Admission

ME's POV

Lying on my unnecessarily huge bed, I just received a notification saying that i had gotten admission into College of Science...I couldn't help it, I screamed...

*boom* mum rushed into my room with our maid aunty sikira...

Mom:Why did you scream like that??...*laughs sheepishly*...Sorry about that, I just found out that I've been admitted...

Aunty sikira: Congratulajun...this one mean say we go chop plenry chikin...Make I go plepel am...she left while doing a funny dance, while me and mom just laughed...

Mom: I'm happy for you my dear and I know your father will be happy too...if only he was here...

Standing up I hugged mom for awhile and awkwardly patted her back, I was at loss for words because I myself needed comfort...we stood for awhile before mom broke the hug and cheerfully said: young lady, let's go shopping!! which made me thrilled..

Mom left while i listed the things I'll be needing for school...*sighing* I picked up my phone and looked at dad's picture...I miss you so much dad, I wish you were here :-( ...Well, I better get ready..
