26 First day at work

After a week:

In the past seven days, due to working together, mostly all-day together, Rose and Xiao-Ming become very close to each other and their colleagues as well. They both found out various unique things about each other.

Xiao-Ming found Fu Cheng(executive) and Rose are childhood playmates. Her first thought was that they were childhood sweethearts or something but Rose made it very clear that they were simply the bond of little brother and older sister. Xiao-Ming found out that Rose is an extreme workaholic(not extremely surprising) The reason, Rose was leaving this organization is because she wanted to explore more.

One night, Xiao-Ming remember, her past life (again :-[ ) that she was in the library of Li Jung, she had read about Rose, a very powerful and motivating figure. Rose was the wife of the Alan, she was extremely powerful and one of the gold managers in the entertainment industry. What the few influential people of the higher class who were in mafia (Li Jung was one of them) recognize her as the princess of the mafia while her husband was the prince ( It's extremely difficult to know the identity of king and queen, the person who investigated were assassinated, in case anyone wondered)

Now was the time to be the official assistant. Xiao-Ming was a little bit anxious and eager.

"Okay, now it is your time to make me proud understand?" Hearing Rose bossy tone, Xiao Ming just rolled her eyes and answered back "Yes, ma'am" (Author thoughts: What can I say? girls are a bit dramatic) After listening to Xiao Ming reaction, Rose just giggle and told some more jokes to make her less nervous.

On reaching Executive office:

Rose gestured Xiao Ming to do the honour which was to knock the door (Author confession: Okay girls are much more dramatic).

Xiao-Ming knocks one time and they both waited patiently. After what seems like 5 minutes (Author: Again it's overacting, they both waited for merely a minute) a husky voice answer "Come in".

After entering the office, Xiao Ming was surprised, the office was stunned by the office. It was simple, clean and spacious. Just seeing that, another party will think of the business.

The theme of the office was black and white. When Xiao Ming first entered the door. She was wordless. She sees a black rug covered on the ground. There were some black sofas and a small white table in the middle with an LED attached on the wall. That area was probably for meeting purposes. Then there were some large green plants by the side of the large glass window, adding a bit of warmth. Then you will notice a working desk, in white colour with a black chair for the executive and on the front were two chairs. Behind the desk was a bookshelf for book and office documents. The ceiling has a touch of brown and white.

(Author: If you all are wondering, why the hell I write a big paragraph of an office, it is simply because(1) I wanted to write 1k words every chapter which is not easy for me. (2) It is concerning the male lead and office give you a faint idea of the personality. So bear with me!!! ;-) )

Xiao-Ming stood there speechless, again. The male in front of her is the epitome of beauty. He has raven coloured hair, perfectly styled. His eyebrows were shaped. His gaze was sharp and intense. He has a sharp, straight nose. He had pink, kissable lips. He had a faint dimple on his left side, Xiao Ming was sure that whenever he laughs, his dimple will be more visible. This man clothing could even not hide that he was in perfect shape. He wore a navy colour jacket and a simple white collared shirt with a navy tie. The whole aura about him meant 'business and powerful'.

(Author note: I will tell you a secret, the male lead is in love with contact lenses. :O )

Fu Chen coughed to get Xiao Ming attention."Xiao Ming, I will assign you a few tasks today. First, you need to prepare for a meeting room at a restaurant by 9. P.m. Second, you need to order new office supplies and third, see how Mr Wang project is going and have the file from the finance department. Understood?"

"Yes boss, I understand."

"And yeah before going give me a cup of coffee please" ordered Fu Chan. "Yes boss" replied Xiao Ming.

After making coffee and giving it to Fu Chan, Xiao Ming excused herself and went back to the office.

"So , what do you think about her?" Asked Rose. "How would I know? I haven't even seen her work" Replied Fu Chan. Rose clicked her tongue and said"you are no fun". "I know" Replied Fu Chan. After hearing his reply, she just take out her phone and moved to sit on the sofa in annyonce.

At the office:

Xiao Ming started to do the most important task first. Rose had told her that if the sir says that prepare the meeting room at the restaurant. It will always be the "Chilled restaurant." After booking a room, she shifted on her second task which was to see how Mr Wang project was going.

At the Finance department:

Watching a group of people working passionately, she didn't want to disturb them so she knocks on the door. After seeing who knocked on the door, the group was shocked speechless but they greet altogether "Hello, Moss Xiao Ming"

Who wouldn't know about her? She was a famous student of Miss Rose and some people even said they were on a friendly term. Another rumour was that she was the most beautiful, bubbly and cute. But now seeing her they know that this was not a rumour.

Viewing them doing this, Xiao Ming just thought of the students in school. Seeing that they were too nervous, to make them comfortable, Xiao Ming let out a giggle and said: "No need to be stiff, you all can call me Xiao Ming." Everyone was breathless seeing the beauty laughing, it was like an angel is here.

"You are so cute." Said Xie Rong realising that he speaks what was on his mind. He looked at his feet, feeling extremely embarrassed.

"Thank you, Xie Rong. You are also handsome." Xiao-Ming said after letting out a chuckle. "You know my name?" Asked Xie Rong feeling amazing that beauty knows his name. "Of course I know all of your names." All of them felt incredibly proud.

"Well, I wanted to know how the project is going. Will, you be able to give reports by tomorrow?" Asked Xiao Ming. "We are almost done. We will send the file by tomorrow morning in your office ok?" Said Xie Rong, also known as the leader of the group.

"Amazing, thank you, everyone and all the best," said Xiao Ming as she moves on her next task.
