Kaya, Maya, Richard with 300 employees reach Libra City finally after 3days of a hard journey.
To be more specific, hard journey for Richard and 300 employees, the roads of Libra region are truly are in bad condition making, the travel even harder, not to mention they encounter three bandits groups of middle scale with 100 bandits in each group.30 guards they brought with them, were helpless before them but hopefully, Maya and Kaya were there and they captured them and tried them up and after entering the city, all of them were handed over to local guard.
Arriving at City Lord Mansion
When the guard saw Kaya, without asking any questions, run inside to inform the guard captain.
Guard captain on hearing that Kaya has come quickly orders the guard to return to his post and guide Kaya and everyone towards the meeting hall because that place is the only place where so many people can stay at the same time while he runs towards City lord office to inform him about Kaya return.

Neo is currently dealing with his paperwork and while his assistant is telling him about activities going on around the Libra region and details of funds and other requirements to conduct these activities.
At that time the guard captain enters the office room in a hurry and walks towards the City lord who is sitting on his chair and talking to his assistant.
Seeing the guard captain, Neo asks"What happened, August, why are you here?"
"My lord, Miss Kaya has returned from Almon city and other officials and employees have also come with her".
Hearing that Neo stood up and ordered his assistant"Meo take care of these documents, I will talk to you later" saying that Neo hurriedly left in August to welcome Kaya and others.

Hearing that Neo replies with a smile"Nice to meet you to miss Maya, it's my pleasure to meet you".
Looking at Neo, Kaya says"it's good that you are finally here sir Neo, Almon city have sent these 300 trained employees who will be placed in different villages and towns, call all village heads and town lords to come quickly to city lord Mansion".
"Don't worry Miss Kaya, I will immediately send a message to all of them to come quickly?" says Neo and orders guard captain August to send guards to all residents where village heads and town lords are staying and pass on his message to all of them.
Listening to Neo order August take his leave.
"Miss Kaya, do you need any other help," asks Neo.
"Yes, Neo brings the agricultural report of the previous year, Sir Richard would like to see it," says Kaya.
"Ok, I will bring it to right away" saying that Neo also left in a hurry.
After 15 minutes, village heads and town lords finally gathered in the meeting hall filling the entire hall.
Neo also entered after some time with previous year agricultural reports.
Village heads and town lords were delighted to see Kaya and wanted to approach her.
Seeing everyone is here, Kaya finally started her speech.
"Thank you, everyone, for listening to me and waiting these days for my return and I have not returned alone. Almon city has sent specially trained employees as well as department head of the agriculture department of the eastern region here with us," says Kaya pointing at Richard.
"We also have Miss Maya with us, who will oversee the entire plan and herself is an agricultural expert," says Kaya.
Hearing that everyone one nod and bowed to Maya and Richard.
Richard and Maya also bow to them.

Seeing how Kaya was commanding the entire scenario Richard was also surprised and could see the mark of a natural-born leader in her.
Maya only smiles after all she knew how dominating Kaya is, it's only because of Kai that she holds herself back but now that Kai is not here, she is displaying her unique Cham and her aura of a ruler.
Finishing her talks with Village heads and town lords, Kaya looked at 300 employees, who are dead tired after this journey.

Looking at the expression of employees, Kaya had no pity or kindness in her eyes"You guys should not make such a face, you guys are here for doing work not for vacation or field trip and also that you guys can work at maximum efficiency. Ellie has made special potions for you guys, which you guys can find in each of the backpack issued by Almon City for you with a magic concentration detector and a special communication tool which you guys have been trained to use".
The magic communication tool that Kaya is talking about is a tool which records all data in image form and transfers it to main storage, it's made up of magic ruins of rank 7 with a function of transfer of data from main to link tool and link tool to main and a magic image recording stone.
(author note: basically a modern camera with the ability to record video and image without voice and transfer it to the main server and from main server to linked camera).
"Drink these potions twice a day and you guys will feel filled with energy to do anything with a clear and calm mind to do your work carefully and will not make silly mistakes in your work. Without saying anything 300 employees left Libra City with village heads and town lords to go to their respective zones and before going for the journey they all dunked a bottle of potion and a transformation occurred in their soulless body completely changing their mood and expression into joy.
Village heads and town lords who are going with them also felt surprised.
And with this first step towards farming of magic crops started.
