A Guide For Heroes

His classmates couldn't comprehend what was going on. Suddenly they were summoned in this world and the king just announced that they are all some kind of heroes. Most of them just whispered that this must be fake or some kind of bad joke, but somebody was very upset with his situation.

"Hey you old fatass !

So you tell me that I'm a hero from another world?

Dont give me this bullshit, I dont have time for this kind of crap !

Send us back to other world, now !"

Of course the response to Shotas harsh words wasn't the one he wished for.

In order to summon them to this world all magical ressources have been used. And even if they had some left, there wasn't any kind of spell or magic to summon them back.

The rest of the class was very disturbed after hearing this words. Yuma tried to take the lead and told them that everything would be fine if they work together.

After a few minutes, they slowly began to calm down and asked the king some more questions. Before he could answer them, a blonde girl walked into the room. She introduced herself as Princess Liliana VI.

After her introduction the king suddenly left the room without saying a word and the princess told us everything we wanted to know.

This Kingdom was called Alderan and we were in the capital Surca in the high castle. Currently this kingdom is being attacked by monsters, which came out of so called "Dungeons."

Of course, Akito knew about these kind of things out of his mangas so he understood everything very clear even without the explanation. Their prophecy says that the dungeons will open when the demon king returns from the ashes. So after the dungeons open, the kingdom will have to summon new heroes to this world and defeat the demon king and his monsters.

After hearing that there were monsters the girls were frightened but Yuma could handle the situation, especially since she was the class idol that everyone admired.

The heroes are not powerful yet. Therefore there was a levelup system, furthermore everyone had his own status. To open the status you simply had to say the word "open".

This status included the standard categories which included the use of weapons and magic.

After the princess went through all the questions and explanations, she showed a comparison to other people. As a hero all stats began at 1000 which was the highest stat out of all the different profession even though they were at level one. To reach a new level, some must fight against monsters, complete quests from a guild or collect special items. By fighting monsters and leveling up, you can earn skills. Skills are really important because of advantages in fights and to use the full potential of their stats. All heroes start with the skill "Light Of The Heroes" which allowed a much faster regeneration. Furthermore the heroes have a much higher chance of obtaining a new skill than any other person. Besides there was no level or skill limit, only a hero has this ability. In some special occasions you can gain a so called "talent". A talent is a special skill that allows the user to expand his professions. For example you can gain the talent "Blacksmith" which gives you the abililty to make weapons yourself. This was also a unique hero ability.

Akito knew most of the parts they talked about so he didn't really give it that much attention, he wantd to avoid interactions with the others.

However something was strange, his status included neither stats nor a profession. Every part was filled with question marks.

What was going on?

Was this some kind of surprise where his true power comes in handy in the last moment and then his status get revealed and he was fully overpowered from the start?

While Akito was dreaming about his epic overwhelming stats the princess saw his weird expression and looked in his status.

Her eyes were wide open as she didn't believe what she just saw. She asked the mage which casted the spell if something went wrong but he denied it.

Slowly the attention was drawn towards him and after his classmates saw his status they began to laugh at him.

"Hahaha, once trash always trash."

After Shotas comment they started to laugh even more until the princess had them to calm down.

Because the princess didn't know what to do about Akito, she led the others in to their room. Each hero had their own room, there were exactly 20 rooms for the heroes. 19 of them were taken so Akito must be the 20th, he thought.

Yet the princess had him wait in the throneroom to take care of the extraordinary situation.

As Akito was talking with the princess, he couldn't look away from her and slowly began to dream about her. Of course the one who gets treated specially by the princess has to be the one who will marry her. That was the allmighty law in his mangas.

As he was dreaming about a kiss from her, she suddenly told him that he should stay with the mage who summoned them here. Maybe he could figure out why this happened.

As he waited in the mages room, he saw a huge amount of potions and other alchemic ingredients.

Meanwhile the king and the said mage discussed what to do with him.

After the were finished, the mage told Akito again about the prophecy and that there is nothing wrong with him. They would look after him and have him training so that his stats would eventually appear after a while.

In the end they showed Akito his room and left.

As he went to bed, he had a slight feeling that something was off because neither the king nor the mage revealed their names to any of them. But maybe they just forgot it in this hectic situation...

In his dreams there was a dark flame which slowly enlighted itself. Suddenly a dark voice spoke to him and told him to wake up as the flame burned everything down.

When Akito opened his eyes he couldnt move his body. The room he was in wasn't his room.

A cold shiver ran down his neck, as he realized the situation. He was in a jail, his arms and hands were chained onto the wall.

Suddenly the mage walked down some stairs straight to his cell with an evil smile.

"So you're awake now!

Then shall we begin with our experiments ?"

He let out crazy laughter and his eyes began to turn white.

Akito couldn't believe it and began to panic.

"What kind of joke is this? Why did this happen to me ?"

The world he was in now was even more cruel than his past one.
