12 Day Before X-Day

On July 22, Albert was given orders to lure the S.T.A.R.S. Bravo Team to the mansion and murder them with renegade bio-weapons and Zombies in order to obtain battle data. William had been told, so he made a visit to the S.T.A.R.S. offices with a present.

William enters the police station and goes to the main desk to ask for directions before making his way up and up to their door and knocking. A split second later, the door opens, and a 5 ft 3 in girl opens it.

"Hello?"

"This is the S.T.A.R.S. office, right?"

"Yes, Rebecca Chambers, I'm one of the team members, and you are?"

"William Wesker."

"Oh so your."

"Albert's older brother."

"Ok, Mr. Wesker, come on in; your brother is just on the right."

When William walks into the room, he notices every S.T.A.R.S. member working on paperwork and studying maps of the Arkley Mountains. Turning to the right, William notices Albert conversing with another tall man. Albert notices me as he walks over a knock and beckons for me to come in.

"What are you doing here, William?"

"I'm just dropping by with a gift for the entire S.T.A.R.S. unit. I heard they were heading on a trip to the mountains and figured they could use an advantage because it's been so deadly there recently."

William tells him this while holding a silver suitcase and disregarding Albert's agitated voice.

"Sorry, who are you and what is your edge?"

"My brother, William, meet Team Bravo's leader, Enrico Marini, who will go on the mission tomorrow."

"Nice to meet you, Enrico, and the edge I'm talking about is this."

William places the silver case on the ground and, after unlocking it, opens it to show off the contents. The top left has 12 vials of yellow-red solutions, the center and bottom left have 24 blue injectors, and the rest of the case is loaded with compact first aid spray cans and green injectors.

"Why do you have so many of Umbrella's new products, and what are the yellow vials?" Only the green and blue ones have been for sale."

"Can I talk with my brother, for a minute Enrico before he responds?"

"Of course."

Enrico exits the office after hearing Albert's unhappy voice. Albert turned to William after making sure the doors were shut.

"What do you think you're doing?" The Bravo team is being dispatched on umbrella business that will assist me with leaving. I don't need things to go wrong right now."

"Don't worry, I know what you're planning, and I'm just going to make sure things go as smoothly as possible for both of us at this time." While these people are on mission, I need Umbrella monitoring focused on them. I'm simply strengthening them so they can endure long enough for me to obtain what I want."

"What have you been planning, William, for months now you've changed?"

"My eyes have been opened, and I can see what we've done, and I've changed my goals and how I will act to archive them." I see you and how far you'll go in the future, Albert, but I still view you as my brother, so I won't stand in your way. I will, however, make every effort to ensure that your activities do not harm more people than necessary."

William tells him, showing him a red glow in his eyes and patting his shoulder.

"What exactly did you do?"

"I Have Evolved."

Albert pauses for a moment to contemplate before waving for William to do his thing. William exits the office, followed by Albert. Albert then gathers the S.T.A.R.S. members.

"This is my brother William, and he's come to offer us an upgrade. This is entirely optional, and you have no obligation to accept."

"What kind of upgrade, because we've already gotten new guns from the Kendo brothers?"

"A chemical kind, and you are?"

"My name is Chris Redfield, and I'm the Alpha Team's point man."

Well, Chris, I'm a the Kendo's partner, and while the Weapons they created are fantastic, they're much better in the hands of someone who can utilize them to their full potential, which is why I'm presenting this opportunity to you all."

William displays the silver case to them and opens it in front of them.

"Oh, these are the umbrella sales herb products, but what are the three new ones?" I haven't seen them for sale before."

"That's because I haven't told them I made them yet, Rebecca."

"Wait, you're the one who made them?"

Yes, I did all of the research and development for Umbrella Herp's products."

"Excited Rebecca asked a series of questions, Before another woman stood forward."

"Can you let him keep going, Rebecca?"

"Sorry, Jill, everyone, but it's incredible; he's the one who created the world's greatest health products."

"Ok, but what about the yellow ones? I I've only used the green and blue ones."

"It's not illegal."

"No, Chris, the yellow ones are dubbed Power injections; the lesser grade ones are now only sold to the military, and even then, not in large quantities due to a shortage of the yellow herbs needed to create them."

"What exactly does it do?"

"When injected, the Power solution provides a permanent boost to the body and gives you the strength and reflexes four times a normal human."

After more discussion, they all consented to have the injection. It was untimely, with only a few concerns. When they inquired about the other items in the case, William informed them that they were known as the Virus Killer inhaler and the New Life injection.

As he exits the S.T.A.R.S. office, William bids Albert farewell and heads off to make some phone calls to ensure that everyone is ready for tomorrow.
