A hypnotized detective together with a man with bipolarity begin an investigation relating to two teenage boys suudenly going missing after traveling to an abandoned church in a small town in Texas. As the duo go deeper into the mystery they reveal the town's history of brutal murders with the leads to the killer being a demonic figure with the face of a dog. What follows is a series of massacre killing sprees in the town, wells filling up with the heads of those murdered and an entity roaming in the town, with death at it's feet and human heads around it's neck.
Max stops and squats at a corner in the far end of the Johnathan Higgins church. He is in the stable, he can tell of the now badly shaped stalls where the horses are being kept. The screaming gets louder. No. Not screaming, but the screech of whatever was after him. He's still clutching his camera,a nikon F80/N80 with a pocket torch carelessly taped to its accessory shoe. The torch flashed brightly to the object the lens was pointing to, giving max the advantage of getting good photos in this dark stall. He didn't bother turning it off, since it was the only way people would know of the monstrosity. Proof of what people were always trying to ignore was real.
Proof that Danny was right.
As he squeezed himself to the farthest end of the farthest stall he could hear the thing gaining on him. Max could only babble and sob softly, and hold up his camera in front of him. He prayed to the almighty for his life as he had no hope left. He wished he never listened to his dear Danny, "I mean, it's cost me my life, and his." He said to himself.
A deep trumping sound was heard directly in front of him. Max knew he was dead. Not wanting to dy a coward, he raised his eyes to his killer. It scared him, not because he was going to meet the same fate as Dan (who, by the way, was his boyfriend) having his intestines ripped out of his chest and tongue looking claws being forced into his facial organs and having to be alive during the entire process.
But he was scared because this was a new demon.
A fat hog stood in front of him. And to Max that was his best description. It at least had the face of a pig, but it's entire body was twisted and covered with smooth, slimey scales. And it was pulsating. It opened its mouth to Dan, revealing a wide set of oversized teeth, looking almost human. It gave of a high pitched and deep wailing of a pig and someone gurgling and screaming at the same time. And yes, it is exactly as it sounds. Max couldn't look away. The thing was forcing him not to. It's Grey lifeless eyes peering into his. They were talki to him, guiding him to keep looking. To keep witnessing. The initial beast roared victoriously, gaining closer to his kill. The pig smiled even deeper and Mac could notice something was moving in its head. First a twich, then sudden thumps and then it made a sloshing sound as it swirled around. Then he saw it. Max widened his eyes in horror as he could make out a baby in that demon's skull. It was thrashing, desperately trying to escape. Max took two pictures of the event, but rested his hand after the entity made disturbing movements after the second shot. At this point he wondered why he was still alive, and the thing started to move its mouth. It seemed to try and speak, but all Max made out were crunching noises, before it finally managed to give out a few words. Max took some time to understand before he realized it was repeating itself of the same words.
ANGEL.
