The dark night

It was raining on Rhode Island. The street were quite not a noise could be heard. Other that the sound footsteps coming from a tall figure. Walking on the dark streets. They wear a black cloak around their whole body. With a pair of red ears and a small red tail on the back.

In the figure hands rap in a blanket was a small baby fox. As the fox baby starts to wake up and begins to cry. The tall figure starts to move there arm back and forth slowly to calm the baby down.

"Shh" the figure said in a calm voice

As the baby calm down. The figure smiled while looking down that the baby. As the figure keep walking forward. The soon stop in front of a building. The building was tall and have a sign. That the front saying moonlight orphanage. Out of one the windows a light come.

In side there was one person up at this time. This was the orphanage directress. Luna Sky she was a kind husky looking after the children. As she was making sure at the children we sleeping. She heard a knock coming from the front door.

"Now how would at be at this time" said Luna in lost voice.

As look at the nearest clock she saw the time. She was shock on the she saw. It was midnight!? While she was walking to the door. The figure quickly put the baby down in front the door and let. As Luna open the door and she saw no one. She was about to close it. She started to hear crying. As soonest she look down she saw a baby fox rap around a blanket. As she pick up the baby she found a note.

At said "Name Reynard"

As she tries to look around again and saw no one again. As she walk in side. The figure Stand on top a roof. Right across the orphanage and as the figure saw the door closed.

The figure spoke

"I am sorry" said the figure in a regretful tone

"I wish for you to surpass them" the figure said in a hopeful tone.
