Ever since his sister went home early with kai, a bad feeling kept gnawing at rowan. In the beggining he had blown it off as anxiety then over protectiveness but now as he watched the security cameras footage for the house Rowan finally understood why he had felt so worried.

slamming shut his laptop rowan sauntered back into bed, crawling next to the sleeping rosette laying peacefully on her back. in the dim moonlight she looked like sleeping beauty. stroking her hair as she slept rowan began to plan what he should do.

Not too far away Kai and Andre sat in the bad apple bar and drank another shot of whiskey. for the past few hours Andre had been slowly telling Kai all about his powers.
