I Give Up

<Henry's POV>

MY son doesn't speak much,

he doesn't even cry at all even when in an attempt to stand up for the first time when he was 2 and he failed and fell he didn't let out a single tear drop he only cries when i carry him and its not just to tear up a little he literally bawls his eyes out when i carry him and this made me really sad and depressed as even when i touch him he looks at my hand in disgust or moved away from me, he only lets Catherine carry him and even at that he always gave off the feeling that he's just tolerating her for moving purposes but the one that my wife and i can't understand is why he doesn't let us kiss him like this one is a real no no for him, we thought that he had a problem at first and tried to take him to a doctor but no matter what doctor we took him to they all said that there is nothing wrong with him and that its not normal but it's not impossible to happen that we should be patient with him but i can't figure out what part of it is ok lately the new problem is that he like to sneak into my study at night to read my books, we would have never caught him if one day his mother came to check on him in the night and noticed that he wasn't in his crib we literally check everywhere he could have been and after we couldn't find him we started panicking and his mother almost had a heart attack until we heard some thing fall in the study and opened the door and there he was sitting on the floor and reading my books and he didn't even seem guilty after seeing his mother's pale face from worry he just looked at us like we were the ones disturbing him and we should leave him be, i was about to scolded him until i saw that he was holding my book on introduction to physics and i nearly had a heart attack too after all what is a child that can't even read doing with introduction to physics, is he so weird because he's a genius...

After that we started locking the study at night but it didn't help, somehow someway he would still find his way into the study at night so we gave up and let him be, he also has this odd urge to hide money whenever he finds it under his pillow in his pockets, under his bed, one day i was called away from work by Ethan's kindergarten teacher to explain why they found 100$ in his bag and i myself didn't know how he got all that money in his bag.

I just can't understand this son of mine...
