4 Chapter 4- The Proof

Lan Xiaolin Immediately changed personalities. It was like she was a different person, from the way she stood to her facial expressions. With her pity-worthy look, everyone got confused at what they were looking at.

"Sister, how could you say that to me." Xiaolin whimpered. "How would it even be possible for Xincheng to be your child, when he born born just a few days ago, but you're so slim."

Yue got confused with her expressions and was stunned, because before this, Lan Xiaolin was a quiet but prideful person, who would never resort to acting to get what she wanted. If somebody accused her of something, she would immediately become arrogant and would deny every accusation she was given.

"I even have all of the medical forms.."

"Stop lying, he's MY son and I will take him back!" Ling Yue countered with haste as she realized what was going on.

"But I ...have the proof", Lan Xiaolin painfully said as if someone were inserting needles into her throat. Then right before Ling Yue was going to slap her, Lan Xiaolin huggged Lan Xincheng tightly as if someone were throwing a bomb at her and she would protect her son at any cost, even if it meant losing her life.

Ling Yue threw her a scowl and hesitated before saying, "Th-The papers are fake."

"How can you tell if you don't even look at them.", came back to Ling Yue.

"I can tell because I have the real papers.", was the answer that was recieved.

"If you do, then we can take this to court.", Lan Xiaolin responded with courage.

This sentence was the yellow light that was blinking for Ling Yue, causing her to agitatedly make some nonsense up. "I can't believe you have no shame for doing something illegal."

At this point, the random viewers of the show were on Lan Xiaolins' side, because of the lack of evidence Ling Yue provided. The evidence of the birth certificate Xiaolin had because she just came from the hospital, was enough from them.

"I have not done anything illegal.", was the calm, relaxed answer that came from Lan Xiaolin. "It is you who is making these false accusations, and if you don't want to take this matter to court, then please allow me to continue with my day."

"How can I allow you go, knowing that you have my child!" Ling Yue was getting stressed out as everyone was giving her stares."

"Okay, then please provide me with the proof, although I have the upper hand in a case, because I am his actual mother, and I have all the proof needed to win the case. If you have some proof, come on, show it."

Suddenly, Ling Yue was found in a tight spot. "I just need to go home and get it.", she said as she made a reminder to herself, to find a forger, and get the papers that was in Lan Xiaolins' hand, that she can copy them and change the name. She also needed to find a doctor to bribe so that she could get a fake DNA test done to prove what she wanted.
