Chapter 107: I Will Not Allow It

"I and Elena tried contacting Slate this past months but to no avail. We thought he was still really mad but somehow we got worried. So Elena suggested that I call for Eduard and we just found out from him of what was truly going on after we left."

"And now I have heard that you have went to the hospital to confront them and Eduard knew that you won't be given access so I called one of my friends to help you. Were you able to enter?" he asked.

Amethyst, in reality, felt that her entry was too smooth.

Even though he was Slate's father, both were estranged that she felt she needed to properly thank him for helping her out.
