17 Finally Part Of The Planning Department.

Naeun blinked open her eyes when Taehyun gently shook her to awake her. The jet had landed on top of a large building with approximately 30 floors, according to Naeun's quick observation.

Wow, that's big...must be his headquarters

She stared at Taehyun, waiting for him to tell her where they were as to not rouse any suspicions, but he didn't say anything and just took her into the building. Apart from all the mafia buildings and headquarters, Naeun had seen this was comparatively cleaner and nicer than any. Taehyun kept on walking and all the people continued doing their work not sparing anyone a glance.

He finally stopped in front of a door that was guarded by at least 10 guards who left the door with one single glance from Taehyun.

They both entered and a man was sitting on a chair flipping through pages looking extremely busy. All the people she had seen had many tattoos on their faces, hands, and necks but this guy had fewer.

He stood up and bowed as soon as he noticed Taehyun.

"Welcome boss. It has been a long time since you came."

"Certainly Kai."

"I won't be long," Taehyun continued. "Make this woman a part of the planning department and make sure she doesn't work today. Help her explore and be comfortable."

Kai nodded and Taehyun turned around to leave but before going he gave a little pat on Naeun's head and smiled leaving. Naeun also smiled a little but turned serious when she faced Kai.

"So it's true that Boss's finally settling on a woman?"

What do I look like to you? A toy?

"What do you think?"

"Easy Princess I am your superior here so it doesn't matter if you're Boss's woman or not."

If I could just break his neck...

"I will be careful next time. Are you the head of the planning squad?"

"I'm the temporary one. The real head is Jeon Jungwoo."

"Is he coming back anytime soon?"

"Why are you curious?" Kai asked tilting his head.

So that I can inform my agency about you idiots.

"So I don't get too used to you."

"You can talk I see. But I still don't understand why Boss left such a fragile girl here."

Fragile!?

"Don't judge this fragile girl with her face, sir. She may be able to surprise you in the end."

"We'll see. For now, follow me."

He got up and went out of the room and entered the planning department. All the people were working and too focused to pay attention to anybody. Kai led her up to a guy who was covered with tattoos in his arms and neck and was working diligently.

"Mike!"

The guy stopped working and bowed looking up at him.

"Show this lady around the planning department and help her adjust. I will be leaving now."

Kai left leaving Naeun with the unknown Mike guy.

"Ummm...hello?"

"Hi, my name is Mike. What's your beautiful lady?"

Thank you...Is everyone a flirt here?

"I'm Naeun."

"Wait, are you boss's women?"

Boss's what?

"Does everybody know me here like that?"

"No, but we know that Boss has gotten interested in a woman named Naeun. Come and follow me. I'll show you where you have to work."

Naeun accompanied Mike to a working station.

"Here you're going to start working."

"When should I start?"

"You could now but permanently from tomorrow."

"Thanks. I got it."

Mike left and Naeun stared gong through the different plans and cases that hadn't be planned or were pending yet. Many of them were the same cases that KIA was after too. Funny, right? KIA and Bulletproof were after the same people yet hated each other. There was one case that caught Naeun's attention. An unplanned robbery of 50 Million dollars.

She looked into it and it was the same case Jihoon was working on previously but it was too complicating, so he declined it. Naeun kept on going through the other different cases and when Mike entered the room at 1 A.M. in the morning, she was still working.

"Woah, you are still working?"

Does it look like I'm eating?

"I'm just checking the different case files to see which one to tackle tomorrow."

"Impressive. Wanna go somewhere?"

To bed? Yeah sure.

"Where?"

"You'll see. Come on."

Naeun followed Mike out of curiosity and he kept on walking and walking and finally entered an elevator. The elevator seemed to be going down near the basement making Naeun confused.

Finally, when they reached the basement Naeun's eyes widened. This was the environment she had expected when she entered the building. Men, Wrestlers, sweat, and the smell of alcohol. It looked like a real gangster fighting base.

"What is this place?"

"This is the fighting or training department. I sometimes come here to take out stress."

"So we can be part of two departments?"

"If you are capable enough."

"Hey Mike is she your sister or something?" One guy shouted and the others laughed along with him.

"Introduce yourself," Mike whispered.

Hi, guys. I'm your death. Prepare to get murdered by me! Hope we can get along!

"Hi, guys. I'm Naeun. I recently joined the planning department. Hope we can get along nicely."

"I like her!" And there were shouts of agreement from everyone.

"Back off boys! She's off-limit."

Naeun turned to face the guy who said that and was shocked to find Jaemin standing there. He was looking different from the guy she had met earlier. He was wearing a tank top and was sweating profusely as if he had just run a mile.

"Why Sir?"

'She is Boss's girl. The Princess you have been hearing about."

Princess!?

Cheers of men filled the room and everybody started bowing to Naeun.

A guy brought a chair and made Naeun sit on it. All the boys then made a circle around the chair like some kids listening to a bed story from their mother.

"What are you all doing?" Naeun asked amused.

"We want to listen to the story of how you met our boss Princess."

"Why are you all calling me...PRINCESS?!"

"That's what Jinhyun calls you," Jaemin replied chuckling.

Curse you, Jinhyun!

"Is Princess stressed?"

"Should we bring Princess a stress pill? Does Princess want a massage?"

Princess just wants peace. Can you give that to her?

"No, it's ok. But nobody tells this to Taehyun ok?" Naeun asked smiling.

"Sure Princess. As you say!"

"Yah! I want to listen too. Bring your Boss a chair you fools! And whoever interrupts will have to do 500 pushups!"

"Well, I and your boss met in a café shop while working part-time.." Naeun began telling the story and was entertained at how the boys found it strange and weird how their boss could smile and laugh too. Nobody dared to interrupt except Jaemin who had to do pushups but still listened to the story attentively.

Finally when Naeun finished many boys had fallen asleep and Jaemin was snoring on a couch. Naeun liked the boys. They were fun to be around, not at all scary or dull. She got up feeling tired but she couldn't sleep. She went straight up back to the planning department and started working again.

It was early in the morning at 6:00 A.M. when suddenly an unknown guy burst in to the room.

"Princess, are you still here?"

"Yeah, why? What's wrong?"

"Run to the meeting room if you don't want a bullet in your chest!" And with that said he ran off and Naeun wasted no time and dashing to the meeting room. She was calm knowing she reached on time and sat down next to Mike who was already present there.

"I don't think somebody's going to die today." He whispered to Naeun while she furrowed her brows.

Die? Already? But I just got here!
