Country R
A huge bedroom completely decorated in princess style. The breeze blowing into the room carrying the sweet smell of lavender through the windows. The pink curtains waved with the wind.
In the middle of the room lies a frail-looking girl. Her body connected to different high-end pieces of equipment to keep her alive. The only noise in the room was the beeping of these machines.
All of a sudden the beeping of the machines became louder, alarming the nurses and doctors of the mansion. They rushed over to the room. The whole mansion was engulfed in panic.
The machine showed unsteady heartbeats.
Mrs. Lin looked extremely worriedly at the girl lying motionless on the bed.
It's been three and a half years since she has fallen into a coma. Her master had done everything he could to keep her alive. He had appointed many doctors and nurses to take care of her. He brought several scientists to find a drug that could wake her up from the deep slumber. But he failed. No drug, no medicine was able to wake her up. Days passed by but she never woke up.
Today the beeping of the machines was like alarms asking everyone to be prepared for the worst.
In another part of the earth, Country H
An enormous hall was filled with laughter and whispers. Light melodies could be heard. A crowd of top elites of the continent was gathered here.
The door of the hall suddenly opened.
A tall figure walked in quietening the whole hall. His handsome face had no trace of any emotions. Clad in a black tuxedo he walked in with long strides.
Holding his right arm the lady quickened her pace to keep up with him. Her long red mermaid gown enhanced her figure. She wore a blissful smile on her lips. Together they looked like a match made in heaven.
They were none other than the main characters of tonight, Mu Yushen and An Jian.
Mu Yushen, the President of M Corp, one of the world's largest group of companies, took over his position at the tender age of twelve. He then expanded the company which mainly concentrated on the textile industry to a vast empire. There was no industry to which B corp was not extended to.
Tonight Mu Yushen was getting engaged to his childhood sweetheart, An Jian. She was known as the Queen of the Entertainment Industry. Starting her career as a child artist, she had tried her hands on almost all sections of the Entertainment Industry including modeling, acting, singing and the list goes on. She was often praised for her high emotional quotient.
An Jian was over the moon as she thought of being Mu Yushen's wife. It was her dream since she was a child. She had molded herself into a perfect wife- material for his sake. Her likes to dislike, everything depended on him. He meant the world to her. Her efforts were finally paid off. From today he would belong to her.
An Jian had her sweetest smile on her face.
As they walked to the center of the hall, they could hear praises from the people gathered. Some were real and some were complete bootlicking.
Suddenly a phone started ringing.
Mu Yushen pulled his phone out of his pocket. After looking at the caller ID, he answered the call without hesitation.
An Jian felt displeased at this, but all she could do was keep quiet and wait for him to finish the call like all the other people in the hall.
Hearing the caller's words his expression changed. Without a word, he ran out of the hall in a hurry.
