14 The Dark Angel’s Army

"Sigh... Zordan, do you realy can't recognise me?", his eyes were covered with black aura while his pupils had a red shine in it.

His voice was more than enough to cancel out the immense pressure that was being applied.

"I-it can't be...", said the voice.

It seemed as if the voice had finaly understood who Jay was just by hearing his voice agan. But it still wasn't able to believe it.

"You can't be him... right?", the voice seemed nervous and hesitant to accept the reality.

"Sigh, it's fine if you don't recognise me, but tell me where are the others?", Jay asked.

The moment the voice heard this, it seemed asif all it's doubt was cleared. Then suddenly amidst the darkness a man came forward while walking slowly.

He seemed like a human. However, there was something behind his back which was unlike any normal human.

He had wings! Pure silvery shining wings which were the signs of a royalty even among angels.

"I'm so very sorry your majesty, I failed to recognise you. I'm worthy of punishment, please punish me...", the man seemed to be sincerely apologetic.

Jay had no intentions of punishing him since he didn't want to complicate things anymore. All he wanted to know was where were the people whom he wished to see.

"That will be dealt later... first answer my question.", Jay said this immediately after the man asked for punishment.

"Yes your majesty.", the man started to tell Jay everything about what he was asking.

"After you passed away, we all decided to disappear or at least hide in the darkness since without you we were nothing! And because of that, many of us have moved out...", was what he said.

"Moved out...? Where...? And how?", Jay asked.

He immediately said, "Your majesty, God promished us justice after your death. He said us that you will reincarnate and till then he finally allowed us to go wherever we wanted and increase our strength."

"Hmm, that's troublesome. Even though the army is ready, I need to find the generals again...", it seemed that only the generals had been bestowed with such honor of leaving.

"Your majesty, would you like to meet the army?", the man asked.

"No Kain, not yet. I am on Earth right and this is my consciousness that has entered the realm. I'll meet once I climb the Tower..."

Kain immediately looked at him and with an excited look he said, "Then master, you can meet the generals before you meet the army!"

"Huh...? What do you mean by that?", he didn't understand by what Kain said.

"Yes, all the generals are in the cities located in the tower, so you can meet them on your way here...", he smiled and said that humbly.

"Wait... so you mean to say that the tower has cities and many of them live in those?", he was completely surprised when he heard that as it was beyond his imagination.

"Yes your majesty. So you need to climb till 100th floor in order to meet us since our realm of darkness is situated there...", was what Kain said.

"Hmm, looks like a lot of things have changed.", Jay sighed.

He began thinking something and then immediately said, "Very well, I'll soon meet you all."

After saying that hia consciouness exited the realm.

He slowly opened his eyes and looked at the time in his wrist watch that he had been wearing since earlier.

"It's 5:14 AM?". after saying that he immediately pulled himself and sat on the bed. Then he moved down the bed after covering Sherline completely with the blanket.

"I guess... I should leave a letter.", after saying that he wrote a letter about him leaving and then immediately rushed out of the window.

"She might not be awake yet, till then let me train my body a bit.", he was still quite skinny and short.

Because of that everyone's first impression of him would be as if he is some weak punk but in reality he harboured large amount of strength inside.

Now all he had to do was build a body suitable enough to completely utilise his powers since this body could get destroyed if all of his powers were used as it was quite fragile.

He raised his head a bit up only to find a hill ahead of him. He immediately rushed towards the mountain as if he was jogging.

But he was quite fast and reached the hill that was 3 miles away in just 20 minutes.

He then started climbing the hill which was acting as a good training for his untrained body and his muscles were slowly developing.

He climbed down after climbing all the way up and then climbed back again and repeated the process for more than 10 times.

"Ah! It's 8:30 already!", saying this he immediately rushed down of the hill.

"I hope she is back by now...", he was thinking about the doctor who had asked to visit earlier.

"Wait a second...", he suddenly paused and then started thinking.

"Why am I rushing things? I need to prepare myself first...", he realised that he had no money for which he had to return back to Lina's house only to get scolded for leavung without bidding them farewell and just writing a letter.

"Jay! Welcome back!", Lina had a fierce expression on her face.

Jay apologised before she could burst her anger but it was inevitable as he couldn't possibly tell her that he would be climbing the tower.

But she didn't scold much either since she knew that he was sad currently since his mother had passed away.

He asked for some money which she gave immediately after taking which he expressed his gratitude and said, "I will repay this as soon as possible..."

"Oh come on, it's fine... it's a little amount.", instead of money she was concerned about Jay so she didn't think about asking him to return the money.

He then said, "Thanks again... ahem, now I'll take my leave.

"Eh? Where are you going actually?", she didn't ask the reason for asking such a large amount of money since they didn't matter to her much, but she couldn't take rish with his life so she wanted to know.

"Well... I have an uncle who lives in another country. I will be going there and that was why I asked the money...", he came of with some excuse on spot which she easily believed.

"Okay then... bye.", he immediately left.

"Take care, look out for vehicles on your way.", after saying this Lina too went inside her room.

"Now I need to buy some necessary items...", after saying this he entered a huge mall that was famous for having many things.
