The Gu Family Home

Luo Xiao was being shown around the Gu family compound by the excited younger generation. All of them wished to get familiar with him, and they asked many questions throughout the journey. Even so, whenever the topic reached his previous life experience and where he grew up, he only answered with a slight smile and silence.

This was naturally done as he could not tell them the truth, but lies would easily be seen through. At the same time, when he was merely silent like this with a slight smile, the other youngsters would think up many different theories themselves.

While some of these theories were somewhat reasonable, many had become very unrealistic, but they all had one thing in common; they all painted Luo Xiao as a victim, and thus they came to the conclusion that they should avoid mentioning his past in front of him.
