"Explain what the hell is happening here right now!" The academy head repeated his words and he is quite angry due to what happened.

"Academy Head, it is just like what I said. We are having a match, me against everyone and on the way, we wagered our spirit stones" Xi Yun said and repeated his explanation to the academy head.

"You expect me to believe that this is just a simple match? A simple match where almost 30 of you are injured and have broken bones?" The academy head said in a high-pitched tone.

"Are intentionally injuring your fellow classmates not enough of a reason to punish you?" The academy head said.

"But I didn't injure them intentionally! The academy rules said it themselves that injuries are unavoidable when it comes to battle so no one should be blamed unless the injury is done with the intention to kill" Xi Yun said while playing with the rules of the academy.

The academy, of course, forbids killing but it never says that you can't injure your opponents so he isn't the one that is in the losing position here.

At this point, it doesn't matter whether he injured them intentionally or not since even the academy rules are not saying anything that forbids injuring someone.

"How can you say that you didn't injure them intentionally? The academy might not punish you but I the academy head is still a clan elder and I can punish you personally!" The academy head said to Xi Yun which didn't even get any reaction from him.

"How can you even say that I injured them intentionally?" Xi Yun threw back the question at him causing the wrinkles on the academy head's face to become even more wrinkly.

"Promise me that you will not injure someone again when you fought them," The academy head said while looking at Xi Yun with a bitter expression.

They got into a squabble where the academy head is finding loopholes in Xi Yun's word that he can use to him but in the end, Xi Yun's answer is just going in circles and they won't reach a consensus if it continues.

"That is a thing that is hard to promise but I will try," Xi Yun said to the academy head and the academy head frowned when he heard his answer.

'Try? So that means you are going to injure some of them again?' The academy head thought but in the end, it is hard to crack Xi Yun.

First of all, he didn't do something wrong and in actuality, his actions are even supported by the academy but due to the nature of the injuries of the student they can't praise him and it will even bring some problems to them.
