The girl smirked and confidently let the words out,

"Well, who knows, maybe this sparrow got some plan and might become a phoenix"

A sound of someone playing computer are clearly heard throughout the messy room. 'Play'? Yes, play. A sparrow are inviting the eagles to 'play' hide and seek. The bait are set and the sparrow is just waiting for the table to turn and the eagles to take the bait just to become the dinner of the sly sparrow. You know the saying, "Kill a couple of birds with two stones". Is the perfect idiom to simplize the situation.

"Well, well well. Look at who's on the play? The eagles are trying to gang on the sparrow. But ends up being the dinner instead! How pitiful they are"
