15 Rescuing summer

( So I just want to rescue summer already so I can go more into major changes so ima skip raven making up with yang and raven explaining vergil's backstory. Also STRQ is gathered.)

Vergil pov

So RWBY plus dante came back after their mission 2 weeks ago. It went down the same way as the cannon except their was 2 atlas robots so dante took care of it himself. Later after the 2 weeks Team JNPR returned. All of us went to go welcome them in the docking bay but when the marauder's door open everyone was shocked. Tai and Qrow came out first so Ruby and Yang ran and hugged them asking why there her but before they can answer raven came out next. The room went silent. You could hear a pin drop. I could tell yang was about to explode so I tell here to wait for raven to explain. After 5 hours of explaining, crying and sparring to get their emotions out Yang forgave raven. I was happy for them and was about to tell JNPR and RWBY why there here but raven supises me by hugging me. Strangely she seems familiar but not cause of the show but it feels like I actually know her. Then my head starts to hurt and memories flood. I remember everything and hug her back. I guess god did alot more than I thought. Anyway here we are at the meeting room.

Vergil: Alright Ruby and Yang I've been keeping a secret from you.

Both seem suprised.

Vergil: Summer rose is alive.

Ruby/Yang: ....What!

Ruby jumps at me and starts shaking me yang seems a little angry.

Yang: Why didn't you tell us earlier and why haven't we gotten her back.

Ruby: Yeah if you knew why didn't you say anything.

She breaks down in tears and I feel bad.

Qrow: Calm down kiddos Im sure he has an explanation for this right?

I nod.

Vergil: 1 is if I told you back then you would have dropped everything and try to save her but we were to weak to help. But now were stronger and I believe in this teams ability to help. Also I don't trust ozpin so I had to make sure your strong enough to know the reason why she's been gone for so long. Ozpin sent her on a dangerous mission and when she disapeared never sent a rescue party. Ozpin has a major secret and he's been using us all as pawns!

Everyone looks shocked except for raven and tai.

Raven: He's not wrong. I left beacon because of ozpin and his lies if he told us his secrets earlier I wouldnt gave accepted the power he gave me and qrow.

Yang: What are you talking about what power.

Qrow: Kid, Raven There not ready to know and ozpin has changed my life around I trust him.

Tai: No let them speak I want to know.

I then explain ozpins full story about his past lives, salem, the maidens and the sliver eyed warriors. Raven speaks up about the power ozpin gave her and qrow to turn into birds and why she has maiden powers. The old spring maiden didn't want her powers anymore since she was being hunted so when we came across each other she transferred it to me raven said. I also told pyrrha about ozpin grooming her to take over a past maiden.

After 5 minuites of silence Ruby breaks the ice.

Ruby: So me, vergil and my mom have these specail eyes that could kill grimm and ozpin made my mother his pawn since almost all silver eyed people were hunted and killed when he found out my mother failed instead of making a search party to look for her he just waited for the perfect time to snatch and groom me. But got lucky and found vergil so he has 2 new pawns.

I nod

Ruby: THAT SON OF A BITCH!

She slams the desk and uses armament haki and breaks a chuck of the table. Were all suprised since we never heard ruby curse or get this mad I walk to her and hug her. She cries into my chest we all let her calm down.

Pyrrha: So if vergil never told us and never made this group we would all be in his stupid game still wow, Thanks for saving us brother.

They all express gratitude

Vergil: Oh yeah and the biggest secret he kept is that salem can't be killed.

Everyone: What

Qrow: Kid if what you say is true than what are we supposed to do.

Vergil: Well at least let me finish. She can't be killed through normal means so we just have to find other means and if we can't kill her we can always seal her. I'm pretty sure you have heard of ways to seal things during your travels.

Qrow facepalm realizing im right and how much time he's wasted following ozpin.

( I know im making Salem sound easy to beat but remember Salem is not the only enemy the team will face shes kinda like a mini boss since I have big plans for vergil and the rest.)

I show them the video of summer I found and the island where shes located,

Vergil: So are you in or out not for rescuing summer but for leaving ozpin and starting our own thing.

They agree and ruby and yang are happy there about to get there full family back.

Ruby: Babe look at me.

I turn to her

Ruby: No more secrets okay.

She has a cute yet stren look on her face.

Vergil: Ok and im sorry.

Ruby smiles in victory

Ruby: You know to finish a deal you need to end it with a handshake, a nod, or a kiss.

I get the message and give her a quick peak but then I remember her dad and uncle are hear I turn to them

Tai: *Sigh* If you rescue summer im pretty sure shell love you and I know you'll take care of ruby just make sure you don't hurt her because if you do....

Tai looks at qrow and qrow brings out his scythe

Qrow: Even salem won't be able to help you.

I gulp and nod

Everyone burst into laughter and dante pats my back

Dante: Nice family you made here little brother.

Vergil: But its not complete yet lets go get summer.

I tell everyone to train or relax I go to the cockpit while ruby follows

Raza cockpit

Ruby: Im finally about to see my mom again.

Vergil: Yup I can't wait to meet her.

Ruby: She'll love you but how come you never taught me how to use my eyes and only siliver aura.

Vergil: Because even I can't use my eyes either but im hoping summer can teach us.

Ruby: Ohhh it can be like a family bonding moment.

Vergil: Of course, Jarvis set course to summer's location turn on stealth mode and avoid the lasers.

After 5 hours of flying I start to see the mist so I go to the coms.

Vergil: All crew gather at the cockpit.

They all come.

Jaune: Are we there vergil.

Vergil: Yeah but theres some problems.

Yang: What problems.

Vergil: Theres a whole laser sequrity system that brought summers bull head down so I need to manually pilot and take us down.

Suddenly the alarms ring and we all hear a *woosh* past us.

Vergil: Sounds like those lasers everyone strapin this is gunna get messy.

They do as told as I grap the controls form jarvis.

Vergil: Ok I need Pyrrha on sensors, Jaune on weapon systems, ruby on the map, Yang go to the turret on the top and ren and nora patch anything if were hit.

JNPR/RWBY: AYE AYE CAPTAIN!

STRQ just watch in shock of how well we work together.

I see the island coming up and the mist starts to disappear so we all see the island in full. Theres a large temple in the back and a wall surrounding the island. Turrets pop out the wall and start to fire at us. I helm the ship and start dodging left, right, right, down. I barrel roll one shot and it grazes the side hull.

Vergil: Weiss damage control.

Weiss: It just grazed the outer hull nothing serious.

Vergil: Good.

As Im approaching the walls glow and a force field covers the island.

Yang: OH come one we barley even made it.

Vergil: Jarvis can we break the sheild.

Jarvis: Sorry sir we can't

Vergil: The drone I sent earlier for an echomap show me it.

3d holo map pops up infront of me. I move the map arounf looking at all angles of the lsland and see a tunnel leading under to the center of the island.

Vergil: Jarvis can the Raza fit into that tunnel?

Jarvis: No it's to narrow.

Vergil: How about the marauder.

Jarvis: That one works sir.

Vergil: Alright new plan Team STRQ, dante and me heads into the marauder go into the tunnel find summer and disable the shield so the rest of you can land the raza on the island.

Yang: How come you guys can go and not the rest of us.

Vergil: Me and dante have high regeneration so we won't get hurt and Team STRQ can handle them selves plus I need you guys hear to keep the laser fire on you so we can sneak through.

Yang:*sigh* Fine just please save mom and be carful.

She hugs dante and ruby hugs me.

Both: Come back safe.

Tai: Oh great yang has a crush and ruby has a boyfriend.

Yang blushes and lets go

Raven: Lets just save summer already we've kept her waiting for 10 plus years.

Nobody pov

The group takes the marauder and flies to the island while the raza distracts the turrents.

The marauder drops down and speeds to the water. When they hit the water the blast off to the tunnels. They find themselves in a maze. after an hour of navigating they find the exit and float to the surface. When they come up they see a forest all around them. The team leaves the marauder to search for summer.

Vergil: Ok lets split up to cover more ground.

Raven and Qrow look to each other and nod. Both jump to the air and turn into birds. Thwy fly off.

Dante: Ohhhh Qrow, Raven, I get it now. Not very creative.

Tai laughs and the group of three just go hicking.

Vergil: Jarvis how are the skies looking did they.....

He looks up to see the raza doing a barrel roll dodge a blast.

Vergil: Nevermind just bring me a map of this place and the last known location of summer.

Jarvis: Bringing up now.

A holomap pops up from his scroll. with a red dot leading into the grasslands.

Tai: Lets hurry up I want to see my wife.

He starts to run in the direction of summer while dante and vergil follow. The run for about an hour until they make it to the grasslands to find a hut ontop of a hill.

Dante: Thats it.

Tai: SUMMER!!

Vergil calls raven and qrow to their location.

Summer pov

I've been on this island for 10 years. Ozpin sent me to look for a temple on this island even tho I had a feeling he knows what this place is for I decided to trust him which happened to be my worst mistake. My bull head was shot at by the island defenses and I crashed landed here. I saw a shield on the island so I couldn't escape. I thought ozpin would send a rescue party but after a year I new he left me out here to die. That dam wizard used me for my eyes and used both raven and qrow now he's problaby use my babies as his new pawns I want to get out of here I miss my family. I made a promise to myself if I ever get out of here I will never work for ozpin again and I will get my kids away from beacon. One day 2 months ago I saw a werid looking drone pass bye I ran as close to it as I could and yelled waving my hands. It saw me but before anything could happen it was shot at so I lost hope again. Today tho I don't know why but I feel like something good might happen so I plan to just relax outside then thats when I saw them.

Nobdy pov

Tai: SUMMER!!!

She turns to see the man she's been dreaming about.

Summer: Tai? OMG TAI!!

She uses her semblance petal burst and jumps into tai's embrace

Tai cries and hugs her back then kisses her

Tai: I can't believe your alive.

Summer: I can't believe you found me even tho it took you ten years.

Tai scratches his head as he lets her down.

Tai: Yeah sorry but that wasn't me.

Summer tilts her head in confusion.

Summer: Then Who

Vergil and dante step up.

Vergil: Well hello there that will be me I found you and brought your team here well...

Qrow and raven both fly out of nowhere and come back in there human forms and raven rushes to hug summer while qrow calmly walks

Vergil: Ok lets just walk inside the hut so we can tell you the whole story.

They all nod.

Hours later

Summer: Wow

Thats all she can say after hearing about everything but then she gets up and makes her way to vergil. Vergil just looks at her than she engulfs him in a hug she is in tears.

Summer: *sniff* Thank you vergil for everything you have given my family and finding me tahnk you son.

Vergil looks confused

Vergil: Son?

Summer: Of course your dating my little rose and your a good man plus you even reunited our whole family so im sure your planning on marrying ruby unless your just playing with her heart hmmmm.

She's smiling evilly while a dark aura surrounds her

Vergil sweat drops

Vvergil: Of course Im going to marry her I love her right dante.

Dante is scared to be brought into this and just repeatedly nods

Summer: Good good now then from now on you shall call me mother since your're going to be my son in law.

Raven: Hey he should call me mom since I took care of him half of his life

Vergil notices every since she made up with yang and found summer raven is showing emotion and smiling a lot more well only to family.

Vergil: Im not calling anybody mom thats a little to much....

Raven/Summer: HMM what was that SON!?

They both have a dark aura surrounding them.

Vergil hugs them both

Vergil: Hi MOMS!!

The both smile and hug back.

Tai: OK OK! Thats enough.

Raven/Summer: Boooo

we all laugh

Qrow: OK I get that we don't like ozpin and will most likely get ruby, yang and the rest if their friends to drop out of beacon but summer what was the temple that you were sent here too look at.

Summer has a serious face.

Summer: I spent 10 years in there and all I can tell you is the place is empty and theres one door I cant open because I didn't pass the test too.

Dante: What test.

Summer: I wish I could tell you but everyone that fails gets their mind wiped. The only thing I remember is that I took it and failed.

Vergil: Alright new plan everyone go to the marauder adn go back to the raza while I stay here and go to the temple.

Summer: Thats to dangerous.

Vergil: Mom it's fine besides raven can just use her semblance to get to me if anything happens.

Dante: Oh you like calling her mom now.

Vergil get embaressed

Vergil: Shut up.

They all leave to the shuttle. while vergil runs to the temple
