Craving For Blood

Rem is walking angrily as her breathing is so harsh that even Subaru who's running with her can hear it.

"That stupid fucking dog… I used to love dogs, I despised cats, sometimes… Now?! I'm hungry for dogs!! And I'm gonna put it on a kebab if I see it!!!" Rem says to herself mentally as Subaru's suspicions turn worrisome as they run to the village.

They ran and eventually arrived at the village only to see that something seemed wrong.

"It's very… bright here for some reason. Did something happen?" Subaru asked himself as Rem sighs and looks around.

"I've been into these kinds of situations before… if the towns are in a panic, there's only 3 possibilities. And my bet is… children have been kidnapped"

"H-how can you be so confident at that??"

Rem looks at Subaru as she looks back at her path. "It was a scary experience… So I know what I'm talking about, Master Subaru."

A few minutes later.

Both stopped at the edge of a fence that leads to a scary forest it seems.

Subaru looks around and sees that crystals were broken here.

"...I see the situation. The barrier here is broken. But I'm not sure what could've cost it."

Rem breathes in and out. "Master Subaru. There are children in trouble out there, and I don't want them to get hurt. Will you help me save them?"

"The village here is in a state of dismay due to this situation." Subaru holds the sheath of his sword. "And I intend to solve it."

Rem gives a slight smile before looking at the forest as she breathes in.

*Cling Clang!

Subaru heard something as he looked at Rem, only to see some kind of… flail??

"Uhh, what is that?"

"For killing." Rem answered as she slipped through the fence and started walking.

Subaru jumps over and follows her.

"That looks heavy, that IS for bloodshed, isn't it?"

"I wish I could put it in a better state, Master Subaru but…" Rem's ghost wings appear slightly. "I want to kill a bitch tonight…"
