The Big Four Major

"Where have you been. We started the banquet without you" -Knight Lieutenant Dumbel Door. Major leader of the knights order "Green Wizards" Brigade. As of the moment he was basking himself with his first glass of wine.

" Oh, nothing much. I just stumble upon an interesting lad" Knight lieutenant Rane Marfield. Major leader of knights order " Black Ship" Brigade.

"I'm sure your out seducing in the open again. Serioudly, you should fix that habit of yours. Your such a disgrace to the name of sacred knight.", -Mimica Vnosky. Female major leader of the knights order " winged Angelina" Brigade.

" You just all shut up. Your all nuisance to the ear" knight lieutenant Luke Plateu. Major leader of the nights order "El Magnifico " Brigade.

The kingdom of Mahalea was once an undeveloped country and when the villeinmonica terror day occur the ranking of the kingdom even more push to the bottom. The reinstallation of the newly king, sets the kingdom's rising up to a single level. The newly king Gaustino III under his supervisory serves by the four major knights. Every two years, the national exam is being held at the main arena of the capital and every examination these personalities are needed in conducting the exam. The levels of exam are being determined by them as well as selecting the best of the best based on thousands of contenders are addressed as a serious matter.

The four major power and their strike components are the FF.

El Magnifico- the most outstanding and toptier brigade where produces top knights in the future. The knight Lieutenant is the youngest of the four. Lead by a cold hearted but cool Luke Plateuo. His strike is his golden bahamut sphere. The blade was skillfully forge from the real bahamut dragon scale that he defeated while in training. The sphere absorbs high density of molecular magic and converted it to his own fiery flames.

Winged Angelina- Squad for beautiful and elegant. The knight Lieutenant is the only female of the group.Mimica Vnosky. They were talented people and has a wierd sense of cleanliness. Her strike is manifested by two slender whips that are fully concentrated of water.

Green Wizards- They focused on their intellectual prowess. Like a walking encyclopedia. A bunch of bookworms. However, despite their big brains they are not in last with regard to stamina and strength. Lead by Dumble Door.His strike is manifested by a rugged old book.

Black Ship - Brutal and Bold. Do not care of public opinion. Led by an eccentric and flirtitious Reyn Marfield, rumors that he's into pretty and fragile boys. The lowest ranking of the brigade. His strike is still unknown. But whenever he battles, the opposing oponent lost their own value to him. Some died but some became crazy on the way. Darkmares are his strongest magic he holds.

There are other rankings among the knights but these four holds the supremacy among others added to the fact they were personally picked by the king.

The banquet held in the honor of visiting of these four were held in a magnificent and classy Manor. Reyn started to slip his clothes and begun undressing. Dumble Door inspite of merryment coudnt take his eyes of his book. Mimica was busily scrutinizing the foods of the possible bacteria and viruses might slip in. Luke was separated among the three and peacefully enjoying the blissful moment of his solitude.

Ash made up his mind. He would enter the exam just to find where Tim is.

Even though he has no magic left in him. Even though he's not muscular than any men. It it'd the only way finding Tim, It's worth giving a try.

The first phase of the examination was held inside a vast arena with a secure place for a spectators around. The big major four is not on sight. They are on separate room leisurely watching the event in a translucent crystal imbude with magic hanging on the wall.

The stage was lit up and at the center stood the host of the event.

" Everyone everyone I greet you all a Happy morning everyone!"

The crowd applaud upon hearing the commencement of the examination.

" Today's a great day right? And for further excitement we have a bunch of aspiring knights to enlighten your day!!! Hurray!!!"

The crownd even became louder.

" Well for the first obstacle that these zygote needs to pass, a defense barrier was barricade" Half of the arena separated the student's from the host of the event. Ash was one of the batches standing at the center.

For further detaild, the barrier casted at the center, encirling the students where made of dominant concentration of water , with a touch of blazing fire and malevolent vines. One that is difficult to destroy. The students task is to destroy the barrier and proceed getting the red flags at the standpoint of the mc. However, before reaching another obstacle is laid. Human size golems pacing the area before the flags.

The mc fire his pistol at the start of exam and everyone on his side started to release each one of their magic with the goal of breaking the barrier. Ash, being without magic started to poke the side of the barrier.

" What are you doing? Use your magic and release it to the barrier. Your not going to damage it doing like that" the boy with a flashy magic boldly told him.He's using his barehands that transform into a sharp weapon and started to slash the wall.

Ash stop from what his doing. This boy has a point.

"Could it be..." When the boy saw him sit on the side that's when he begun to be suspicious. "...you don't have magic reserves?"

"Bingo!"

The bunch of kids turn their heads to him. The look thats neither symphathetic nor angry. The kind of look being a freeloader who's useless in home. That's what their stares are.

"Great! Your just useless. Why enter the examination when you don't have magic reserves? It's be just useless , you'll be doom at once."

"I can't use my magic that's why I'm trying to decipher what would be my help and if you don't mind don't start talking to me and induce a war"

The boys face turn sour and he clench his fist while looking at him.

" Your useless and arrogant"

He just directed his anger towards the wall of massive barrier.

How many hours have they stayed inside? Yet there is no damge made to the thing. It stood still not a single scratch.

"It's useless" one of the student declare while loosing hope.

Until everyone gave up in too much exhaustion.

" Its useless. I think the barrier is compose of the magic affinity of the four lieutenant." One of the girl with braided hair concluded. She has an earthly elemental magic which is rapid growth herbivore manipulation. She can grow a plant in a single night.

"Are you sure Aien?" One of the girl beside her chimed in.

"I'm problably sure of it" the one called Aien.

"Oh no, from the very beginning were bound to fail..." As if the world has fallen apart, the boy whom he didn't have an pleasant acquiantance was in verge of almost crying. They really are children still. How old are they, some are 13, 14,15 or even 18. From his looks, Ash would likely to be 18. There seems no adult mixed on their batch.

All was having a rough day and even expecting the coming failure of their situation.

Ash was also in the same predicament. He can't even use his magic in the first place.

" Dont you really have magic???" The boy insisted still. Later on he found out his name is Warren.

"I told you I don't have? Right? Altough I do have once but know I lost it"

"No way, were really doom"

Aein, being the shy in the group hastily raises her hand just be recognized. " Uhmmm, mister if you have use magic once. Doesn't that mean you have magic compartment inside?" Everyone turn their head towards the girl. " My grandma told me that our magic is being kept in a separate area in our body . That would be reasonable since it will cause disorder and disfunction inside if they overlap each other"

At least everyone didn't know these revelation. He's not the only ignorant on their batch.

"Is that true. Then..." They all look at Ash. Face full of curiosity of his magic.

Aein told him that she could help him restore even a tiny glipse of his magic through nature. The green pigment of plants is Rich in molecular magics. She could grow a tree with a high component of such magic. Then he can suck it to his magic compartment producing a whole new level of magic.

The group decided to partake in experiment. Since they are all weak and their magic need to be replenish.

"What are they doing?" Knight Lieutenant Mimica become bored now looking at those children. It sure is boring. Almost all the batches didn't break the barrier and she has no expectation towards them.

"Just shut up, and look." Knight Lietenant Luke.

"It seems they're discussing something...let's continue to look on it" knight Lieutenant Dumble Door

Knight lieutenant Rane wasn't on the room already.

" When will it finished!!! I'm already bored. Let's just fail those kids already" Mimica was already loosing her composure. Who wouldn't ? They have on the room for the whole day? The time limit is when the sun cannot be seen. That's practically already night.

Luke's face turn to irritation. " Why don't you go out. Like what Rane did. No one is binding you here"

" Ehehe, of course my reputation will tarnish if they saw knight Lieutenant roaming around not doing her post. I wouldn't like that." She said pouting while fumming over the side.

It almost noon and yet they haven't break the seal. And no matter how he replenish something his body doesn't feel anything.

"Geez, you should know the hang of it. You will know when the magic molecules enter your body"

" And I tell you I haven't felt anything at all." Ash was a little disappointed now. If even if it's tiny bit he should replenish it but somehow, no matter how he concentrated nothing came out of it.

Aein was also tired this time.

"Listen everyone, let's just attack the barrier all at once. If we work together maybe we could make a scratch on it!!!" It was Warren who think of that idea. Of them all he's taking the responsibility of being a leader.

Each of them stood up and for the last time they attach the barrier field in one blow.

All those efforts were useless. The strong barrier stood unscratch with the blow it didn't even leave damage unto the wall . They all bounce backwards due to shock absorption.

The atmosphere inside was heavy. Failure, disappointment, hunger, and exhaustion where the major bad energy flying the air. Ash didn't stop absorbing of molecular magic.

When everyone was in expectation of absolute failure, a tingling energy came through his body. Is this it? Did he really get the hang of it.?Even though he knows it's only a little amount of energy though.

Slowly, he stood up from his positon. He doesn't know what it will be but his trying. He knows he possess it already. The magic inside him. Everyone turn their gazes over him, full of curiosity what his magic is.

Alas, witness the power of a once villain of the century! The one who suffered and become outcast of this world. Behold, witness the newly found magic of the great great Ash Ember!!!

Forming a superseiyam stance he collected all the energy inside him and throw it in one blast over the barrier. Everyones heartbeat race for the next event to happen.

Thress seconds came and nothing came through his hands.

Everyones shoulder, dropped in dissapointment. What happened? He really felt the flow of energy through him but why there's no blast came through it. Was it a failure

Walking forward over the barrier, touching its roughness and intensity. His comrades attack didn't amount to much. They're doom.

Just as he touch, the surface warp upThe magic barrier became distorted. The once magnificent barrier disintegrated.

"What happened!" Knight Lietenant Mimica felt a thrill of maleficent energy run down her spine.

" Do not panick, focused your concentration.., see the barrier is disntegrating!!!It's your fault for not concentrating. Get back to your self!" Luke was beginning to loose his focused also. The sudden felt of chill rendered them defenseless.

"Now!" When everyone saw the measly state of barrier they all focused all their attack at once and together the barrier broke to pieces as the impact of each individual power became into one.

"Alright!"

Ash didn't know the next thing happen. All he knew was he was outside the barrier already. Someone might have dragged him out. With the explosion and massive curve, he couldn't see what's happening next.

"Alright we won!!!" Everyone cheer on excitement as they passed the first level of difficult exem.

While Ash was slump on the ground thinking of of his uselessness. Warren tap his shoulder and project a bright smile.

"If it wasn't you, well not gonna be able to leave that barrier, you have a unique magic style my friend" he offered his right hand to him while brimming with bright aura.

Ash gladly accepted the hand that symbolizes genuinely friendship forge in unfortunate circumstances.

"Someone slip in among the children. I suddenly felt a thrill of viled energy." Mimica couldnt get her mind over it.

" It's one thing for sure, it's one of the students thought" dubmle door.

They coudnt trace the owner of such wicked energy because they are inside that room. If only they are on the same arena, they would easily detect the ominous present.

Luke didn't respond but immedietly went out of the room and hurriedly went to the scene. He was so angry right now that he didn't able to detect the owner of such energy. It has been bugging him since he felt it. The familiarity of energy was the same exactly as at that time.
