"Karma is a bitch"!! Yeah, I said that out loud, I can't seem to fathom what the universe is doing to me right now.

I mean, I have accepted, he has finalized it and now the mother is trying to make things worst for us. I can’t possibly come to terms with singlehood? I mean it sucks, I need a man, no!! I need a husband in my life, I can’t let this woman jeopardize my plans with her son?-

“Joanne!! Desmond is here to see you!” my mum shouted at the top of her voice as she knocked on my room door.

“Am coming” I said.

Desmond has been such a romantic fellow, he calls at every given opportunity just to know how I was fairing and also Christopher too, he is such a nice gentleman, and letting him know his mother’s decision would be disheartening to him.
