62 Mastermind (Final Part)
Hearing that Yami finally has found his brother assassination master mind. Atmosphere suddenly becomes silent as they look at Yami with a serious expression.
"One month ago I used my secret information network and found a clue and after some later investigation. They finally were able to get information about the mastermind"saying that Yami brought out a magic recording stone and a card with a joker drawn at one side while on another side a red colour A was drawn with a black crow at the top.
Seeing the card, everyone's expression changed because they know what this symbolises.
Assassins Society, the most mysterious and one of the hidden powers of the Continent.
Nobody knows who created it or who manages it but all know about its terrifying strength and it's network of information is only next to Alfrine Kingdom.
Every kingdom has a secret outpost of their where they can be hired for different jobs but their main work is assassination. until you are willing to pay the price. They will assassination anybody for you.
Assassin's are divided into different ranks according to their work history, strength and reputation.
They are divided into 7 ranks which is represented by different colours
Rank one is white
Rank two is red
Rank three is yellow
Rank four is green
Rank five is black
Rank six is silver
Rank seven is gold
One can find the rank of an assassin by looking at the colour of crow drawn on the card.
"So the hired assassin for killing the king was a rank 5 assassin, no wonder the guard was not able to find any trace of him"says Sisko with a serious expression and on closer look one will see his body is little shaking due to fear but was trying to calm himself down.
On hearing Sisko, Jordan and Charles also become a little nervous.
Seeing everybody's nervousness, Yami took a deep breath and tried to relax his body.
"You guys do not have to become nervous, the person who was hired to assassinate my brother. I already have full information about him and it was from him that we got information about the mastermind"says Yami in a deep voice.
On hearing that their nervousness turned to shock. After all nobody knows who are members of Assassin Society to think Lord Yami can get information about such a character and also to make such a character to give information about his customer is not an easy task.
Yami smiles looking at Charles and other"You guys must know that it's not easy to get information about members of Assassin Society, but once upon a time I saved an assassin from assassin society and so he owed me a favour.
So I contacted him through my links and had him look about this case"
Hearing that Charles and Sisko nodded.
Jordan was a little curious about the assassin Yami saved.
"Lord Yami, who is this assassin that you saved?"asks Jordan.
Listening to Jordan, Yami said in a casual manner"Thousand death monk, have you heard this name?"
Hearing the name of the assassin Charles, Sisko and Jordan started to tremble, due to the terrifying reputation of this assassin.
Thousand death monk, one of the gold rank assassins of Assassin Society.
"When I saved him, he was a rank 5 assassin.
though it's a shame to use such a favour for such a small task but I don't have any choice and had to get information about the mastermind"says Yami.
Hearing that Charles and everyone nod.
"So who is the mastermind Lord Yami?who planned assassination of the King"ask Charles while looking at Yami.
Listening to Charles' questions, Yami's expression became complicated and had a look of confusion in his eyes" Prince Simon"replies Yami in a deep voice.
"WHAT?"
On hearing Yami reply all three were shocked and astonished.
"Why? Why will prince Simon hire an assassin to kill his own father? And on top of that he was King's favourite and had the most chance to become the next King. This does not make any sense Lord Yami"shouts Jordan standing up from his seat.
Charles and Sisko were also the same but didn't react like Jordan and looked at Yami.
"I am also confused about it, why?"Yami says with a confused expression.
"Whatever may be the reason, it does not change the fact. He hired an assassin to kill his father who was King of Buraford kingdom"Charles says with a serious expression while looking at others' 'And i don't have to tell you guys right. What is the punishment for such an act".
Sisko and Jordan nod
Hearing that Yami also felt bitter but he knew this needed to be done.
"Send a letter to Duke William and ask him to send Simon to the capital and don't tell him that Simon is behind the King's death then he will never let him come to the capital"says Yami to Charles.
"Jordan, go and prepare the army. Just in case; Duke William refuses to send over Simon. we will go to his territory and capture Simon"
Yami orders.
Jordan nods
"Sisko, go and tell the council of elders about it and take this magic recording stone and card with you. It will act as evidence"tells Yami to Sisko.
Listening to Yami order, Sisko nods
"Every go I will wait here for the elders' decision in the meantime"says Yami.
After that everyone left to complete the given task.
Leaving Yami and Ellen alone.

Duke castle
AHHHHHHH
Sound of the clashing of swords and the screams of servants can be heard through the castle; While the corpses of castle guards are lying on the floor.
[Duke office room]
"WHY? WHY ARE YOU DOING THIS SIMON"shouted Duke William at the young handsome man standing before him.
"Why? do I need a reason to kill you, Duke William. It's just that you have become useless to me now"says Simon looking at Duke William whose both hands and legs have been cut and blood is flowing out of them.
"I am your grandfather, how.. how... can you do this, don't you want to become the king"says William in a low voice while trying to stay conscious as he knows if he loses consciousness only death awaits him.
Simon smiles evilly at William and took out a ring from his pocket and shows it to William
"Do you recognise it, William"
Seeing the ring, William's expression changed to horror and his whole body started to tremble while his face became pale due to horror like he was going through a nightmare.
As he looks at Simon with his eyes wide open.
"Now you know the answer, William"
says Simon with a smile.
"Now die"
saying at Simon thrust his sword into William's heart.
Some time later the door of the office room opens and a woman with a skeleton staff enters the room and looks at Simon.
"You have done well Prince Simon with this our plan is back on track"says the woman looking at William's dead body.
Simon nods and leaves the room with an ice cold expression.
