14 It's Time

Yui steps through the other side of the portal appearing in a dark alleyway. Everyone was waiting for Yui and Yusuke to catch up. Yui then walks up to the group, passing them peaking over the corner of the wall. She then sees a nice looking area that she has never laid eyes on before. The upper class district. She could see a bunch of expensive looking shops down the street with a some people walking around at night.

"Wow this place looks beautiful. I've never been to the upper district." Yui says with a sparkling look on her face.

"You been to this city before?" Reisa says.

"Um no, I just mean the city. I haven't left the castle that much, so this is my first time being here…"

"I see. I guess being the princess and all means you really can't go anywhere."

"Yea, I hate it. Ahmya really made life a living hell"

"We aren't here for conversation, now come over here so we can discuss the plan." Levi walks back to the group.

"Lets go." Yui says. The two of them join the group, standing next to Lilith.

"Okay now that we have everyone here, and not distracted. Let's go over what info we have. The base is located in the middle of the city, they hide out in the king's castle. We can assume he is involved in the Black Council too since they are stationed there. We know that Kerem is the leader of the Black Council division stationed here at Ilagend. He was also the reason for the attack on Carcasir. We know Ace from the main Black Council division, that's what we are going to call them for now since. So be careful of Ace since we don't know his real purpose for being here."

"What do we do with the king?" Renji says.

"I don't care, just eliminate anyone to do with the Black Council. We are completely exterminating them… We will sneak through the back of the building through the garden. Hopefully there shouldn't be too many guards. Once we make it inside, the real battle will start. Just remember not to fight one on one, we don't know how strong these guys are."

"Can we get on with it?" Yusuke says impatiently.

"Can you not rush it, we are not even ready yet. We need the signal from the head first."

"What a pain." Yusuke whispers to himself. Yui looks over slightly hearing what he said, but decides to ignore it.

"So what are we going to do? Wait here for a couple hours?" Kana says with boredom seen on her face.

"Ugh, you guys are a pain. Can't you take this more seriously. We can walk towards the castle, since we have some ways to go." Levi signals them to follow him. They all began to walk onto the street with many expensive looking shops. "Make sure to spread out a little, walking as a group like this is suspicious." Yui, Litlth, and Reisa group up together while Urumi, Kana are grouped together, Renji is with Levi, and Yusuke is alone. They all follow each other slowly behind one another spaced apart far enough to not look that suspicious.

"Wow! This part of the city is beautiful at night!" Lilith looked with excitement on her face, then looking gloomy. "Too bad it wasn't under better circumstances for being here."

"Yea, maybe once this is all over we can come back here." Yui says.

"That would be nice… But even when this city is saved, we still haven't won. The whole world is still in a state of despair."

"Yea, I just wish everyone thought that way." Reisa says.

"By the way I never asked, but why are you out here Reisa."

"I'm just out here to help, a lot of vampires are actually against the Black Council... But I obviously can't say that for all. It's not like everyone is good, that would be too convenient."

"Yea, that would go for any group or race."

"Yup to bad the world is cruel. I would think you would be cautious considering vampires probably want to capture more then anyone else."

"Why is that?"

"Well some vampires see as an opportunity to prove they are more powerful. I guess I am saying if they take out you, then they will rise to high status in there family. Not every royal family has it good. "

"I understand." Yui looking concerned, thinking to herself looks back over at Reisa who looks flustered.

"Um, if you don't mind. Why do you dislike her so much?" Reisa asks nicely as possible.

"Because being with her was torture, everyday was punishment, if I do one little thing wrong I get punished. I was abused into submission. Why wouldn't I hate her."

'And that she turned me into a vampire, and forced me into this. But I can't say that.' Yui thought to herself.

"I don't think she hates you though from the sound of it... Sorry I don't want to intervene in your family affairs, sorry for asking."

"It's fine… I wouldn't doubt she just loves me." Yui says sarcastically, looking over at some people sitting at a cafe. She begins to feel self conscious and pulls on her hood to bring it up even more.

'Geez, I subconsciously act like a girl now ever since I was with Ahyma.' Yui says with anger. They all seemingly continue their walk to the castle.

-Amelia, walking towards front walls.-

"Gather as many people as you can." Amelia yells leading a bunch of knights towards the wall. "Milena. Go and see if you can convince the White Order to help us. Bring some others with you, we are going to need as many people as possible." Amelia turns around and looks over at the knights she has gathered from Sanctuary. "Everyone listen up, we need to defend this wall no matter the cost. We can not let them win. While we are fighting, we have another group ready to take out the leader. This battle will not go in vain, we will win…. Back division, make sure to kill any Black Council in the guard towers!"

"Yes ma'am." The group proceeded to run towards the stairs to get up on the wall where the towers are.

Amelia begins to march forward towards the front entrance with everyone else following. Waiting there were 4 Black Council guards.

"What are you guys doing!?" The guard yells out. "Stop right there, you can not proceed any further."

"I won't let you stop us!" Amelia says killing one of the guards while walking by.

"You bastard!" One of the other guards yells out.

"Bleh." The guard yells out getting his guts sliced out, followed by the other guards. They all drop dead on the ground into a bloody mess. No one guarding the front entrance either, Amelia looks for the signal to move from the back division. She sees a light shine giving her the signal and then proceed to move forward.

"Now with no Black Council in sight this should be a little more easy. Now we just got to wait."

-30mins later-

Amelia was seen talking to a group of knights, then she catches Milena in the corner of her eye running towards her. She only had a few White Order knights with her.

"So I assume it didn't go that well?" Ameila says not to be surprised.

"Yea, lucky some people ended up believing me. I guess the public really doesn't know that much about the Black Council. Lucky for us the Order is sort of like a guild so some decided to help us."

Amelia looks over at the knights, they were dressed in a white cloak uniform, with a silver trim and cape.

"Thanks for helping us, you don't understand how much this will mean." Amelia says.

"No problem, some of us understand what the Black Council really is, and we won't stop for nothing if they are attacking this city!" One of the knights said. He wore white and red instead of the normal white and silver, with a cloak covering his head and back. He looked like a familiar face, he had dark blue hair and grey eyes.

"May I ask what your name is?"

"Ash." The man smiles. Amelia turns around with a look of suspicion.

"You can group up with the front line knights. That's where we will need the most support, since not many Black Council knights are stationed here. We are more worried about what's to come."

"Yes!" Ash says while signaling the other knights to follow him. They all then walk away from Amelia.

"Watch out for him. I don't know what it is, but he seems strange." Amelia whispers to Milena.

"I know what you mean, but I couldn't deny him coming."

"Just make sure you watch him closely." Amelia says. Milena then walks towards the front line to where Ash is, and Amelia follows. She stands in front of everyone getting ready for a speech.

"I know I am going to repeat myself, but thank you for everyone being here. Thank you for risking your life for a greater good. We don't know what we are getting ourselves into, but we do know what's right from wrong. We are going to fight for our freedom today! This is where we stand, and we show them we can fight." Amelia adjusting herself looking even more confident. "No more letting the Black Council control us… No. Controlling this world!"

"Yeah!" Everyone cheers in the crowd.

"So if you guys are scared I would advise you to leave now. There is no guarantee you will live through this. Now we just need to wait." Amelia looks over the horizon over towards the forest with a serious look. "Lets pray this goes as planned." She stands there in the front waiting for when the time comes.

-2 Hours Later, Time of the attack-

Amelia standing there in a daze, looking off in the distance waiting patiently.

"Is this going to be okay." Amelia says looking off in the distance. Milena was standing next to her, with a big sword on her back.

"I think. I wouldn't feel too guilty. Everyone is here for their own reasons, and hate towards the Black Council. We all want to stop them equally."

"Yea, but I am the leader of this place. I can't help but feel like I'm using a disposable army."

"THEY ARE HERE!" A loud yelling is heard coming from the top of the walls. Amelia looks over the horizon and sees the Black Council army walking towards them, but that wasn't all.

"Trolls this is bad!? Amelia says with a surprised look. "They have trolls working with them?"

"Well it's no surprise with how stupid they are." Milena says.

"Yea, but it mostly is only trolls, this isn't much of a win for us against the Black Council if we are just fighting trolls!" Amelia is seen getting a little angry. "That's if we can win this now!"

"Everyone listen up!" Amelia turns around with a heroic look, her red eye gleaming. "This is where we stand, the time has finally come. The Black Council will lose the battle! Trolls are strong so make sure you don't fight alone! Amelia turns around and faces the army that is approaching them. You can see the entire army in view now, very disorganized. They were mostly trolls with some Black Council members in the back.

"Everyone! Charge!" Amelia points forward towards the unorganized army. Everyone behind her is seen charging into battle, facing the giant trolls head on. Amelia whispers and a magic circle appears in front of her.

"Levi, it's time."

"Understood. How is it going over there"

Amelia then looks up at the massacre in front of her. Many trolls have died, but compared to casualties stacking up from Sanctuary, the comparison was obvious.

"Not so great, there are trolls here."

"Damn, I knew it wasn't going to go smoothly.. Make sure to contact us if you need backup. We have to go now, good luck."

"Good luck!" The magic circle disappears suddenly with her giving out a sigh. "I better help as much as I can."She scans the area looking for a good place to attack. She sees some knights having trouble and runs towards them to help.

"Get back! I got this!"

[Blood: Burst] A spike of blood comes shooting out from Amelia's hand piercing the trolls stomach, making a big gaping hole in it.

"Whoa." One of the knights said.

"Are you guys okay, you need to be more careful on how to handle these trolls." Amelia runs to the next group that needs help. Jumping from group to group, making sure there aren't much casualties. After just fighting against a couple trolls she is seen out of breath from all the running.

"This is a lot of work alone, too bad I couldn't use something to wipe out this whole area but that would cause friendly fire." She then looks over seeing Milena fighting some trolls.

[Fire Dragon: Rage] Her hands light on fire. With her arms turning more scaly looking, more like a dragon. She then pulls out her sword covering the sword with her flames, turning the sword red. The heat could be felt from all the way from where Amelia was standing.

[Fire Dragon Sword: Slash] Milena sliced at the trolls in front of her cutting them in half like butter. The top halves of their bodies slid off, no blood coming out since the wounds were completely burnt.

"Yup she is as capable as ever, I guess being 89 years old gives you that much experience. Since I am older I should be putting in more effort." Amelia smiles while rushing back into the action.

-Near the castle in Illagend.-

"Good Luck." Levi said with the magic circle disappearing seconds later. He then looks over at the group, waiting for their time to move.

"How is it going over there?" Lilith said.

"Not very good, it looks like they have trolls fighting for them."

"Troll!? We should go and help them!" Kana says worriedly.

"No! We have our own priorities, we need to focus on this first… And I already told her if she needs backup she could contact us."

"Mm, okay. I understand." Kana says backing away from the conversation

Levi walks forward slightly, ahead from the group.

"Let's do this, it's time for the real fight."

"Finally." Yusuke says standing up, looking confident.

"Let's head towards the garden, we should try to finish this as fast as possible." The whole group makes their way towards the back entrance of the castle.
