1 Chapter 1

6:30AM

My alarm starts beeping as usual.

"A brand new day. The last day for a chapter of my life." I say to myself.

Today was the last day of High School, the best 3 years of my life had just ended.

I was quite excited about this since it was a big deal for me as the Vice President of my school.

Had to go there early to prepare for the last speech the President of the school had to say.

After getting prepared, i go downstairs and immediately get greeted by my mom.

"Well well wel, guess who is awake so early? You're finally becoming an adult."

"Yeah pretty much… It was good while it lasted, these past three years."

"Ah of course, it was such a privilege watching you grow and learn about the world around you."

"Yeah, it was also great being guided by someone like you."

"Oh you." Tears on her eyes.

"I hope you have a great day today, just make sure to come back home early since tonight we have to celebrate your graduation."

"You got it, well im off now."

"Goodbye."

As I'm walking down the road I hear birds chirping, the water running, the soft wind on my face, watching the clouds moving in the sky, it was peaceful.

I soon arrive at the bus station where I, for once, did not have to wait for it.

I enter the bus and listen to music until I arrive at the Main Bus Station.

As soon as I leave I see my friend, Diver.

"Yo yo yo it's me ya boi, Diver in da houzzzze."

"Awful flow, EM wannabe."

"Well atleast im trying my best at doing what I want to unlike you, Noor. You still haven't decided what to do with your future have ya.?

"I already told you what I want to do, I wanna study economics."

"Wowowow dis some new information, my brain cannot comprehend what my ears are hearing."

"You have no future as a rapper might as well just give it up."

"Ah that is painful to hear, but it is the truth so I must come to terms with it and accept it."

"Yeah yeah, well anyways shall we go now? Don't really wanna be late for this, since it's quite the important day."

"Yeah, who would've thought these three years would go by so quickly."

"It was something that I wanted to last for a bit longer than this, but every good thing should come to an end, sadly."

"Yeah… well anyways check out my new rap sheet, homeboy."

As I listen to Diver's weird and really bad rap skills, we meet up with a bunch of friends of a different class on our way and decide to go to school together.

7:30AM

Upon arriving in school the School's President walks over to me:

"Where have you been all this time, Noor?"

"Oh sorry, Prez I just had some business to take care of."

"Well the organization of this event is also a business to be taken care of or have you forgotten?"

Ah he is serious as ever.

"No sir I have not forgotten."

"Good, well anyways just hurry up to your classroom I'll text you later about what we need to do."

After saying goodbye to the President, I go to my classroom where I see my homeroom teacher and all my classmates laughing and enjoying a peaceful last day of school.

8:43AM

The President texts me saying that we need to meet at the Council room.

I open the door and see some strange people in lab coats, along with the Principal and the council members.

I approach the President and ask: "What is going on?"

"They're preparing for the tests we are supposed to take."

"Tests? What tests?"

Suddenly the Principal answers:

"Physical ones, psychological ones, tests that will be important for diving into the New World."

"New World?" I asked as I was very confused about the whole situation.

But in the end I got no answers, not from the president nor from the Principal.

I watch some men as they walk into the room, holding a very heavy machinery, or atleast what seemed to be as pieces of it.

I watched silently as they fixed it into some kind of an adult-sized incubator.

"This is just the beginning." The President calmly said.

"Of what?" I asked.

"You'll see soon enough."

As soon as they're finished, someone who looked important walked in.

"Mr.Principal, it's nice to meet you."

"Same here Doctor Favian."

"So I think it's finally time we announce it, don't you think?" said Doctor Favian with a grin in his face.

"I guess so… Lonid, why don't you explain to your fellow colleagues, what we plan on doing today?"

"Yes sir." The President immediately starts handing out some brochures which then he said: "These will explain everything you need to know."

I start reading it and the brochure said:

PROJECT RevƎЯ

This project aims for all students of XXX High School to dive in a Video Game.

Project RevƎЯ's is a Roleplaying Game (RPG) which uses weapon,magic,alchemy as it's main components on scoring a victory against the enemy.

The more I read, the more the questions in my head:

'Tips'

'Guilds'

'Weapon Types'

'Classes'

I finally reached the category called 'Rules' and saw that the description of this particular category was empty. I glanced at some brochures from the other students and it was the same. Empty.

At the end of the brochure, it says: 'The winning Class get One million artos each.'

I was very confused about this whole thing until:

"Leave the brochures here, go to your class and explain what's going on to them, about this project." Said the Principal with, what seemed to me, an evil grin.

Every one of the members leaves and are discussing as to what exactly do they mean by 'diving in a Video Game.' All of us discuss our opinions and while hearing the others, I realized that this, after all, wasn't a bad thing.

Everyone was excited if 'diving' into this Video Game was possible, then apparently it would be fun, after all we get to use magic, sword skills and many cool things. I got excited and rushed to my classroom after we all said goodbye to each other.

I opened the door of the classroom, I see everyone staring at me with joy in their eyes, as I was so excited to tell them about this project, Project RevƎЯ.
