26 The Death Elixir - Part 2

Jay ran away at the sight of the police officer who was attracted due to his scream.

It was probably the first time he had ran away from something after getting reincarnated and regaining his memories, but that was expected and he didn't fuss about it.

'Dammit...'

'It feels as if my heart will stop at any moment!'

'My body is getting heated up too!'

He could hardly contain his calm at the moment.

No matter how composed he was or he used to be, right now he couldn't think any of those things because his life depended on it.

Death Elixir is a mythical elixir which was created by the fallen angel Lucifer.

It is something that can rival the legendary Immortality Elixir that was created by God himself.

Since God could make any time of elixir and he proved that by creating the Immortality Elixir, Lucifer thought that it would be best to create something similar to prove that the God isn't the only one who could create it.

After failing countless times, Lucifer was finally able to create an elixir that could rival the Immortality elixir!

He named it Death Elixir whose name sounded quite contrasting to the immortality.

Though, that didn't mean that the one who drinks it would end up dying.

That could be just achieved by a simple or complex poison and nothing else.

Death Elixir is an elixir which actually let's one to control the death itself.

No matter how many times one would die, he would stand up on his feet again and would be alive in no time.

That was the power of the death elixir which was quite similar to that of immortality elixir!

But without a doubt, it had a flaw in it due to which no one ever dared to drink it or test it.

Lucifer knew about that flaw and probably that was why he just abandoned that elixir which was later found by Jay when he was an angel in the heaven.

Although he couldn't understand what the elixir was, he kept it with him thinking that it could come in handy.

But when he was informed that the elixir was none other than a death elixir, he forcibly came to the human world to hide it.

Intriguingly, he was reborn around the same area and probably that was why he could feel the elixir's energy since the beginning.

Though it was concealed because of the evil Aura, he could somewhat guess it's presence.

Just because of excess evil energy, he was a bit confused form the start but he definitely thought that he would come and check the place!

And that was how he ended up finding it in the graveyard and drank it without hesitating at all.

Now he had already reached the hill through the forest which connected the graveyard as well as the hill.

He lied down near tree in the hill while resting and looked towards the sky.

His internals were burning even now but the intensity had most definitely reduced.

Thanks to that he could somewhat be awake and feel the gentle and cool breeze that was blowing in the open area between the forest.

He lied down in the open area and was watching the stars.

It was already too dark and only the shine of the stars was visible.

It was basically a no moon day because of which moon was also not visible even by the slightest amount.

'Huff Huff'

He had been panting since then, not because of running, it was because of the burning sensation.

'I can't possibly let the elixir go to waste...'

He right away pulled himself up and sat in a lotus position. Right after that he started to direct the elixir and was trying to extract it's power.

But some of his organs were corroding slowly from inside which started from the stomach in the abdomen region.

Due to that he was coughing blood again and again. Slowly other parts were also damaged which were giving him immense pain.

He wanted to shout loudly because of the pain, but he maintained his calm.

Although it was quite painful, he somehow managed to stay static for a while and continued to sit in the same posture as if he was meditating or cultivating.

The elixir which he had drank started to coagulate in his stomach and soon formed a sphere. It was completely black but from it's inside a purple light could be seen.

Though, all those things happened within his body, his spiritual eyes helped him to see his interiors.

''Control... just a bit more! Bear this pain for a bit longer!''

"..."

He continuously said that to himself for quite sometime after which he paused.

As it was told earlier, it was a no moon day and it is during this time that the power of the Evil forces or negative energy or Dark Energy increases by several folds.

Jay hadn't realized that but it was basically thanks to that, his powers even at this lowly state were quite high.

Those powers were grew so strong that they ended up matching the energy of the death elixir and made a perfect resonance.

Thanks to that all the energy level balance in his body became constant due to which the coagulation stooped and all the energy dispersed and spread evenly in his body.

The breeze was cool as mentioned earlier and the leaves of the trees were fluttering in the said breeze.

But in a moment, the entire area just got covered in some intense aura which withered the leaves right away.

All the trees in the surrounding died. The black mist which seemed like the black aura that had been radiating from Jay's body had no boundaries and covered the entire hill in an instant.

In a span of 5 minutes, every life form that existed in the hill collapsed and died as if some calamity was occurred.

Amidst the entire barren land with the dead trees and fallen birds, Jay stood up while his eyes were covered with black mist.

"Finally... I've entered The First Stage of True Angel Form!"
