare and they still keep confessing. What else is left that would remove this headache but also wouldn't put me in jail…"

"Li Wei, you know that after the word about you gone out, other girls got the confidence to reveal their gaming tendencies as well but when they revealed it, their friends and even a few boyfriends of those girls had abandoned them so why are you different?"

Li Wei smiled.

"Zai Yer, those are just rumours. I doubt that you would lose friends just because you like to play games and losing boyfriends? If they were really their boyfriends, they would know about their hobbies don't you think?"

"I guess you are right… Uhh… Li Wei, sorry but I have to go."

Zai Yer pulled out a piece of paper out of her pocket.

"Here is my pre-order voucher."

Li Wei took it out of Zai Yer's hand.

"Alright, when you get back let's play together."

Zai Yer hugged Li Wei for the second time.

"See you, Wei'er,"

Li Wei returned the hug.

"See you."

Zai Yer pulled away and walked out of the room, and Li Wei sighed out.

"Time for me to go as well…" she thought.

Getting up from the bed, she took a quick shower, got dressed up in blue jeans and a white t-shirt with 'Gamer Nation' written on it, put her and her friend's pre-order cards into her wallet and put the wallet in the right pocket of her jeans, grabbed her phone and tapped on the screen with her thumb.

"I will eat later," she thought.

Putting her phone in the left pocket of her jeans, she walked out of the dorm and made her way to the game retail store.

Reaching her destination after half an hour walking, she walked into the game retail store.

"Little Wei!"

Li Wei smiled and approached the counter and the middle-aged man who called out to her.

"Hello, uncle Lu."

Uncle Lu placed a plastic bag on the table.

"Here is your game, little Wei. Have fun, but don't play too long and take brakes alright?"

Li Wei smirked.

"No promises."

Uncle Lu shook his head as he lightly laughed.

"You still haven't changed from the day you first came in here ten years ago."

Li Wei chuckled. She pulled out her wallet and took out two pre-order cards, putting them on the table.

"I will need one more copy, Uncle Lu."

Uncle Lu looked down at the two cards and nodded his head.

"Alright, are you picking it up for a friend?"

"Yeah."

"Wait a minute."

From behind the counter, uncle Lu pulled out a big box. From it, he took out the game and put it inside a new plastic bag. He brought the bag and placed it by the first bag.

"Here you go, little Wei."

"Thank you, uncle Lu."

Li Wei took both the bags into her right hand.

"See you later, Uncle Lu."

Uncle Lu smiled.

"See you, little Wei."

Walking out of the game retail store with the two plastic bags in her right hand, Li Wei headed back to the dorms. But on the way back, something happened which never happened to her in the past, and something that she never thought would happen to her in the future – as she was crossing one of the streets that she had to cross, a truck emerged from a corner.

Li Wei involuntarily turned her head to the truck and her pupils constricted.

"I can't die! I am only twenty-one! My life barely began! I haven't achieved anything! I am yet to graduate top of my year! I am yet to establish my own company! I am yet to become the richest woman in China and in the world! I am yet to—" her thoughts got interrupted as a truck hit her.

"Riya! Wake up! Riya!"

"Riya? Who is Riya?" Li Wei thought.

Feeling that something hit her forehead, she frowned and opened her eyes.

In front of her, she saw a beautiful woman with long ears, long green hair, green eyes, a bow on her back.

"Riya!"

Li Wei frowned.

"An elf?" she thought and the memory of her death flashed through her head.

"Why are you not saying anything, Riya?!"

Li Wei jumped up on her feet and hastily looked around.

She saw a lot of different plants mixed within the green tall grass, big majestic trees that were so tall that she couldn't see the top of any one of them, several small animals that ran around and made the grass and leaves rustle ever so slightly.

"Hey, don't ignore me Riya," the elf woman said as she touched Li Wei's shoulder.

Li Wei moved her eyes to the elf woman.

"My surroundings, this girl and her calling me by that name. It's obvious in spite of how impossible it is. I died and got transmigrated into a fantasy world, into the body of the girl called Riya who most likely is also an elf…" she thought.

"Sorry, is Riya my name? I can't remember anything."

The elf woman frowned and removed her hand from Li Wei's shoulder.

"What? You can't remember anything? You have amnesia?"

Li Wei nodded pitifully.

"You have amnesia? On this day out of all days…" the elf woman mumbled.

Li Wei tilted her head in confusion.

"Is today special?"

The elf woman nodded.

"It is, today is the day when Vartys returns from her journey… Oh, Vartys is your best friend, no, she is more than that. You two were like sisters."

"I see… So from what journey does she return from?"

The elf blew out her chest and proudly said, "You see, Vartys was one of the hero's party and together with him she slew the evil demon lord. Vartys is our hero!"

Li Wei nodded her head in understanding and text started flashing before her eyes.
