1 Chapter 1

It was a boring Monday in Seoul.

The rain fell on the streets while not a sunbeam touched the skin of Park Jimin, who was patiently waiting for the train that would finally take him to Blackpool.

Blackpool was a city in Seoul, 2 hours away from Jimin's current location. There were a lot of rumors about this city, good as well as bad. However, the bad things didn't let Jimin be put off.

Who believes in ghosts?

Or even vampires?

There was and will never be anything like that.

Jimin had been sure that this city was the right choice. After his parent's death, Jimin simply needed a new surrounding. He couldn't take it anymore, memories were everywhere, no matter where he looked.

First of all, Jimin didn't even knew that Blackpool existed until he heard about the city on the news for the first time. Of course, the move didn't just bring benefits to Jimin, the 20-year-old has to look for a new job and a new university. But he definitely hopes for the best.

Somehow it will be fine.

"The train to Blackpool will arrive in a few minutes, please stand behind the white line." Came the announcement through the loudspeakers which made Jimin flinch. It was almost as if reality had punch him in the face. He really moves ... and that alone.

The only thing left of his home was his suitcase and the things inside it, of course.

Swallowing, Jimin watched the train that passed him and slowed down until the doors opened and Jimin could get in.

He'll be there in 2 hours ...

In his new life. An unimaginable thought for Jimin, but now there was no turning back for him.

If only Jimin knew what the future would bring to him.

====================

====================

The sunbeam hit Jimin's pale face when he finally took the first step out of the train. He had made it...

And the big sign "Welcome to Blackpool" only confirmed this to him.

The 20 year old smiled and put his hand on the handle of his suitcase and made his way to the hotel where he would stay for a few weeks. At least until he could buy a small apartment.

Jimin found himself exhausted but also relieved in the hotel bed.

He was in Blackpool ... no longer at home.

Even though...

This city was his home from now on.

Jimin wanted to stay in bed thinking about all sorts of things, but he knew that there was at least no time for that now. After all, he had to find a new job. On the laptop, Jimin clicked through all the job advertises which were shown to him, but none of it was really something Jimin could do incidental, or the reviews were just horrible.

With a sigh, Jimin massaged his temples. He couldn't give up now, he is so close to his goal.

Don't give up.

It took an hour until Jimin finally found a good job.

Baby-sitter.

Jimin immediately clicked on the name and was redirected to another page, there was everything important on it.

How much money he would get, when he would work and where.

However, his employer would be an entire family. The Kim family. As Jimin read more, he found out that this family consisted of 6 children. Fortunately, he only had to take care of the youngest who was 7 years old.

But he couldn't find out more.

This job ad did not sound bad, actually it was perfect for Jimin and after he continued to look for other good job ads he realized that he should take the job while it was still available.

Take your chance while it's still there ...

And that's exactly what Jimin did.

====================

The next day...

====================

As fast as Jimin's legs carried him, he ran down the long corridor.

He ran and ran ...

Eyes chased him.

His breath became tight ... whispers could be heard.

He stopped.

"Stop chasing me!" He shouted as loud as he could.

However, it didn't stop there.

Blood dripped from the ceiling, red eyes came closer, the whisper grew louder, hands with long fingernails wrapped around his neck. Canines ran across the thin skin of his neck.

Jimin's eyes opened.

Bathed in sweat, he lay in his bed with his eyes on the ceiling. It was that weird dream again. The Dream to be chased.

Relieved that the dream was over, Jimin put a hand on his chest to check how hard his heart was beating. It was certainly not normal. Still, Jimin couldn't be put off by this, as his first day at his new university was just around the corner.

Without hesitating any longer, Jimin quickly changed. He threw his blue cozy sweater over his head, quickly combed his pink hair where the color was slowly fading and put on black trousers and shoes to quickly leave the hotel. In his black backpack, Jimin had taken everything he needed with him, food, pens, books and his phone.

Jimin hoped so much that his first real day in Blackpool would be good, that it wouldn't be the same as it used to be when everything was still black and white.

However, Jimin didn't leave this strange feeling of being watched.

Red eyes...

Long nails ...

Sharp teeth...

A dream that chased and drove Jimin crazy.

But what was the reason behind it?
