73 End of Nightmare

Returning back to Almon city. Kai got the news from Jai that all members of the cult have been captured, and the Army of Undeads have stopped moving towards the capital and roaming around without any person to command them.

"It looks like Jai and Bolt have taken care of other members"thinking that Kai will enter the administration office.

Entering the office they saw Norman and Diana are talking with Duke Michael, while holding a thick bundle of papers in their hands.

Hearing the sound of the opening of the door they put down the file of the table, and welcomed Kai and Ellie back.

"How was it that your master agreed to help?"asked Michael in a hurry.

Ellie was about to say something suddenly received Kai message through mindlink

"No need tell Michael about my Identity as lord of Forbidden forest"

Ellie agreed.

Kai nods "Yes, master defeats Yakto and he is gone as for minions they have been captured by Jai and Bolt".

Michael and Diana where happy on listening to the good news but sad at the same time

"Finally this issue has been solved, but Yakto has given a major blow to Buraford kingdom which will take decades to recover not to mention Yakto and his minions have turned most of the population into undead. Entire system has collapsed due to it"

Hearing Michael's concerns Kai told Michael about the solution found by Ellie and his master and the method which can turn all undead back to normal.

Michael and Diana nodded

"Since your master and Ellie have found this method. I hope it works as for now, we don't have any other solution"as he placed his hand on Kai's shoulder and smiled.

"It will surely work. I fully believe in Ellie ability and knowledge as well as my master"

Hearing Kai's confident voice. Michael felt relieved.

"Have Kaya and Maya still have not returned"ask Kai 

"No. They are just too much busy taking care of the agriculture sector with Richard and after the successful harvest of magic crops. Others parts of eastern region have also agree to grow it. So they are super busy handling these issues, we have been also facing, increase in paperwork as these documents are needed to be signed for authorisation. Yesterday a new batch of workers from Fantasia joined us, as well as a construction force which has increased our speed of construction and development of eastern territory. Mostly by one and a half month all major projects will be finished and eastern region will welcome a new beginning, if we continue to work with the same phase"said Michael with a wide smile.

He had clearly known about the hidden potential of eastern region, but years of fragile infrastructure development have been holding back his great plan.

Kai was also happy on hearing that as they both smiled. Diana, Ellie and Norman were also happy.

After talking for some time, Ellie and Kai left the office and parted ways.

Ellie went to take some rest and recover her magic power, as they will need to perform a grand spell tonight.

Kai was also tired both physically and mentally after all that fight with Yakto, as he walked towards his bedroom and fell asleep as soon as he landed on bed.

Evening,

Kai was wearing his spirit armour with Ellie beside him and placing his hand on her back; as he transferred his magic power to her as she continued releasing her power of law while standing on top of the Royal palace roof. If anybody looks at the sky currently.

They will be able to feel as something is covering their head, this is a magic circle created by power of law and a large amount of magic power is gathering at its centre and finally just when the sun is about to set and before their eyes; the last ray of sunlight disappears. A large magic circle covers the entire Buraford kingdom.

"RELEASE"Just as Ellie said it, for a fraction of a second a spell is casted and terrifying magic pressure is released which disappears the next moment like it never existed.

As Ellie was about to fall. Kai caught her from her back.

"Master it is done"said Ellie with a weak voice as she fell into a deep slumber.

Kai looked at the sleeping face of Ellie. To cast a kingdom scale magic circle, Ellie had exhausted all of her mental strength and magic power.

"Rest well. We will talk later"muttered Kai as the princess carried her, toward one of the bedrooms in the royal palace and laid her on the bed and called Yami and Ellen. Telling them to talk care of her and leave using the teleportation key and appear in his room like he never left in the first place.

This teleportation key is the key for leaving the core region of Forbidden forest, but Ellie did some modifications when Kai was in the spirit world.

Which connects it with royal palace teleportation allowing Kai to appear anywhere on both sides of the teleporter within a range of 500 meters.

Leaving the room as nothing has happened Kai left his room to go to Royal palace and meet Yami and Ellen.

With this one of the first crises faced by Kai was easily overcome by the help of strength of his friends, wisdom of his master and his own abnormal amount of magic power.

For now, the peace has been restored back. But the true enemy of the entire continent is still hiding in the dark.

Kai focused on his studies and continue to accumulate knowledge from his master.

[At night, Duke Castle]

Lily was sleeping in her room when suddenly a hand appeared out of a crack in the space touching her cheeks.

Feeling the sensation of someone touching her cheeks, she opened her eyes and found a hand coming out of the space crack.

'Is it already time for training?'

Pausing for a moment, she entered the space crack. Disappeared from the room silently without getting detected by anybody.
