43 Returning Hometown
On their way of leave the forbidden forest,
Byro was looking at Jai again and again but trying to avoid eye contact with Jai.
In just two days this dignified and fearless general was reduced to a wimp.
You can't blame him for this after all, he had to face a monster like Jai and Kai, who completely suppressed him, not only in authority but also in individual strength and now he just got to know about a terrifying secret.

This place covers one third of the continent and is on the easternmost part of continent and is home of millions of magic beasts of different ranks and sizes,
The world knows that it is divided into two regions, inner and outer region but suddenly a core region appears, how will the world population react to that? seeing three rulers of the Inner region already at half step rank 6 beasts, then what about the core region?; how many powerful beasts exist there?.
Having all these thoughts Byro was shaken to his core not to mention he is currently walking beside one of the rulers of the core region, who completely looks human, can beasts take human form? he doesn't know, but he know that Jai is a really powerful battle mage, his level is so high that he can only look up but can't see any figure.
This boy Kai is also not simply, to become friend with such a powerful person,
Until yesterday he thought that it must have been Jai who counterbalanced his aura, during the meeting but now it looks like he had underestimated Kai] these thoughts were going inside his mind as he was holding my Jai left hand.
Kai and Jai noticed Byro's actions and his expression but did not say anything and were waiting for him to digest all these information,
to talk with him later, when he calms down.
After sometime Jai, Kai Byro and Alfred reached Kai hometown.
Two guards were standing and talking to each other when Kai and his gang reached the entrance of the town when they finally notice
Kai and Alfred are followed by two strangers and stop talking and come to welcome them.
"Oh! lord Alfred welcome back, how was your trip to the capital"
"lord Welcome back, welcome back Kai"
Kai and Alfred nod, as Alfred asks about if any stranger has entered the town after he left or anything unusable had occurred.
"No sir everything is going fine, nothing special occurred after you left"
Alfred nodded and ordered them to return to their post as Alfred with Kai, Jai and Byro entered the town.
After entering the town, Alfred and Byro separate with them and went to town hall direction while Kai with Jai took a road towards his home.
Today was not Sunday, so all men are gone to do their jobs of hunting, blacksmithing, teaching, farming, taking care of cattle, etc.
Jai, who was curious about the place where Kai was born, was looking around.
After some walking, they arrived before Kai house and open main door and enter the inn
as the sound of a bell ringed in their ears.

"Welcome sir"
These are the first words they heard entering the inn and as usual Tarika was sitting beside the counter as she looked at Kai and Jai.
Seeing Tarika, Kai smile"I am back mother"
Seeing Kai suddenly arrival took Tarika by surprise but quickly she adjusts her mindset and reply"Welcome back son, how was your trip to capital"
"Well mom, it's a long talk, I will tell you about my whole journey in detail after my father came back," said Kai to Tarika.
Tarika nods and notices the handsome black-haired handsome with charming golden eyes man standing behind Kai.
Seeing Tarika looking at him, Jai quickly introduces himself.
"Hello, Aunty I am Jai, Kai best friend. I have heard many things about you from him; but meeting you in person is truly my honor. you are more beautiful and gentle than Kai tells about you"
Hearing Jai words, Tarika blush and look at Kai.
"Kai, you have made a sweet friend"
Even Kai was looking at Jai and thinking.
'when did this guy become such a sweet talker'
"Oh! have you guys eaten anything."ask Tarika
"Yes, mother we came after eating breakfast." said Kai.
"Ok then, make yourself comfortable, I am going to start making lunch, your father is gone for hunting, I have to eat lunch alone but having you guys here, I don't have to eat alone".
Tarika smiled at them as she entered the kitchen.
Leaving Kai and Jai alone.
"Let's go and take we are going to a bath, later we will discuss other things"
Jai nodded as they went to the bathroom and removed their clothes and entered the bath together.
Jai and Kai after taking bath mostly spend their time wandering around the town and farm field and enjoying after that in the afternoon had lunch and went to take small sleep and woke up at 4 pm and went to town hall to meet Alfred and Byro.
[Inside Town Hall]
Alfred and Byro were sitting in the office room, drinking tea prepared by Elder, when Jai and Kai entered the room.
"How are you," Kai greeted the elder.
"I am fine, Kai," said Elder as she smiled and left the room.
Alfred and Byro were sitting on a chair, so Jai and Kai also took a chair and looked at Alfred and Michael, who were almost finished writing their statement of a witness to the surrendering of the Rulers of the forbidden forest.
"Is it do,"Kai asked, looking at them.
"Yes, we have written our statement as a witness to the surrendering of three rulers of the forbidden forest with our signature, all that remains is the stamp of eastern region army command and stamp of Duke, and this can be sent to central command," said Alfred as he looked at Kai.
Kai nodded.
"Tonight we are staying, tomorrow morning we will leave for eastern command headquarters and after that return to Almon city" said Kai.
Alfred and Byro nod.
Having done that Kai and Jai left the room
and started going back home.
At reaching home, they found Bolt has returned from his hunt and is having some snacks.
"Welcome back father, how was your hunt?"
"Welcome back my son, the hunt was good, what about you? how was your journey?"
Hearing that Kai called Tarika as they all sit on a chair making around,
Kai started his talk about his journey, How he met Diana, how he became a candidate for the competition of throne and how he met his grandfather and grandmother.
Tarika and Bolt, who was listening to Kai,
had an expression of surprise and astonishment, when Kai finally ended his talk.
"To think, I have such a great father and I don't even know him, he is sick currently and I can't even stand by his side," said Bolt filled with sadness.
Seeing Kai's responses, Kai was a little surprised, because he was expecting him to get angry for leaving him.
"You must be wandering Kai, why am I not angry," said Bolt with a smile.
"I am also a father and if I had been in his condition, I would have done the same, to keep my son safe"Bolt said.
Kai nod
While Tarika and Jai smiled.
"Let's talk about you Kai, you left home just for some days and already got yourself a woman," said Bolt with a smile.
Tarika was also smiling at him.
"Bring her next time with you, if you love her, we have no problem with you marrying her," said Tarika to Kai.
Kai on hearing that hugs Tarika and Bolt.
"Thank you, father-mother"
After that the whole family had some other talks.
After sometime Tarika left to make dinner while left to take a bath and get refreshed.
