3 Rewriting...
Rem:
"So far, everything seems to be real."
She takes a bite of the apple as she looks around.
Rem:
"There are creatures everywhere, and there are many things that I'm certain to what I am thinking. So that means…"
She stops and looks at the sky and breathes in before she screams out.
"Rem is a video game character in a fantasy world!"

"But how though?"
She asks herself.
Rem:
"How did I get here? It's almost quite impossible for me to get here in this world.
Hm… I did watch some anime… about characters going to another world."
Rem widens her eyes as she realizes a reason on why she was sent here.
"W-was I killed…? If so… how? I locked my apartment door, and I added some security to wake me up in a breach situation, but if it was a breach situation… Why didn't the alarm wake me up? Did the alarm really go off?
The more deep question is… Why did they kill me? Why did they kill Rem? Were the robbers scared that they shot me? How cowardly and cruel… If that's not the case, I don't know what is.
It's either I died, or an unexplainable reason which I cannot think of yet…"
Rem starts walking again, taking another bite on the apple.
Rem:
"But… If Rem is really in a video game, I get to experience what it feels like to be in a game! But… what do I do here…? What kind of video game am I in? Is it a RPG game? If so, I doubt I can survive with just my martial art skills.
I'm a woman too.
So...Martial arts lady, against a fantasy world that's filled with weird creatures and possibly magic... No chance of surviving, at all"
She smiles confidently.
"But I can get strong! This IS a video game after all."
Rem turns her phone off so the battery does not go to waste.
There seems to be no sight of cellphones or any technology she knows, so she assumes there's no way to charge her phone once it dies. So it's better to turn it off and use it if she needs to.
Rem:
"Anyways. If Rem is in a video game, she should name herself something video game worthy!"
She touches her lips as she looks up.
"But what name would fit Rem and still sound Rem? Hmm…"
She stops as she smiles.
"I know what to call myself in this world."
She prepares to do a pose.
"From here on out! I shall be no longer called Rem, not unless she wants to.
Rem shall now be called…
She then confidently poses.
"Remura! My new name for this world is now Remura! Look out world! Because Remaru is coming to have a great adventure!!"
No one is looking at her, and the people who are, just think she's a weirdo looking for attention.

She stops pointing at the sky and walks.
"I should probably gather information about this place first…"
Rem enters what it looks like is a bathroom and she looks at it.
The ladies saw Rem, but they didn't think too much of it, since Rem is a woman.
Rem's Thoughts:
"This is the restroom, huh?"
She goes in but she trips and falls on her face.
She gets up and groans as she holds her nose.
Rem Thoughts:
"I should probably look at where I'm walking next time… aw…"

Much later, Rem walks in what she thinks is a bar and looks at the people.

"This place is for demi-humans only.
Said the green creature who seems to be holding a barrel.
She gulps as she points to herself.
"My name is Remura! I'm an adventurer who seeks to-
Someone just came in and scratched Rem's eyes which she immediately gets out of the place and holds her eyes in pain.
"O-ouch..! M-my eye! I-It hurts!"
She walks to a bridge but she stops before she can even enter it.
Once her eye doesn't hurt anymore. She just sighs and walks to another place.

She arrives at a place where it seems far out of the place she was just in.
The houses here are a wreck. Even in the fantasy world, there's still some poor people.
Rem, as much as she doesnt want to, continues to walk further in the place and she decides to question some people about what this place is.

From what she gathered now, this is the slums, where basically poor people are.
Rem:
"This world has the same problem as my previous world huh? That's very disheartening…"
She looks at the people who seem to be looking at her strange appearance.
Seeing them like this makes her upset.
She walked to the point she ended up in a place where she sees a house.

She's getting the feeling that something is going on there.
As much as Rem doesn't want to. She decides to approach it.
Rem finds a window and she goes to it to see if something is up.
Rem looks around the place and it looks like a bar kind of place and she sees three people talking to each other.
One kid, one big man, and a lady.
"I wonder what they're talking about…"
She says to herself.
Rem keeps on looking, to the point she doesn't hear that there is someone coming from behind her.
Things are getting intense and Rem sees that lady pull out a knife thing but before she gets to see anything else, Rem is suddenly grabbed.
Rem:
"H-hey! W-what the-!"
The person covers her mouth and looks around before he starts to run, taking Rem.
Rem tries to break free from this person's hold and she bites the hand of this person taking him which the person shouted in pain and drops her to hold his hands.
Rem hits her left elbow first, and she holds it groaning.
"Y..you.."
Rem quickly looks at the person and it's a big ugly man, which she immediately backs off.
"You ungrateful bitch!!!"
The ugly bastard punches Rem in the face with all his strength which causes Rem to have her nose bleed.
Rem:
"A-agh!! W-what t-the- W-what did y-you do that f-for??! I-It hurts.. My nose hurts!! Agh…"
The ugly bastard looks around and no one is looking.
He decides to grab Rem's leg-
Rem:
"H-hey! W-what are you d-do-
-Then he starts to run, dragging her through the rough and dirty road."
Rem kicks the ugly bastard's hand so he will let her go, but he isnt letting go.
Rem keeps kicking. She can't do it any harder since her face is aching due to her nose bleeding and her being stressed out due to some guy just punching Rem in the face and dragged here.
The man eventually had enough and he stops running but he holds on tight to Rem's leg.
Rem:
"Wait… What are you…-"
The ugly bastard starts to slowly spin Rem and until eventually Rem and him start circling at a fast rate.
Rem is trying to stop him, but she's starting to get dizzy, and nauseous.
Once the man is sure Rem has been dizzy, he makes a cruel move and throws Rem violently to the ground, face first, which makes Rem lose a tooth and feel the excruciating pain, but before anything else happens, she passes out.
