THE SECOND TIME I GOT YOU

After a short silence, Emy slowly nods in agreement with Ada, "is that a positively yes?! Really?!" Ada asked who is now in her full enthusiasm once again.

"Alright then, I would not dare reject my best friend for 101 times!" Emy answered teasing Ada and then she suddenly remembered her daughter a while ago, then she continued "oh! I just recently discovered that Amy is really fond of that idol group Star...in fact she was already following them on social media with mom's account!"

"So...Is this some kind of coincidence or a sign? But whatever it is, it surely is a perfect timing then!" Ada answered full of excitement.

Today, Emy woke up earlier than her usual routine, feeling livelier and excited as she look forward for her job interview at the entertainment company that her best friend Ada had talked to her about the other day.

After their conversation that day, Ada especially made sure to talk to that particular manager she mentioned to set an appointment as soon as possible for Emy's Interview.

The entertainment company has been well-known for decades because of their high demand artists and good production reputation. The company has not been involved into any scandalous issues, and they worked so hard to not be associated with any issue that will affect the company's image.

Because of the prominent background, the management strictly discourages recruiters to advertise thru online or social Medias when it comes to their job postings to protect the artists and avoid future chaos as well. Referrals by their employees and acquainted companies are mostly preferred if they have open positions.

Emy did not waste her time and immediately prepare for her appointment, when she was done taking a bath and putting on her skin care, she wore a plain white long-sleeved blouse with mid-high neck line tacked inside high-waist black pants with wide-leg cut matching with her block heel sandals.

She carefully made sure to dress in a simple smart casual style with black and white colors that perfectly fits her curves but not so intimidating with others. Although Emy has once given birth, her body still looks young even at the age of 32. In fact, if you don't really know her you wouldn't have guessed that she is already a mom.

She put on a light make-up that enhance her natural glow and just let her brown straight hair freely flow at her back. Standing at the front of the mirror, her excitement was now replaced with a bit of nervousness; she slowly inhales to keep herself calm before she leaves her bedroom.

She was about to go down the stairs when she saw Amy with her Mother waiting at the end of the stairs holding a big smile, showing their support to her.

"Mommy! You are extra pretty today! They would surely accept you at their company"

Amy was not yet aware of the company and position her mother was going to apply, all she know is that she has a job interview today, unlike Mrs. Prim, she already knew it as Emy told her the details but warned her not to tell Amy yet as she don't want her to have high expectations.

After saying their goodbyes, Emy was surprised as she went outside and saw a luxurious Lexus LC 500 parked at the front of their gate, the window rolled down and Ada waves at her together with Harry gesturing at her to get inside the car. Emy is now dumbstruck with these two as she gets inside the luxurious car,

"What now?! Have you not seen a God and Goddess before?!" Ada immediately teases her,

"You look gorgeous Emy, I missed that side of you" Harry compliments her look as he had not seen Emy like this for a very long time.

"How did the both of you still managed to pick me up?!...Harry did you sleep yet? And Ada you have an appointment with a big client today as well!"

"Oh don't worry about us..This is a big day for you as well so we made sure to be on time! Let's go!"

Then Ada step on the acceleration pedal and drove to the city where the company is located.

She arrived at the Sky Hype Entertainment thirty minutes earlier than her scheduled interview; she went straight at the reception area and was immediately escorted to the waiting lounge.

She was in awe as she quietly observes the elegant and sophisticated style of the establishment; this does not look like a company but a five star hotel she thought in her mind, this is a lot bigger company than with her previous job.

Then, a company representative called her name and escorted her to the interview room. After a while,

She had three sets of interview all done, and just waiting for the result so she was advised to go back at the waiting lounge.

Unfortunately, feeling tensed and nervous with how the result would go, she had to go to the restroom so she asked one of the cleaners that she had passed by for the direction and immediately went there.

When she was done, she heard noises of commotion coming from outside of the restroom, so after having retouch on her hair and makeup she immediately went outside the restroom.

She saw group of News Media gathered around four men at the lobby, there was continuous sound and lights of flashing cameras, and reporters asking them.

Being curious, Emy move closer to the group of people to see the men's faces until she was standing at the back of one of those camera men, she finally saw them; they are the famous idol group today, the Stars.

Feeling dumbstruck again, Emy was in astonishment seeing them in person in this up-close distance. Due to her amazement as she is busy scanning every bit of their charming looks, she had failed to notice the sudden movement of the camera man, and before she could react she was already hit by his big triceps on her forehead.

She immediately stumbled with the sudden strong impact and was ready to fall on the marbled floor when she suddenly felt a pair of strong arms that catches her, and she hears the person speak in a low voice "I got you".

Mean while, Ada and Harry went to have their breakfast at their usual coffee shop after dropping Emy off at the company. They are seated on the couch beside a big glass window having their coffee and pastries.

"What do you think of Emy?" Ada being worried,

"She will make it there; for sure she will get that job. So don't worry too much, and eat first before it gets cold" Harry answers reassuring Ada.

"So...Who is this big client your meeting today?"

"Ah...You know him, it's Justin; CEO of The Gallery"

There was a sudden awkward silence between them, until Ada breaks it off by explaning further the situation "Ahmm…it's for her staffs, he wanted to give them new designs of uniforms, so…Ahmm…we-we will discuss that later" she started to get nervous with Harry's silence.

She doesn't even know why she has to explain the situation but with Harry's look she just felt that he wanted to hear it even though he did not ask directly for it, and then Harry just nod in response.

They went back into an awkward silence while eating, no one dares to say anything until Harry stand from his seat and said "see you next time Ada" in a serious tone and he turn his back, but before he could step forward, Ada called him "Harry..Take care on your way home",

"Call me if you need me…And one more thing, I don't like your dress though, too tight and too short. You should change first before heading there" and then he went out without looking back at Ada. She sighed after he was gone; she was left there looking at the glass window thinking what Harry just said awhile ago, good thing that she always brings spare clothes at her car.

She smiled to herself as to how important every word from Harry is for her, how it affects her but she won't let him notice it, but then she frowned when she looked at the seat where Harry was sitting awhile ago.

Mean while, back at the Company, Emy knew she would be falling on the cold marble ground, she was out of balance and this would be so embarrassing! She thought in her mind so out of instinct she just closes her eyes.

'What is this? Am I in someone's arms?'

Emy did not felt the cold ground but a pair of strong arms instead.

'Emy what have you done?!' she thought to herself when she heard a man said 'I got you'

She immediately open her eyes and there right in front of her face he was smiling like an angel.

A perfect round face without angles, sharp and short jaw line with round brown eyes, moderately high nose bridge and a heart shaped natural red lips. The man has a clear and smooth skin with black natural straight shiny hair in a bowl cut with short bangs.
