School had just ended so right now Qiao Na Feng was on break. After he finished breakfast, he decided to go out for a run.

Qiao Na Feng told his parents what he was going to do and walked outside, leaving the three other family members sitting down in shock.

When he got outside, Qiao Na Feng saw that his house had an awfully big backyard with ample room to run. He paced himself as he jogged around the backyard three times before laying down on the ground panting as he tried to catch his breath. He reached for a water bottle but remembered that he didn't bring one.

He was about to get up when he felt a something cold being pressed on his forehead. Qiao Na Feng looked up and saw his brother holding a bottle of water in his hand.

"Although it's great to see you finally working out, I don't want to see you pass out from dehydration." Qiao Na Chao said as he hand the bottle over to Qiao Na Feng.

"Thank you." Qiao Na Feng accepted the bottle and took big gulps of water. He then got up and stretched his aching body.

"You can exercise with me every morning if you like." Qiao Na Chao said as he looked at Qiao Na Feng.

Qiao Na Feng thought about it for a moment and took up his offer.

"Okay, what time?" He asked.

"Around this time would be good." Qiao Na Chao was pleasantly surprised when he heard him agree to his proposition.

"Okay." Qiao Na Feng said agreed.

They both went back inside after another jog around the backyard. Qiao Na Feng came in sweating with soaked in clothes and went to take a shower.

He took off his sweaty clothes and stepped into the enclosure. A quick shower later, he came out of the bathroom wearing a simple, blue tank-top and black sweatpants. His cheeks were pink because of the shower and his skin looked smoother than before.

Qiao Na Feng decided to explore the previous hosts room. He went through the drawers and found a pile of trinkets. There were small, plastic toys and some jewelry. Qiao Na Feng looked through the pile until he found a small notebook.

It looked worn out with a lot of folded, and stained pages. When he opened it, he found sketches. The sketches were of shirts, dresses, shoes, basically every form of modern clothing. As he flipped through them, Qiao Na Feng nodded his head.

He saw a shirt that had nothing but a sipper going through the middle. The simplicity gave it a unique flavour that piqued Qiao Na Feng interest. Another sketch was of a long sea-green, evening gown that had an opening in the lower half of the dress so that it would expose the wearers legs when she walked. The dress had no other decoration that a gold, chain belt that went around the waist.

Based on Qiao Na Feng's observation, the previous host seemed to like to simple but elegant style of clothing. But Qiao Na Feng found no faults with this type of style.

As a long-time fashion designer, he had a keen eye of whether an article of clothing was good or not. He had to admit that the previous host of this body had really decent ideas that earned his acknowledgement.

The designs were good but they needed a couple of adjustments.

Qiao Na Feng put the notebook on the bed, intending to look through it again later, and headed down to the lowest level of the house. There was a private gym down there that only Qiao Na Chao ever used. Qiao Na Feng went down the elevator until he reached the room and saw a lot of gym equipment.

Qiao Na Feng never like to exercise or do anything required him to be constantly out of breath. But even if he didn't like it, he knew it would be bad for his health so he had to get this body into shape.

Qiao Na Feng went over to a treadmill and started it up. He ran for half an hour before he got off completely sweaty again and discontent on having to take another shower.

The day ended uneventfully and Qiao Na Feng looked through the notebook once more before going to sleep.

The next morning, he woke up when he felt cold air wash over his whole body.

"Get up Xiao Fang, it's time to go for a run." A deep voice snapped Qiao Na Feng awake.

Qiao Na Feng grunted before he got up from the bed.

"Do you not know how to knock?"

He frowned when he felt his sore muscles from yesterday's workout. He stretched them out to relieve the soreness before he headed to the bathroom.

Qiao Na Chao sat down on the bed and waited for him to finish. "I did but that didn't seem to wake you up." He chuckled.

Qiao Na Feng ignored him and got dresses. They both then headed outside and jogged around the backyard.

Qiao Na Feng tried to keep up with Qiao Na Chao's pace but he lagged behind after the first 5 minutes and had to modify his speed. A half hour later, Qiao Na Feng stopped jogging and just continued walking as he tried to take deep breaths to slow his breathing.

It wasn't as bad as the day before but Qiao Na Fang still felt uncomfortable.

"You need to build up more stamina." Qiao Na Chao said as he ran up to him, still looking as if he hadn't been running at all. He handed Qiao Na Feng the water bottle he was holding.

Qiao Na Feng glared at him, and took a few gulps of water. It felt good in his body as the cold water went down his throat. "I know."

"Come on, let's go eat breakfast." Qiao Na Chao said as he walked into the house.

Qiao Na Feng slowly followed him.
