Prologue: Transmigration
A handsome-looking man with messy jet-black hair and a height of 6'1 slowly opened his green-blue eyes that shined in the sun. He sat up and looked around in confusion since the room he awoke in was not the same one he went to sleep in.
"What the hell?" He muttered as he took in his luxurious surroundings, with red carpets and walls with gold trimmings and hints of purple.
The man climbed his way out of the king-sized bed he woke up in and noticed his blood-stained nightgown. All of a sudden the man collapsed down to his knees in pain and clutched his head. A plethora of memories rushed into his head. He could barely stand the pain he was feeling before it all stopped. Before he could process the information a blue screen appeared in front of him.
[Binding…. Binding completed!]
[Greetings, Host! I am the Kingdom Building System. You've been sent to an alternate universe as Isaac II Angelos at the beginning of the year 1190 BC. There is also magic in this world so please do your best host!]
The man now known as Isaac just kneeled there in a daze as he processed what happened.
'There's no way' The man thought after processing everything that just happened.
Whether he wanted to believe it or not he had transmigration into another world. He had reincarnated into another world as Isaac II Angelos, Basileus of the Byzantine Empire, the Legacy of Rome. Though it seemed the world he was in was different from the history he knew.
'Well, there's only one way to find out.' Thought Issac in disbelief.

Issac scrolled through his system and fell into deep thought about what to do next. He knew from his time on earth that this decade would not be favorable for him, and he has 4 years to fix this at most before he gets deposed- or even worse killed. Issac got out of bed while closing his [Stats Menu]. Issac then walked to his window and opened it letting the light shine through and bake the room in a golden glow. Issac then utilized his memories and went to his closet, changing into more appropriate clothes.
'Now that I'm more comfortable, I should explore the shop.' Issac thought as he summoned the Stats menu again.
Once again a blue screen popped up in front of him.

Issac scrolled through the list for a while before stopping when he heard a knock on his door.
Knock Knock
"Your Majesty, It's time for your weekly meeting with the Council." said a soft but firm voice.
"I'll be there soon." Replied Issac
'I forgot I had a meeting. Oh well, this will help me decide what to buy in the shop and help me plan my next actions.' Thought Issac.
Now with a plan in mind. Issac left his luxurious room and straight into the mess known as the Byzantine Empire.
