Looks like the MC intended to go for a technomancy build (if I interpret the perks right), so why necromancy then? Feels completely random. Artificer would've been the better choice here, imo. Enchanted nanomachines ftw. Besides, afaik Death in the Marvelverse don't like being cheated. With Artificer + technomancy (or nanomancy if possible later down the road) you could've (theoretically at least) an army of Necrons (Warhammer 40k) at your call, since those are only people whose entire(?) body has been replaced by machinery. Alternatively maybe go for something like the Husk in Mass Effect. I'll also press X for doubt that all the powerful mages (like Dr. Fate) in the DCU/MCU will sit idly by and watch while some dude raises the dead.
I loved the idea of this story and contact that writer keep what was in the description with relentless and power hungry MC I will give a grade of 10. (**: I am usually in favor of harem more in this story in question, I think that the search for power and romance should only be disrupted would only hinder the theme.)
