Once she left i refined human strength gu once again. However i chose not to refine the next variant human strength gu. Not when i had myself here next to me, i had brought out my other self and instructed it to refine the next gu. However this me was as skilled as me when it came to refining, probably less since it doesn't have my memories, but it had my instincts. I wonder if they also carry my attainment.

It failed several times to refine human strength gu. I had to replenish the will twice, but it finally succeeded on the twelfth time. I then took off a piece of the will and had it return back to my mind. A swarm of experience entered my thoughts.

I wonder if i can increase my refinement path attainment this way. Either way I'm gaining the experience without hurting my soul. I could even have this me refine more advance gu, since i can lend it beggars moth gu.

As i was handing my other self beggar moth gu i realised something. Beggar moth gu is a human path gu, it imitates a human's aperture to store primeval sea essence. Thats why it can only hold primeval sea essence of the corresponding rank. I'll focus on this later, i gave my other self all the necessary materials for the refinement courtesy of Initel's will.

Now i have to digest my gains today and continue my cultivation. My self-being will and the human strength phantom merging is definitely a human path killer move. The greatest ability that human path in my opinion is capable of is creating new humans or variant humans.

If thats so then when ever humans mate their technically performing a killer move. Hmmmm is this how gaint sun created yin-yang path by delving into human path? That would make sense, that would also explain why pregnancy stare gu was ranked #1 in the mystical gu list. At first i thought the author was just messing with us, but now i understand. With that gu a capable gu master could create a clan instantly... well given 9 months and the time to develop them.

Human path sure is strange, but it is the best supporting path. To think it would solidify my strength phantom, i didn't think I'd be able to do that. Not without creating strength qi from the story. I was tempted to create it but i have no attainment in qi path, thats the other reason why i didn't try to create all out effort gu. So i focussed on what i could do

As i was in my thoughts my other self tapped on me showing me a second human strength gu. Taking a piece of the will back into my body i learned that this time it took him only 10 attempts to refine it. Good were improving i then refilled my will into the phantom. I plan on refining the other variant human strength gu, but i definitely won't be able to do so with only one human strength gu. I'll either end up destroying it or injuring it in my attempts. Besides i need the experience in refining.

Two days later and under constant refinement my other self was able to refine human strength gu once out of 4 trys. I now had eleven human strength gu, thats enough to refine a new variant human strength gu.

The recipes for the variant human strength gu are similar to the normal human strength gu. The only differences is that instead of hope gu its a human strength gu, and instead of human ingredients its pieces of the variant human. That was another reason why i was so willing on refining human strength gu. The more experienced i get at refining human strength gu the higher the odds of me successfully refining the variant versions.

After five failed attempts and having to refill my will twice. My other self successfully refined a new gu. This gu was also a tick with only four limbs but its back end was a darker color and hairy.

Initel will[ that must be hairyman strength gu.]

Shu[ Thats right]

Initel will[ and out of all of them why a hairyman their not exactly known for their strength.]

Shu[ No but after having my other self refining, i wondered if my strength phantoms retain their natural strengths.]

Initel will[ you want to see if your hairman phantom will be skilled in refining?]

Shu[ Exactly, and if its true then it would be a game changer.]

I immediately started using hairyman strength gu, but it would still take me at least two weeks to gain the full strength of a hairyman. So in the meantime i had my other self refine a new gu since i had enough human strength gu left. After 4 failed attempts another variant human strength gu was refined. It also looked like a tick with only four limbs. They must all have that in similarity, but the back end of it had a small pair of wings.

Initel will[ And thats featherman strength gu huh?]

Shu[ Thats right, with this featherman version of my self. I'll be able to attack and recon in the sky.]

Featherman can naturally fly thanks to their wings. Thats their strength in my opinion, even though all variant humans have dao marks their naturally attuned to. They also have innate abilities, hairy man have their long hair and affinity for refining. Featherman can fly, beast men naturally attract wild gu, snow men can withstand frigid temperatures and create icy tears, and mermen could breath under water and were amazing swimmers.

I still don't know what my human phantoms would be capable of. So hairyman and featherman phantoms could help me get a better understanding of what they can do. One could supposedly have a talent while the other could have a physical trait that could allow him to fly.

Two weeks went by and all i did was use my wills to understand my attainment, and have my other self refine. Attainment was wonderful but also depressing, it let me understand a whole new world, but it also made merealize how small i was and how little i knew. For every question i was able to resolve with my attainment five more took their place with their difficulty increasing.

After using hairyman strength gu and featherman strength gu one last time. I had finally gained their complete strength. I punched out using jab gu and felt a rush of strength emerge from within. I then turned around to see the two variant phantom figures. I let out two wills and watched them merge with the phantoms.

Two new figures appeared one was a hairyman with light blue hair covering him all over, while the other person looked just like me. The only difference was that he had a large pair of white wings on his back, and just like my other human phantom these two were wearing the purple scholar robe.

I ordered my featherman phantom to fly up into the sky and he did just that. He flew up about fifty feet and spun around slowly till i had him return. Good he can fly, my other phantoms become earth bound once they become solid. I then tore off a piece of the will and took it back in. I gained the memories of flying up into the sky and seeing everything around me as i slowly looked around.

It was an amazing experience to say the least, but now with this featherman phantom i can use it to recon for me. Now as for the hairyman phantom I'll have to see its progress in refinement. I completely extracted the will in my normal human strength phantom and put in a brand new one, and then had them refine new human strength gu.

After several trys i have determined that both were bad at refinement, but it seemed like my hairyman phantom was slightly better. It never seemed to make the same mistake twice, it also just seemed much more fluid in its refinement. I then refilled its will with the original will that was in the normal human strength phantom and had it refine again.

Three attempts later my hairyman phantom held a new human strength gu. So for the hairyman phantom its three trys with the same experience as my normal human phantom that needed four trys. So it is better at refinement, i was worried that since it doesn't have natural refinement dao attunement it wouldn't refine better, but it might also be something else.

Initel said they don't have my memories, and i definitely don't have attainment in refinement path, but they did possess instincts. Maybe the hairyman phantom has superior instincts when it comes to refining. Either way both the featherman phantom and hairyman phantom are a huge boost to my combat and capability.

Initel[ its definitely better at refining than you or your other self, but its still not at the level of a true hairyman that studys refinement path.]

In my courtyard where Initel's will once was, was now the real Initel. This woman really is reminding me of batman.

Shu[ It would be weird if it was, real hairyman have refined much longer than me and even have gu to support them, but i lack both things. I suspect that the only reason why its better is that it has better instincts in refining then the rest of me's.]

Initel[ For now thats the best reason as to why. Here you can have back inkman strength gu.]

She tossed at me a pure black tick.

Shu[ Did you make any gains?]

Initel[ No.... i tried several methods and several gu to copy your phantom solidification but none worked. All i was missing was your self-being gu.]

Well it is a human path killer move shes trying to replicate. In the story only rank 8's tried to understand human path. While only the geniuses among rank 8's could actually succeed.

Looking at my hairyman phantom refining. I handed him featherman strength gu and hairyman strength gu, and ordered him to reverse refine them. He'll probably fail but that's fine i want him to gain experience. I plan on constantly refilling its will so that it can retain its new memories. To let it get better and better at refinement. I'm basically nurturing the will it self in the path of refinement.

As i was thinking that an idea appeared in my head. This human path killer move that lets me have a hairyman refine for me is very similar to the storys gu. Where their were gu like tamer gu, pill refiner gu, and so on. Killer moves are but unrefined gu recipes, then couldn't i refine a gu like gu refiner gu. It should be possible but i shouldn't even try that yet.

With Initel constantly watching me i should only think about certain gu recipes in my head. Sure shes helped me but in a way I've also helped her. Where else would she get 12 gu with human path profundity. Shes even got the recipe for self-reliance gu, but i had no choice but to expose all of those gu recipes.

I need strength and i need a way to reach past rank 3, and Inital is my best chance to do so. So if i show her how capable i am she'll invest in me.

Another two weeks went by and i was able to reach rank 2 upper stage. I also gained the complete strength of an inkman. I had also successfully refined merman strength gu and miniman strength gu, but i was only able to gain the full strength of the mini man. I'm still at least three days away from gaining the merman's complete strength.

When the day came that i gained the complete strength of a merman. I went threw some pain to do so, my body felt worn out and over exhausted. I knew this would happen, my body's reach its maxed of permanent strength enhancing. Any more could be lethal to me, but still i was able to gain six permanent strength dao marks on my body.

It was all thanks to refining and forging my body while i was still in the academy. I suspected that if it were other beasts i would only be able to gain 4 permanent strength dao marks on my body, but since humans are not that strong i was able to gain more. Realistically my body could probably only handle 5 permanent strength dao marks, but i used hairyman strength gu and miniman strength gu. Two beings who have low natural strength.

If i want to continue gaining all my variant human strength gu. I'll have to strengthen my body further with gu. The issue is to find them, i have used just about all known body enhancing gu in the clan. Besides the rare, expensive, and branch exclusives their are no more. Strength path is just to under developed, but i do know about some places that have body enhancing gu. The problem is that their outside of the clan. I turned to look at Initel's will

Shu[ Can you inform lady Initel that i must leave the clan.]

Initel will[ leave, what for?]

Shu[ My body has reached the max strength phantoms, if i want anymore I'll have to enhance my body. I've already used most methods in the clan, but i know of some places that have body enhancing gu that i haven't used.]

Initel will[ right you were brought up in the clans caravan with your aunt. I'm guessing that you either couldn't buy those gu or you weren't confident in keeping them feed.]

Shu[ Thats right most of them were a service, and the ones i could buy required certain food that i couldn't get or store. After the tournament my original plan was to join the caravan and enhancing my self in those villages, but then i meet you.]

Initel will[ thats not a bad idea, but at that rate you might not make it in time for the competition. I'll inform my body but for now stay in the clan.]

Shu[ Alright]

Theirs not much i can do not with out Initel's permission. Theirs a chance she might just give me the gu i need.
