16 Beaten to Pulp

Within an hour, Qin Lina prepared the required paperwork for renting the attic for a period of six months.

Shen Yiren as the head of the family signed the document followed by Bai Ruoxi.

Qin Lixin was over the moon. His idea had finally worked out. The rent for six months was collected in advance. It will be enough to meet this month's requirements.

Due to the fact that she was pregnant, Bai Ruoxi had to stay in hospital till she woke up.

The money Bai Ruoxi had paid as the rent was spent in the hospital. Hence, the normal financial crisis rose again.

Days passed by, neither Bai Ruoxi woke up nor they found a way to solve the crisis.

On the fifth day, unexpectedly Bai Ruoxi woke up.

Doctors ran the check-up and gave a green signal. She was finally discharged from the hospital.

On the way back home, Shen Yiren felt some changes in Bai Ruoxi. But she kept her doubt to herself.

Asher rushed over to Bai Ruoxi and explained the financial crisis that had aroused due to her hospitalization. Bai Ruoxi promised to return the money once she reached home.

As they reached back home, they saw thugs beating up Qin Shixuan, Shen Yifan, and Shen Yichen. Mr.Feng had passed out. Mrs. Feng and the kids including Xu Chenyu were heavily wounded.

The furniture inside the café was totally destroyed. The signboard of the café partially hung down.

One of the thugs was continuously kicking Shen Yifan again and again.

Asher felt his blood boiling at this sight. Just as he was about to rush forward, a hand-pulled him backward. He turned his head only to see

Bai Ruoxi walking forward.

Without a word, she punched the thug who was kicking Shen Yifan. The punch was so powerful that, the thug had to take a few steps backward to balance himself.

He was surprised to see such a beautiful young lady. He looked at her lustfully.

Seeing a girl punching their leader, one of the thugs came forward to punch her. Within a few minutes, he was beaten into a pulp. This enraged the rest of them.

One by one came forward and was beaten up by Bai Ruoxi single handedly

Everyone was amazed at the speed at which the petite woman had beaten all the thugs up.

Just then, the police arrived.

The chief was shocked to see that the thugs whom even the whole police force of the station was unable to handle were beaten to a pulp by a young lady.

Police arrested the thugs and collected statements from Bai Ruoxi and the others. The chief congratulated and thanked Bai Ruoxi for her help.
