29 Busy day
After checking the schedule, she began arranging the task, basically prioritising it.

As she was listing the task she now knows how much hard this day is going to be for the boss.
Time for the work:
She started by distributing the stationeries and organising emails. She then, send emails to the people who passed the first round of interview to come four days later for another one. After completing this task, she started researching about where should they built the new store.
(Author: Basically what Xiao Ming was doing that she was burying herself in the work without wasting a single second so she cannot think about the things that happen earlier. That is her coping mechanism.)
After about an hour, she found a good area. Then, she started preparing for the presentations. She remembers how to write a perfect presentation because that's one of the many things she knew she was excellent in.
Realising it's almost nine in 30 minutes, she orders a quick breakfast from the nearest cafe. After breakfast has arrived, she makes coffee and goes to the Boss office.
After knocking and hearing a response, she went in and wordlessly put the cup of coffee with the breakfast(that no one asked her to bring) and the schedule for the day.
Xiao Ming was again surprised by the beauty of the Fu Chen. He was wearing blue coloured lenses today. Even with the lenses on, you could find his eyes deep like an ocean.
Seeing the breakfast, Fu Chan was speechless. It was the first time, someone did something for him, without him saying or asking anything. In his home or office, what he says or thinks to do cannot be changed. His mom used to spoil him till she was alive. His father... Fu Chen stops the bad memories from coming and didn't say a thing.
"Boss your schedule is ready. "
"Okay, tell me what I needed to do when the time comes."
As Xiao Ming was going out, a voice stopped her and said: "Wait a second." Xiao Ming was startled by the voice for a moment, turn around waited patiently. He handed her cream and said, "Apply some ice and then this cream, it is pretty swollen." Xiao Ming took the cream, thanked him and pretty much rushed out the office.
Fu Chen glimpses Xiao Ming ears turning red even if she rushed out the room. He chuckled at the reaction, thinking a word in his brain "cute."
After applying the cream Fu Chen give her, Xiao Ming didn't waste a second and went back to work. She worked on the reports of Mr Wang that the finance department has submitted. To say that their work was excellent was an understatement. Xiao Ming, being a perfectionist was impressed. Everything was almost perfect. (keyword: almost). The presentation was neat and easy to understand but there were some mistakes in It. After making some(major) changes, she went to give it to the boss.
"Boss, we have to inspect the new workshop in two hours and here is Mr Wang reports in which I made some changes." Said Xiao Ming.
"Okay, Xiao Ming now what is in my schedule?" Asked Fu Chan.
"Sir right now you have to review some documents and do you want to see the files of the interviewers that will come after four days." Replied Xiao Mong
"Yes, please" said Fu Chen
After giving him the files and telling all the required things, Xiao Ming dismissed herself.
After reviewing the files and documents, Fu Chen was impressed by Xiao Ming's work. He thought, 'As expected of a member of Xiao family. I made the right choice by hiring her.'
Back to Xiao Ming office,
As she finally had a moment to relax, the phone in her office rings.
"Hello, I am Xiao Ming from Shine. How may I help you?" Asked Xiao Ming
"Are you the assistant of Sir Fu Chan?" Asked a tired voice of a male.
"Yes sir, How can I help you?" Asked Xiao Ming.
"I am the assistant of Mr Wang and we had a meeting with Sir Fu Chan " said the voice
"Yes sir" replied Xiao Ming
"Can you postpone it for a week?" Inquired the voice.
"Sir, please give me a minute to check" answered Xiao Ming
"Sir, Mr Fu Chen is busy for two weeks. So should I postpone it after two weeks?" Asked Xiao Ming
"No no, that will give so much inconvenience to Sir Fu Chan. Thank you for helping me. " said the voice.
"It's my pleasure, have a great day sir." Replied Xiao Ming
After putting down the phone, back to its original place. Xiao Ming now has a clue that Mr Wang is possibly rethinking his decision.
