51 Trust and Contract

Leaving the meeting hall, Neo leads Kaya towards the guest room where all officials stay whenever they come.

The guest room was a normal room with a bed and a table with chairs placed in the left corner, a bookcase was placed beside it with various books so that visitors could read some books if they felt bored. The ventilation of the room was good with two windows, one facing east and another facing north. It was clean and well maintained.

Kaya seeing the room was satisfied and turned around to go to the City lord office to discuss other issues like health care, education and security of Libra region and to take a look through the records of Libra region condition in detail.

Kaya and City Lord Neo discussion continued for one and a half hours, in which Kaya talked about Kai's vision and their strategy for the upliftment of the entire eastern region.

Hearing Kaya's words, Neo was happy but at the same time also realized how hard it is to execute this plan and how much time and money will be required to complete it.

Neo was also worried about it and after some deep thinking, he said:" time is only one year, Money I don't think that eastern region has so much money to carry out such a big project" looking at Kaya for her reply.

Listening to Neo opinion Kaya replied with confidence"Time you don't have to worry about that, we have more than enough time to conduct entire plan, money we have so much that entire Buraford kingdom people can bath in it"

Hearing Kaya, Neo was bewitched and said in a low voice.

someone knocking on the doors.

Getting permission the door of the office room opened and ten town lords entered and stood before Neo and Kaya.

"Miss Kaya, we have taken our decision after consulting with village heads that we will take part in this plan and place our trust in you and your lord, we also are willing to sign the contract with you," said one Town lord who first entered the room all others were standing behind him.

Hearing that Kaya smiled and took out a bundle of contracts from her space ring and placed it before the city lord and town lords.

Seeing so many contacts Neo and Town lords were surprised and looked at Kaya with weird expressions.

Seeing their expression Kaya in casual manner"I was planning to go to all Towns and villages after meeting city lord, but all of gathered in Libra City, it made it easier for me to complete my duty in short period of time, sign these contact and send remaining to all village heads to get signed by afternoon, I will return to Almon city by evening, so get it done soon as possible"

Hearing that Town lords nodded and left, taking contacts with them.

Seeing all town lords left, Neo ask Kaya"Miss are you going to leave today evening"

"Yes, so much work is pending, I don't have time wandering around for no purpose," said Kaya.

"But still you can stay a day and leave tomorrow, it's not safe for a lady to travel at night, "Neo said, having a concern about Kaya safety.

"You don't have to worry about that Neo, it will take only an hour to go back, so before night. I will be in Almon city" said Kaya.

"If you have any questions you will get the answer after seeing my way of travel," said Kaya as she stood up and looked outside the window.

"I would take a walk around this area, and so be my guide," Kaya said to Neo with a smile.

Hearing Kaya order Neo nod as both Neo and Kaya left the office room.

In the evening, Kaya got all the signed contracts from village heads and town lords and started her journey back to Almon City.

Neo who saw Kaya flying and disappear before his eyes on a instant, was shocked with his mouth wide open.

Ten horses were running at full speed as they pulled a chariot with a flag of a unicorn symbol on top of it.

Surrounded by hundreds of Knights on their horses, it was marching towards Almon city direction.
