{A/N: The first chapter can be considered a chapter of world-building...if you don't like this kind of things you can skip it without any problem, but it's funny (for me) and for this reason, I advise you to read it, enjoy~}

A lot of time ago, the Earth was known as the main world of a very lively sector, This sector was the home of many mystical races, these races, like dragons, phoenixes, unicorns, and a lot of others, fought each other for countless years, trying to achieve more resources and expand their influence outside the sector.

Unfortunately, every time one of them obtained a considerable advantage, the others formed an alliance returning to square one again, and that not only happened one time but every time!

So, they continued fighting each other without making any progress, while the near sectors continued their own development, all of this ended when the "fall" began.

The "fall" was a period where the whole sector lost its mana.

All the races started losing their power, year after year, the mana density decreased until it completely disappeared.

And at that time, when the mystical races were at their weakest, the great enemy acted.

An invasion by an unknown swarm coming from God who knows where one year, an unstable destroyed fleet dragged by gravity another year, like that, "incident" after "incident" the life in all minor worlds of the sector disappeared.

Fortunately, during that period, the mystical races joined in an alliance to obtain their power back and stop whatever was targeting them. They failed, they found another kind of power, but the enemy acted before they could master this new power.

For the last "incident", the enemy didn't even bother to move from the shadows and sent a fleet of spaceships directly above the Earth.

From these spaceships, landed an absurd amount of beasts specialized in killing the mystical races, later called "dinosaurs".

After the slaughter began, the mystical races invested all their resources to find a way to flee with their recently discovered power, the Celestial energy.

One of those mystical races was the Dodo!

They were a special race because of some of their peculiar traits, like laziness and complete lack of surviving instincts, unluckily for them, they were also delicious and became the favorite food for the dragons.

For this reason, they were enslaved and raised only to be later used as a snack for a dragon, after all, how could the strong and mighty dragons look with respect at those little tasty chickens?

When the slaughter began, the dragons, like a lot of other mystical races abandoned the conquered lands and sealed themselves in the capital, called "Dragon Nest", to search for a way to flee from the imminent threat, as the dragons fled, they abandoned most of their laboratories, and in one of these laboratories, the dodos regrouped.

For the first time, the dodos used their brains for doing something that in the future would save their race, was that the awakening of their survival instincts?

No, what drove them was the hatred for the dragons!

The dodos wanted revenge, they couldn't accept that their slaveholders would flee and continue living, thanks to this hatred, the dodos worked much faster than any other mystical race, and that is how they mastered the Celestial energy before anyone else.

Their leader, that later will be known as the Dodo God, created the first dimensional plane, called "Dodo land".

The dodos fled to the "Dodo land", while the other races also created and entered their own dimensional planes, however, there was a difference between their's and the dodos', the dodos applied a special method so that in the future they would be able to return to their sector without too many troubles and take their rightful revenge over the lizards!

Years passed, and all the races studied as hard as they could to obtain new strength to fight the dinosaurs and a way to return home.

Yes, only the dodos had a rather simple way back into their sector.

The dodos spent time searching for new weapons to get their revenge, and so when they were ready they came out for the first time after thousands of years from the "Dodo land".

What they found was a pleasant surprise, the spaceships of unknown enemies had disappeared, only the dinosaurs remained on Earth, and they could not attack the dodos that looked at them from space, the dodos took the opportunity to try their new weapons of mass destruction.

The dodos discussed for a long time what weapon they should try, unfortunately for the dinosaurs, a passing asteroid that had nothing to do with Earth, nor with the dodos, gave them the idea for a very funny and creative solution.

And that's how they started building a mothership thruster on the surface of the asteroid.

The dodos became attached to the asteroid, to the point where they decided to give it a name to remember this happy experience to tell their grandchildren, eventually, they had to separate themselves from the asteroid "Little Boy".

As for how the situation ended, you can imagine it by yourself.

After testing their "Little Boy", the dodos descended on Earth, unfortunately, after the collision with "Little Boy ", the surface wasn't of their liking anymore, so they built their city underground, waiting for the return of the hated lizards.
