Jinhai turns to glare at Yin Zhelan and says "Where's your Master?" Yin Zhelan nearly falls over and starts frothing at the mouth as he practically shrieks and says "Master!? I AM the Master!!!" Jinhai raises an eyebrow and slowly looks down at his manhood before clearing his throat and saying "I see..." 

Yin Zhelan lifts a hand and smacks the back of his neck before turning bright red in the face and passing out. The guards all yell out and race over to their 'Master' as Jinhai motions for me to walk. I feel myself smirking as I walk past him and out of Yin Zhelan's courtyard. 

I feel like Yin Zhelan walked right into that one. I shrug and walk out of his estate as a Doctor comes running in with a wooden box. A servant quickly shows him the way as I make it back to the street. I look around until I find North again and start walking. 

Mango lightly taps my cheek and whispers "The scary man in black is following us..." I smirk at Mango and say "Let him do what he wants. As long as he doesn't bother me, I don't care." Mango cuddles up against my neck and silently watches Jinhai through my hair. 

As soon as a man goes to approach me, he takes one glance behind me and quickly disappears. I can't help but like it. This way I won't be bothered! It's like having your own personal bug repellent! In a good mood, I take out a small knife and start cutting small slivers out of the apple and popping it into my mouth. 

When I feel Mango stiffen, I turn to see Jinhai walking beside me with ease. I raise an eyebrow at him and ask "What are you doing?" He continues to look around with a bored look as he says "I'm taking a stroll." 

As we walk past the city gates and leave the Capital, I smirk and ask "Which way are you going?" He remains unfazed and says "This way." I decide to leave him alone and continue to walk. After a few minutes, I cut him a piece of apple and ask "Why did you have your little ninja dude watching me?"

He frowns at my term 'Ninja dude' but he takes the apple slice and says "Xin isn't a ninja. He's a shadow guard who's loyal to me and I had him looking over you. Protecting you." I give him an unconvinced look but he still doesn't look fazed. 

I suddenly have the urge to mess with him. I look around to make sure no one sees me and say "I'll be right back." I disappear into my space and walk over to the kitchen. I open the cabinet and pull out a bag of chips. I then grab a little box that looks like a coffin. 

I open the box and look down at the single chip with an evil grin. No, it wasn't poisoned or anything... just super freaking hot! Mango looks at it with wide eyes and says "Ooooh no, I'm staying here for this one!" He jumps down and takes off running. I chuckle like an evil villain before taking a deep breath and shifting back. 

Jinhai watches me with that same unfazed look on his face and says "Interesting." When his eyes go to the bag I'm carrying, I smile and pop and normal chip in my mouth. I start walking again but this time with a little pep to my step.

After a few chips, I lift the spicy chip up and offer it to him. I smile up to him and ask "Would you like to try some? It's one of my favorite snacks." Jinhai looks to the bag before lifting his hand and taking the chip.

He looks at it with a frown and asks "What is it?" I try to contain the crazy laughter bubbling up as I clear my throat and say "It's called a chip. It's a snack where I come from." He looks to me once again before biting into the chip. 

He takes a few curious bites before he freezes. My insides feel like they're gonna come flying out of my nose as I strain to keep from laughing. With a serious face, I lean over and ask "What do you think?" His dark eyes look to me, searching my face for something but when he doesn't find it, he opens his mouth and eats the rest of the chip while nodding his head.

If it wasn't for the dark red creeping up the sides of his face and his watery eyes, I wouldn't be able to tell that it was indeed hot. I nod my head and go back to eating the chips, trying to keep my fingers that held the hot chip away from the rest. 

He coughs a little and clears his throat before asking "Should we stop at a tea stall? You must be thirsty after all those." I blink up to him with an innocent look before saying "Oh! No need. I will get us drinks." 

I quickly shift back to my space, laughing my ass off for a solid three minutes. I laugh so hard, I have tears running down my face. I walk over to the sink and quickly wash my hands to that I can wipe my eyes. As soon as I manage to wipe the tears, another round of laughter hits me. 

I chuckle the whole time I get drinks. Learning from my mother, soda is the worst thing you can drink with spicy things. The fizzing that happens after only makes your poor mouth feel worse because the pain receptors are already overstimulated.

My evil laugh is back as I pull us both out a bottle of soda. I shift back to find him leaning over his knees. As soon as he sees that I'm back, he quickly clears his throat and says "Odd-looking bug..." I strain again to keep a straight face as I lean over and ask "Where?"

He waves me off and says "It's gone." I feel like I'm about to give myself an aneurysm as I struggle to keep a straight face and not laugh. I innocently hand him the soda and say "This is soda and also one of my favorite things."

He slightly coughs and sniffs as he looks at the soda with fear. I open the bottle and hand it back to him with an expectant look on my face. He solemnly nods his head and lifts the bottle to his nose. He takes a sniff and frowns a little before tilting the bottle like me and taking a sip.

It only takes a second before the soda goes flying everywhere out of his nose! 

How do you like that fire!? Hahaha!
