Her tears fell, "I'm sorry. I'm so sorry Emerald."

"Why?"

Emerald cried even more.

"Why is it so easy for you to apologize? You should have fought against me more. I took everything from you for my own happiness so why?"

Her hand that was holding the gun slowly lowered.

If Amethyst were to fight back and argue that she was not at fault then Emerald could easily just pull the trigger.

But Amethyst was genuinely looking at her apologizing to her with all sincerity.
