Growth Type Class
Classes were a unique and crucial part of climbers. They define the growth rate and the future potential of an individual. Generally, the classes were categorized into seven different levels based on their potential and power.
Firstly, Normal class – they weren't hard to get, and almost everyone who challenges the tower can receive a normal class after defeating a certain number of monsters. They had limited growth potential and included normal classes like warriors, assassins, etc.
Secondly, the rare classes. As the name itself indicates, they were quite rare and hard to get, often requiring climbers to meet some special criteria. Mages were considered to be one of the rare classes along with classes like paladin, crusader, etc.
Then comes the Epic class, Legendary class, Transcendent class, Mythical class, and finally the Absolute class. As implied, one is more challenging to get than the other, with the upper-rank classes being nearly impossible to obtain. There were certain ways to reach those classes, but none that Shiva could currently achieve.
Excluding these seven classes, there was another special type of class that was very hard to get unless you had the luck of someone who had saved a planet in their previous life.
They were the Growth-type classes. They were so rare that even Shiva, who was hailed as the strongest being at the Tower, had only ever seen four people having a growth-type class, including himself.
And currently, he has once again achieved the requirements to receive a growth-type class!

He had gained this class as an accident in his past life, and this exactly had become one of the main reasons for his growth to the strongest being on the Ruined Tower. So even though Shiva was aware of methods to get transcendent and mythical classes, he put them aside and chose the growth-type class once again, this time by his own will!

This was another reason why he had chosen to give up a chance to get a legendary class. As said, the Tower gave much importance to achievements, and getting the class first than others was one such achievement with a special reward for the achiever.
At this time, all of those who had killed 500 monsters before him were either in the Hall of Legends or the Land of Epics, facing trials to get their class. But Shiva skipped that step and gained the class without any trouble, thus becoming the first person to get the class and getting the special reward in the process.
Looking at the messages in front of him with satisfaction, Shiva thought of his status, and a second later, shimmering golden runes contained in a blue projection appeared before him.

There once lived a legend in the Ruined Tower. He was peculiar, even among those that the tower residents considered as lunatics. Even the transcendents avoided him, fearing what may follow. Thus, the legend in question ended up being a loner, and to resolve his boredom, the insane man created an insane class, hoping to find someone to experiment with his creation, and he did.

The explanation of the class was a bit ominous, but Shiva didn't care. After all, he had met the legend in question in his last life, and to be honest, he had quite liked the man.
'I had cursed him so much in my last life for taking away my chance to get an epic class, now that I think about it, I should have thanked him.'
Growth-type classes were rare and incredibly hard to come by. That was because, unlike the general classes, they could be upgraded to a higher tier and, moreover, they grew while acclimating to their masters. They upgraded based on the actions of the owner of the class, which in itself was quite invaluable!
Nevertheless, even though he had gotten a growth-type class, Shiva wasn't done yet. The Crazy Sorcerer class was good but not enough for him to reach the heights of his past life.
"Time to get my class."
Checking his surroundings for safety, Shiva spread his hand in the air, and after two seconds, a blue crack swallowed his hand. Shiva pulled out his hand a second later, and this time, he held an enchantment paper in his grip.
It was the special reward he had obtained for the achivement of being the first class beared - the class modification token.
